Enjoy the excellent amenities: a block from a boat ramp, our new boat dock, less than a mile to rock climbing or relaxing Shultz Creek, a few steps from the cabin door to Grand Lake or stay in and watch the stars from the hot tub. Experience a wonderful stay surrounded by nature. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Trailers are NOT allowed but can be parked at few driveways down at Mountain Mama's. There are 2 security cameras at the Cove, one facing the driveway and parking area, another on the boat dock covering all 3 slips and surrounding water.

- "We had plenty of parking for our trailers and vehicles. The cabin was clean and had all the essentials you need to enjoy barbqueuing out back and cooking inside. The space had a washer and dryer which was nice with the amount of rain we got it allowed us to dry hoodies. The beds were not very comfortable but i have not stayed at too many places where they have been. Other thank that it was listed accurately. "

When calendar dates are open, but the system states Not Available, inquire with no dates. Be sure and put the correct number of Adults and number of Kids, Pets. There is a $15 additional charge per person per arrival over 2 people. The VRBO calculations are correct, but they NEVER display the cost for extra persons in a fashion to demonstrate about how they arrived at the cost. The cabin delivers the true cabin feel with the entire interior finished in Pine. With all the windows make sure the outside is brought in, to complete that at the lake feel. The 3 bedrooms and additional beds offers enough sleep space for most groups. 2 full custom shower bathrooms, one on each level. The tankless hot water system means there is never any fear of running out of hot water. The kitchen has nice appointments, with a dishwasher than can barely be heard. As you can see the island is large and will offer most all a place in the group. The bar stools are not rocking chairs, so keep the 4 legs a the floor at all times. The entertainment cabinet has a wine and beer refrigerator, A 55 inch TV is in the main room, along with DVD player. Do Not move furniture, no matter who in your group tells you it is OK. It is not OK. If you need to move furniture, wait till you get home and move yours.
Outside on the lower patio is the 3-4 person hot tub. On the upper deck is the seating and propane grill with perimeter lighting. The swim dock is right out front in a small cove, and the main channel is right out the cove. With large groups, parking can be a problem, but not at this one. I have a swim ladder on dock, and aske to have it pinned up out of the water to prevent algae, and I will charge $20 since many in the pubic at times refuses to show some courtesy.

We know that gas, food and everything else is up this year. This doesn't mean that "getting away" has to suffer. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing get away at an affordable price, then we have what you are looking for. Although we are not situated right on the lake, it is only a short 1 minute walk across the street to the lake. We call our cabins LAKETIME RETREAT. Our months of operation is March 1st-October 31st. After Oct. 31st, you might try our listing VRBO316256. This property is rented all year long with reduced rates in the winter (Oct. 31 to March 1st). We are located in the residential neighborhood of Cherokee Lake Estates. We are at the south end of Grand Lake just ten minutes from Langley and Disney, Oklahoma near the Pensacola Dam. The Grand Lake area is famous for fishing, boating, swimming, off roading, and beautiful sunsets. At the cabin you have access to a dock across the street for swimming, fishing or parking your boat or jet skis and just a one minute walk.
The dock is shared with guests at Laketime Cottage and Laketime Retreat. There is a new ladder at each opposing corner of the dock so everyone can have their space. We also offer a free covered boat slip upon request at time of reservation. This service is available all year long with the exception of 4th of July weekend. This is subject to availability which you will know at the time of the reservation. As always, you are welcome to tie your boat up to the dock during your stay. With a gentle slope to the water, the lake is at your fingertips. A large beach area for swimming with smooth river rock is provided. . A boat ramp is just two blocks away.

With it's beautiful oak walls and ceiling you will know that you are on vacation. This cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed. It also has a trundle bed with a twin mattress on top and a twin mattress on the bottom. The kitchen has a new full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and is fully stocked with dishes, plates, silverware, glasses and cookware. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower. We have a smart tv and WiFi for streaming your favorite shows. The cabin is fully air-conditioned. Outside, in front of the cabin you will find a picnic table with an umbrella and a charcoal grill. Combine all of this with a nice view of the lake and a fire pit and what more could you ask for.

With Laketime Cottage along with our other cabins, we can handle groups of up to 21. Also, check out the large Flowering Dogwood tree in front of the deck of Laketime Cottage (see photo). This tree has been certified by Oklahoma Forestry department as the largest in Oklahoma.

