With Bull Shoals Lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, hiking, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lake house has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come and enjoy!

The Good Life is located in a quiet setting and on the outer edge of town, on the lake. With the beautiful wraparound deck it's easy to enjoy the outdoors and the natural surroundings!

We are centrally located, minutes away from shopping and lake activity. You are ONLY 5 min. to the Bull Shoals/White River Dam and Visitor's Center, 5 min. to Harps Grocery, 5 min. to Bull Shoals Marina where you can rent a boat slip, 5 min. to Bull Shoals Caverns, and 5 min. to Dollar General. Also the Bull Shoals-White River State Park is about 10 min. away where you can fish for that trophy Trout in the famous and beautiful waters of the White River! Or drive about 45 minutes south and tube or kayak float down the Buffalo River...you won't regret it!

Also, only a 1 min. drive away is Brown's Beach where there is a nice swim hole, boat launch, park, pavilion, and bathrooms available to the public. The perfect area for a day of swimming, fishing, and picnicking!

There is even a Drive-In Theater a little over an hour away. Kenda Drive-In, Marshall, AR.

All the TVs are smart TVs. Two of them are Fire TVs so you will need to have an Amazon account in order to use them. Netflix, Hulu, HBO and many more apps are available for use with your own accounts. We do have an antenna in the Living Room for local channels as well. Please don't forget to log out upon leaving! Our Place is located on Bull Shoals Lake within 1000 acres of protected land placed in a conservation easement to prevent development, remain a home for wildlife and preserve the beauty of nature.
This is a very secluded property and getting to it is part of the fun! The last three miles to this property are down good old-fashioned dirt/gravel roads. The roads are suitable and easily travelled by cars and trucks alike without the need for 4-wheel drive. It is a place get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the presence of nature. The lake is a few steps away from the front door and there are cleared and blazed hiking trails that allow you to get out into the woods without getting lost! While relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere, you can still stay connected with free WiFi access. Watch birds, deer, turkey, and other wildlife from the home's deck or screened-in porch. A fisherman’s paradise with direct access to Bull Shoals Lake less than 50 yards from the front door! You can swim, fish, or just watch the sunset. The home provides plenty of space to park, turn around and charge your boat or watercraft with two covered parking areas. Finish the day enjoying the company of one another while relaxing around the rock-lined fire pit. Those looking for a day out adventure may enjoy some of the many area hiking trails, go fishing on the White River, spend the day floating or canoeing the Buffalo River. The property is delightfully secluded. And although the trip feels long the first time, the house isn't far from Flippin, where a Walmart can help you get all the things you forgot! The house was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, and I hope we get the chance to visit again! The ONLY con I can think of is the small bed in the master bedroom. The full size was a bit small for myself and my husband. I ended up on the couch a couple of nights, but I'm easy so it was fine. That won't keep me from coming back! Thanks for a wonderful stay and trusting us with your home!"

If you are looking for a secluded cabin in the woods, this is NOT the cabin for you. This is the perfect place to be on the lake to "people watch" and enjoy the boat activity. The Lake is directly across the street with beautiful sunsets and views of the lake and Sugarloaf marina. Master King bed and two baths downstairs. 2 XL Gel foam twins in 2nd bedroom with bath. 2 XL Twins in open loft. It has a full size laundry and a modern well equipped kitchen. There is a sun room and Large covered deck facing the lake. A propane grill is provided on the deck. There are two smart TVs; one in the Master and one in the main living space. There is good Wifi throughout the home.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times and have been so impressed. The views are breathtaking and the home is beautiful as well. The beds are so comfy! It’s remote, yet also close to the town of Bull shoals if you need anything.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We had everything we needed. There was a grocery store, dollar general, and cafe right around the corner. Breakfast at Connie's was great. We will definitely come back and would recommend!!

Loved our house. This is the third year in a row to have this unit. Very clean and well kept. Excellent communication from the owners. We hope to continue our White River plans here next year again.

Booked for 4 nights in April and loved the stay. This home was beautiful and so comfortable with everything we needed. Amazing view from the deck, very comfortable beds and living room furniture, kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook meals. Loved listening to the wind chimes and looking out over the river. Away from it all but under 10 minutes to Bull Shoals. There is a gravel drive, it is well maintained but a hilly area—we had no problems but be aware it might be a little bumpy! Would absolutely stay again.

Great vacation. This is our second time staying at this property and we would stay here every time we visit if it’s available. Home was clean with all of the amenities one would need for a stay away from home. Beautiful views of the white river as well!

This is a gorgeous place and also very homey. The views of the white river are unbeatable We came here for Thanksgiving and brought a ton of stuff because we weren’t sure what they would have, but this place is equipped with TONS of kitchenware. The beds were super comfortable. The whole place was very clean. The host and contact were very, very kind! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place on the river!

We all loved the place and the fact each bedroom had an attached bathroom. Location above the White River had fantastic views from the deck. We would definitely stay again!!

From the refreshing coffee on the deck watching the sun rise over the white river, to sitting on the front porch relaxing as hummingbirds and butterflies flew nearby in the evening, this home provided the perfect getaway. As group cook, I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with spices right at my fingertips, and the gas grill on the deck. The wine and snack basket provided was a special treat!! After one long day of shopping in Branson MO (about an hour away) the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom eased every ache away!! Needless to say, we loved everything about this home away from home.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin in the woods. Nestled in tall cedars and pines, away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a 10 minute drive to the store. Enjoy the spacious deck with outstanding views of the Ozark Mountains and Bull Shoals Lake. Plenty of outdoor space at the top of Lookout Mountain, including a cozy firepit & yard games. Inside the home is a large natural stone electric fireplace with color changing LED light features, located in the open layout living room.

You will feel the peaceful serenity as you leave the highway and wind 3/4 of a mile down the gravel leading to your home away from home. Upon reaching the honey-colored cabin at the top of the hill, you will find plenty of parking-including one stall carport, long driveway and parking area located just across the private drive.

This spacious home with a fully stocked kitchen can sleep up 10-12 comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Bedroom 1 with king bed and bedroom 2 with full and queen beds. A bonus room with two queen beds and a daybed with trundle. Plenty of room to let kids play in the fenced-in backyard and room to park 1 or 2 boats. We are a small resort located on Bull Shoals Lake. We have 4 newly remodeled cabins for rent. This unit is a duplex that has an interior locked door and is being rented as a 3 bedroom 1 bath. (We rent other side as a 1 bedroom 1 bath.)

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, bedding, nightstand, small dresser, fan and hanging closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen over full trundle bed, bedding, nightstand, hanging closet space and fan. Bedroom 3 has a full over full bunkbed, bedding, nightstand, hanging closet space and fan.

The livingroom/dining area contains a full-size futon, 32" Smart TV, table and seating for 6. There is also a picnic table in front of the cabin.

The bathroom is supplied with bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths. (Please bring your own towels for the lake and pool use.)

The kitchen is equipped with an apartment size refrigerator & stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, serving bowls, silverware, glasses, plates and bowls for 12 guests.

20X40 (seasonal) Pool, fire pit, covered pavilion with electric, charcoal and gas BBQ grills, picnic table, swing set & slide. 1/4 mile to the lake with our 3-stall boat dock and swim platform. (Boat slips are an additional fee)
