It’s the perfect stop for a good night sleep when traveling. We are close to Memphis in May activities, Beale Street, Graceland, Memphis Airport and Snowden Grove Baseball park. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The room is an upstairs room that features the most comfortable queen bed and adjustable base.. The room also has a reclining love seat and recliner to watch tv. You have your own clean private bath and shower. We have an air mattress for kids. It is very private.

The home is located 2.8 miles away from Interstate 55. It is so easy to access from the interstate. The location is safe and quiet. Beale street is only 19 miles away. All the attractions locally and in Memphis such as: Graceland, FedEx Forum, Casinos, Snowden Grove Baseball Park, Tanger Outlet, Bass Pro Shop and the Landers Center are close by this home. Memphis in May activities are also nearby. The room will be very private and comfortable. We do have an air mattress if you need it for kids.

The space
This is a wonderful place for a single person, couple or family of 3. This is a one bedroom (Queen bed), one full bath, living room, dining area and full kitchen with washer and dryer. A play pen is available if needed (just request at booking or when you arrive). Pool is only allowed for registered guests! ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

Guest access
Guest do have access to the full/private guesthouse and the adjacent outside/pool area. Pool quite time is 9:00 pm. NO POOL PARTIES, POOL FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Parking is available in the extended large driveway in front of the detached garage, next to the guesthouse. We want our guest to feel at home while enjoying their stay. We do ask that guest respect the main home and area neighbors. IF POOL RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR PREMISES WITH NO REFUND AND REPORTED TO AIRBNB. Sorry to reiterate no pool parties, but this has become an issue, we are doing our best to continue to allow our guest to use the pool.

Please note that there is one small step to get into the guesthouse. Sorry, no parties allowed, as we have small children and neighbors on or near property. There are pets in the main house. If you enjoy having breakfast, you can drink your coffee and enjoy breakfast egg bowls which are located in the freezer. Also, if you need a later check out time, please request at booking, will accommodate as much as possible. Pool quite time is 9:00 pm. NO POOL PARTIES ALLOWED.
This is a family home and pool area; we would appreciate using the pool as such. There are kids in our home and surrounding area, no inappropriate behavior or inappropriate clothing or lack thereof. (this could result in asking the guest to leave our premises).
Sorry to reiterate no pool parties, but this has become an issue, we are doing our best to continue to allow our guest to use the pool.

We have 2 airbnbs at Deer Run that are close to Memphis,TN, I-55, restaurants and dining, great views. If you are temporary workers with trailers, you will have enough room to park.
