We stayed 3 nights and wish we had stayed even longer, so much to do… or not do. No Wi-Fi or cell signal but that’s part of the beauty in this day of age." - "Float from from Rockhouae straight to your tent. Everything is already setup and ready." - "The fiancee and I took our pups for a short two night stay. There are three campsites available, and the host's house is maybe 100 yards away. The tent itself was very roomy and had a fan and heater available. There is also a fire pit and chairs, picnic table, and sink with running water. You'll find tiki torches and outdoor lighting, as well. The whole space was really inviting. The river is really close and absolutely beautiful. There are hammocks and tables nearby, too. They have everything one would need. We loved it. It is a great experience." - "Great experience will definitely stay again. All things were perfect." - "The wagon is great, a unique experience! The owners are super friendly and responsive. Our only issues were minor (a little dust due to there being a gap between renters and the wifi modem had gone bad) and Larry was very receptive to feedback and let me know his plan to fix them moving forward. I'd definitely VRBO from these folks again! It was cool to be able to talk to my 9 year old about Conestoga wagons and their history while we were staying in a modern version of one!"

- "Loved everything about this place from design to simplicity. Its definitely a fun and unique camping experience and if you get cold that buddy heater in there keeps it nice and sheets were clean. Portapotty was only like a 30 second walk away. Nice firepit and the water tower was useful in multiple ways. Great time and affordable price!" - "Our trip was an in and out weekend run to float the upper Buffalo. This was a terrific camping alternative! We loved our stay and I have to say the water tower was a welcome amenity. They're not super large but plenty of room in each for 2. Be aware the bathroom is a walk around the corner. But it wasn't a big deal."

- "This property is awesome! This would be a lovely place for a group outing!" - "This place is seriously a hidden gem! We stayed here ro be close to the Blanchard Spring caverns and it was a perfect peaceful place to do so! Great amenities and fun activities! Wish I stayed longer! " - "We arrived late on a rainy evening. There was a chill in the air but our teepee had a radiator heater in it to take the chill out of the air. There was a tarp neatly placed in the teepee to help prevent any rain from getting in. Our bed was covered with a cozy heated blanket and it left us enjoying the comfort of the bed. We enjoyed listening to the rain and owls throughout the whole evening. The rest of the camp was set up wonderfully for both couples wanting to get away for a private romantic weekend and for families wanting to spend the weekend away at someplace cool place with the kids. There were both private fire pits outside each teepee and a common area fire pit for sitting around and visiting in a group. Even though we didn't use the outdoor kitchen we could see that is was set up nicely with anything that you might need to cook out with. I would highly recommend this came to anyone looking for a unique getaway."

- "We enjoyed our short getaway, and are already talking about planning our next stay! It was absolutely beautiful and the views from the deck were breathtaking. I enjoyed making dinner outside, and looking at the river, mountains, and sky. The water was so clear you could see fish from the back porch, which is a distance from the river. We spotted a curious armadillo on the banks. The front yard area and the back deck felt magical with the string lights, hearing the birds chirp and watching the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Todd was an excellent host and has thought of everything! The outdoor bath house was spectacular. You definitely will want to stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

We are surrounded by thousands of acres of timber land on three sides and the sunrise and sunset views are amazing. We are delighted to interact as much or as little as you wish during your stay and welcome you to take advantage of the swing by the children's play set or take a walk down the road or in the woods. There are picnic tables and bar-b-que grills for guests to use. We will provide eggs for our guests when they are available. The ducks and guineas are a source of entertainment as well. Come join the farm for a few days and we expect you will want to return.