What we work very hard to do is to offer a relaxing stay in clean surroundings to serve as a home base for the many recreational activities Grand Lake has to offer. Whether your cup of tea is just sitting around the campfire roasting smores or blasting across the lake on your jet ski or boat, Grand Lake is just the place. We have a pedal boat, a Hobie kayak and a new 2 person kayak all free of charge you can try in our quiet cove. We also have several neat areas to swim and fish just 2 minutes from your door. This rental has complete kitchen with cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and table that is also great for cards or family games. It has a flat screen tv with dish network, has a dvd player, a living area with 1 couch, a futon, and a daybed that can be used for sleeping and 2 comfortable recliners, plus the ac works great! The bathroom is roomy with a shower and vanity area with plenty of space. The bedroom has a queen size bed with two alcoves with twin size mattresses, there is also a full size front load washer and dryer. It has 1000 ft of deck space with chairs that look down at the water with stairs leading directly to the boat dock and lake. You have use of a covered boat dock with a 13' x 34' boat slip for your use during your stay you can also swim at the dock there is a ladder, it is also great for fishing. There is a boat ramp nearby to launch your boat. This rental is just a short distance by water from the party place Dripping Springs. It definitely has something for everyone if privacy is what you want you can relax there in the quiet cove or if you want lake action you are not far from it. There is a covered carport for one car. If staying on weekend, must book for Friday and Saturday night, if during Sunday-Thursday, 2 night minimum.

- "The grill has a wasp nest . Great place to stay thanks" - "My husband and I reserved the cottage to get away from the city for a couple of nights to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean and just as charming as it appears in pictures. It could easily accommodate two couples and several kids in the very comfortable beds. I was most impressed by how well equipped it was, with plenty of good quality linens, pots, pans, dishes, and pretty much any appliance you might want. But my favorite thing was looking out the back windows toward the water early in the morning and seeing wildlife in the yard, including a deer, two hawks, a turtle, and plenty of squirrels and other birds."

These cute little cabins are are great for the group that wants to spend their time on the trails and have a comfy place to sleep! Three cabins with new queen beds in all. Two singles and a double. There’s a grill, or bring your own. There’s a small fridge to store some staples in. The shared bathhouse is large and nice place to clean up. Tons of parking and you can’t beat the location- just past Little Blue Park and three different trails to get to the off road park. We have a house on the same property if you have a bigger group and need more. This price includes all three cabins and a shared bathhouse.

Holiday Weekends and Lake Event Weekends ( New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Aquapalooza, Redneck Raftout, Welcome Back Weekend) cancellations will be charged the 100% of your reservation plus tax. All other reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days before your arrival) but will be charged 25% of your total reservation plus tax. Friday and Saturday reservations that are cancelled regardless of time frame will be charged $150 per night plus tax. No shows will be charged the full reservation amount plus tax. The space
You'll love this 2 bedroom cabin just steps from the water's edge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining and gathering spaces. Great for families! The front porch area is perfect for small gatherings outside. The back deck is right on the water. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bunk bed in the common area (original knotty pine!) and 2 queen sofa beds in the family room. Cedar Port Marina is less than half a mile away. An added bonus is that this historical cabin with original knotty pine walls and ceilings was built in the 1940's by the WPA as they built the Pensacola Dam.

Large deck and dock with a breakwater. Boat ramp near the property. The property sits on a little over an acre and is gated. A small zip line for children is always a favorite. WIFI/Stocked Kitchen and pantry/hotel amenities. The deck has a 6 person hot tub. A Blackstone grill and outdoor table for 8. Along with a propane fireplace and additional seating. There are several stairs that lead down to the property and down to the dock.

The space
Great space with a home away from home feel. A-frame old charm with updated amenities. Sits right next to the park with a gate around the property. You can play at the lake all day or explore the beautiful areas around the dam with access right across the street.
Plenty of room for trailers with ATVs.
3 bedroom home sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably/or 4 adults & 6 children/3rd bedroom is 2 bunk beds w/trundles.

NO shoes in the home.

Guest access
Guests have access to most of the property except for storage under the deck and one closet in the home that is for the owners.

Other things to note
The kitchen is equipped with the basic pantry and fridge needs for use by the guests. The owners ask that if you use all of something or almost all of something you add it to the shopping list on Alexa.

The home is not suitable for more than 6-8 adults. Prefer families or couples to share our vacation property with.
