This 190 acre property has over 100' of elevation change from timbered uplands, cut hay fields and down to the flowing creek. An incredible setting just an hour and a half from both DFW and OKC.

We are incredibly lucky to have a wonderful neighbor to our cabin who provides Concierge Services in the form of grocery/alcohol shopping and delivery and catered meals. They specialize in hearty breakfast meals, as well as grilling steaks and fried fish cookouts with all the sides. Please message us for more information.

It was nice and secluded but close enough to the downtown area for everything we needed. It was well-maintained and clean. The hot tub and toys in the upstairs bunk room were a hit for our kids. We did wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with basic things (olive oil, foil, baggies, etc). And the property could definitely use an exterminator. We noticed quite a few ants (indoors & out) but neither of these issues would deter us from staying here again. It was a beautiful property and perfect for our family."

As of June 2023, the house was completely updated to give a cozy, relaxing place for our guests. The backyard is fenced in and surrounded by beautiful pines trees overlooking a historical barn in the background with a custom fire pit with Adirondack chairs. All the outdoor amenities such as firewood and charcoal are provided for relaxing evening. You can even play a game of cornhole. A great place to end the day or watch the sunrise.

The house has the latest in wifi, smart tv and a new charcoal grill. Large living room with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats 6 to 8 guests. Rest assured knowing all bedding is laundered and sanitized for every stay. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and initial supply of toiletries.

Our cabin provides a fully equipped kitchen in addition to other luxuries such as limited propane, firewood, smoker (with pellets), and laundry soap. Local beef can be provided for your stay at an additional charge. Our lower deck has a spacious, cozy, swinging bed, perfect for relaxation along with a pool table to bring family fun into your stay and an electric ice chest to chill your beverage of choice. Although we have the “no pets” rule, we realize that pets are like family members to lots of people. We highly recommend “Reigning Cats and Dogs”, a boarding retreat where your pet will be pampered during your stay at the cabin. It’s only about a 15 minute drive from where you will be. - "The cabin was as nice as the pictures reflected. The property is beautiful and I would highly recommend it. It was a short drive to Lake Murray and Ardmore, which was convenient. It was very clean and had lots of extra amenities, such as very nice patio furniture, pool table, outside fans to keep cool and the bugs away. View from back porch was spectacular! Wake up to the beauty of nature and unplug from reality. This custom cabin has wildlife waiting just outside the windows. The bottom floor has a spacious open floor plan perfect for gatherings; a master suite with a king bed and 3 head shower with massive soaking tub. Then upstairs there are two more queen bedrooms and a bunk room that holds 6 more. There’s an additional living room upstairs for the kiddos to watch movies or play arcade games. Step onto the balcony to see a sky full of stars or on the back patio to soak away in the hot tub. This property has multiple observation stands where you can watch the animals graze or enjoy the sunsets. The two ponds are stocked and catch/release.
