We have all year-round water at Treasure Cove and the water is always clear! Not to mention the fish -- they love to sun themselves by our handcrafted sea wall. Want to enjoy a lazy time on the lake? Perched on its own point, this charming 1950's cottage is just like what you remember from your childhood complete with 1000 square feet of wraparound screened in porch. Boasting 600 feet of gorgeous lakefront, the outside will knock your socks off! The rock seawall has five large openings where you can walk right into the water. There is one dock for your boats and one swimming platform. With plenty of outdoor space, you can enjoy beach volleyball in our lakeside court, late night campfires in our massive fire circle and picnics down by the lake. The kids will love sleeping on the beds located on the porch - our kids did and now our grand kids do! Great for families, fishing and hunting excursions or a peaceful retreat. We have done a beautiful job of landscaping and creating a special 'get away from it all' atmosphere. There is also our own boat ramp that works best for smaller trailers and 18 foot boats. Want to catch movies and sports on TV? Check out our flat screen high resolution TV. Satellite offers you an abundance of programming and movies including ESPN. High-speed internet access plus wifi available.

We're an easy drive to Auburn football games, hiking trails on the lake and the river and a wide range of excellent dining opportunities.

Welcome to Sweet Retreat at Lake Martin! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is in the Eclectic area and is close to some of the most amazing restaurants that the lake has to offer including The Social and the Kowaliga Restaurant! Sweet Retreat gives off the most charming lake cabin vibes with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, two cozy living spots for gathering, and a sprawling outdoor deck area. Once you walk in to the home off of the screened porch, you will see what we are talking about!

You are greeted with a 6 person dining area to the left with a beautiful view of the lake, a fully stocked kitchen, and the main living space. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a porcelain clawfoot tub for bathing the kiddos after a long day at the lake. The twin bedroom and the other queen bedroom share a bathroom with a standing shower. Play a round of Scrabble in the game area located by the kitchen when you've had enough fun in the sun. This home also has a kayak and some paddle boards available for use in the laundry room attached to the garage.

Let's talk about the outdoor space! There is a screened in dining porch and an open deck that spans the length of the home with multiple seating areas. There is a gas grill available and another outdoor dining table. Walk down the pier to hitch a boat ride or lounge in the sun with a beverage or two. You may bring your own boat to tie up to the dock.

This relaxing 2 BR/2 BA has a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Each room has it's own tv and both walk-in showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a separate coffee bar with both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and the open-air porch has both a gas grill and a charcoal grill for your preferred method of grilling. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you'll need for cooking and entertaining.

The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community with a clubhouse and zero entry pool, boat ramp, boat slips, a fitness center and more! Return from a fun day hanging at the pool or cruising on the lake to our outdoor living area. Since our home is nestled on a private wooded lot, the swing bed on the screened-in porch is the perfect spot for relaxing. The table is the ideal spot for a family meal or a competitive game of dominoes.

We are a short boat ride to your favorite lakefront restaurants. Some of our favorites include The Social, Chuck’s Pizza and Bluff’s Daiquiri Bar. Russell Lands Amphitheater is around the corner and a short boat ride from the best 4th of July firework show around. While you are on the water, don’t forget to ride over to Chimney Rock!

The dumpster is close to the entrance to the neighborhood. All trash must be taken to the dumpster when leaving.

In order to operate the golf cart the arrival form must be filled out and upload driver’s license information.
You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Welcome to Little Red at Kowaliga Bay! This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin sleeps 4 comfortably and will become your favorite little Lake Martin getaway! Located in the water access community of The Village at Kowaliga Bay, this cabin has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay at the lake. There is a clubhouse with a pool, first come first serve boat slips, on-site open boat storage, and a boat ramp.

Little Red is a one level home and has two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a well equipped open kitchen with living area. Head out to the screened in porch to relax in front of the wood burning fire place, watch a little TV, or do some grilling after a full day on Lake Martin! If you're an outdoor adventure type, this home is located close to some AMAZING hiking trails located just off of Highway 50 so bring some comfy shoes.
