This cabin is located on a 3 acre wooded bluff, on paved roads with gated entrance. It has fabulous views and privacy. We are approximately 10 minutes south west of Harrison, Eureka Springs is 40 miles away and Branson is 30 miles north. To the south just 10 minutes is Compton and Ponca is 15 minutes. So, we are very centrally located.

The cabin has a screened in 14X16 porch, covered deck and open deck to enjoy the breathtaking view. The master bedroom has a king bed, the loft area has a full bed and the sofa is a queen sleeper allowing cabin to accommodate 6. Very clean." - "My husband and I have been to several “getaways” in the past 15 or more years, for our Anniversary, ( This was our 48th ). We’ve had some very nice, some average, some not so nice. Sunrise Point Retreat out shined 99% of the others! The pictures on the VRBO don’t do it justice! The property is Exceptional! The house sets up on a small hill, probably around 3 acres, overlooking a beautiful valley. The house is probably less than three years old. Walking into the house, I was blown away with how perfect the layout was, the view from the front cover deck, large bathrooms with amazing walk-in showers, and most of all, how clean it was. Did I say CLEAN. ( very important to us ) It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, the linens, towels, dishes, etc. was top notch. The large downstairs game room was a great idea, we enjoyed playing several games of air hockey during our stay. The third bedroom and bathroom is also downstairs. We spent a lot of our time on the front deck enjoying our coffee, or evening with a glass of wine, overlooking the beautiful valley below. ( two lounge chairs on the deck would be nice) ) Overall the BEST accommodations we had! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it an 11. Note.. we thought we booked through VRBO, but somehow Evolve took over and charged us with a 45 dollar insurance fee that was non refundable.. was not happy about that. I will definitely make sure not to go through Evolve again.."

Upon climbing the steps to the welcoming front porch with outdoor chairs and table and bench, you'll enter into the cozy living space of this splendid cabin. The kitchen boasts a full size refrigerator and stove/oven and sink. Coffee and the essentials are provided for those in need of a pick me up.

Turn the corner and a full bath with larger walk-in shower provide guests with a great place to rinse away the traveling blues.

The cozy living room features a leather reclining chair and sofa bed and good size TV and DVD player.

Head upstairs to the master bedroom loft which features a tall queen rustic bed with delightfully comfortable bedding. For those lacking in height and don't feel like hoisting yourself up, bed steps are provided for a quick boost.

Outside of the cabin, there is plenty of room to kick around a ball, hang out in nature, put up a quick volleyball or badminton net or enjoy the sunset. Feel free to use the provided wood to enjoy the fireplace or relax on the porch while cooking up some dinner on the charcoal grill.

This home on a quiet cul-de-sac was built in 2017, and you will have the whole place to yourself. Centrally located, only 30-40 minutes to the Buffalo National River, Branson, Eureka Springs, and Bull Shoals Lake! We have a number of unique, local favorite restaurants within minutes. In addition to hiking and canoeing, Harrison is also the headquarters of some of the most popular scenic motorcycle day trips in this part of the country.

You will love staying in this clean and modern, nicely decorated home. It is the perfect launching pad for nearly endless adventure options, but also the ideal place to just hang out with your friends or family.

This nearly new home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area with a small deck in the fenced backyard and a front porch complete with furniture.
Other things to note:
-Use of the garage is very convenient, especially during inclement weather. Also convenient is the outdoor keypad to operate the garage door, allowing you to open the garage without going through the house. The concrete driveway (about 24 feet wide and 45 feet long) is very convenient for parking a motorcycle trailer.
-The garage is also big enough to clean and polish four, and up to six, touring motorcycles inside after a day’s ride. No better hub from which to tour the scenic Ozarks. -For your security, outdoor surveillance is offered.
-To accommodate smaller groups the nightly rate includes TWO guests, and ADDITIONAL GUESTS (except for small children) are $20 each.
-For stays longer than a week, we reserve the right to walk through the house periodically.

Baca Cabin is located near Compton and Ponca AR. Baca is a 3-bedroom 2-bath log sided home on 10 acres located at the end of a dead-end road. This cabin offers a fire pit, scenic view, large deck, peace, quiet, privacy, and an enjoyable view of the stars at night. This is where you go to get away and relax.

Baca Cabin is a three-bedroom, two bath, 1500 sqft split level cabin on 10 acres. One of the perks of this cabin is peace and quiet as it is located at the end of a dead-end road. The front door opens into a cozy living room with a reclining love seat, reclining couch, and one recliner centered around the gas fireplace with smart TV.

Enjoy your family while you prepare meals with no walls to separate the kitchen and living room. You will find a fully stocked kitchen, just bring the food. Prepare for the day’s events or reflect on the day gathered around a large dining room table with seating for 8.

Two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. One has a king bed, nightstands, and a dresser. The other bedroom is arranged with a twin-size bunk bed and trundle (third twin-bed), and a separate queen bed. Closets are located in both rooms.

The lower floor bathroom is a full bath with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided.

Separating both lower rooms is the laundry room with a washer, dryer, and storage area. To the back of the laundry room is the back door leading to a 20x20 deck with gas grill, patio furniture and log rocking chairs.

Moving up stairs you will find the master bedroom with a King bed, dressers, nightstands, Smart TV, and a private full bathroom. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee in a rocking chair on the master bedroom’s private deck.

The lower floor of the cabin is heated and cooled with a central unit while the upstairs has its own heating and cooling mini split unit.

Enjoy your time at Baca Cabin but understand this property is not childproof and you will need to keep an eye on the little ones.

From Baca Cabin, any drive is a scenic drive. Harrison, AR is conveniently located only 25 minutes away for dining and groceries.

If hiking or paddling the river is what you desire, several trails and canoe rentals are located less than an hour’s drive. To name a few, Lost Valley Canoe Rental, Buffalo Outdoor Center, Round Mountain Trailhead, Buffalo River Trailhead, Indian Creek Trail, Compton Trailhead, Big Bluff Goat Trail, and CenterPoint Trailhead. If your desire is ATV riding and scenic viewing, Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch & Adventure Park is less than an hour away.

Don’t want to leave the beauty of the cabin? Take a ride on the many back roads Baca has access to, or just explore the 10 acres in your backyard.

If a nice evening out is on your want list, then enjoy the fine dining at Johnny Morris’s Top of The Rock or catch a show at one of Branson Missouri’s many attractions. All within an hour’s drive.

To access Baca Cabin, you will need to travel 2 miles of county-maintained gravel road and then a quarter mile of private road. We do ask that you be courteous to our neighbors while coming and going on the private drive. This road can be rough at times so motorcycles and sports cars are not recommended.

Once you arrive, enjoy a private view on top of the beautiful bluff line at the back of the property. Enjoy your evening by the fire pit, and don’t worry about the wood, we have plenty onsite. Feel free to roam the property with Turkey, Deer, and Bear sighting.

Very Few Neighbors. When driving ATVs or UTVs please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors

The Closer you get to the House the rougher the road gets. A small car is not recommended.

3 Living areas allow everyone to have space to themselves!
Living room – Large stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, rustic knotty pine atmosphere throughout,
comfortable sofas and chairs, all open to a dining-kitchen space. Look out over the land and access
covered porches around the house. Take in the awesome view of Round Mountain.
Kitchen – Fully stocked with amenities including a blender, mixer, microwave, instapot, slow
cooker, patio grill, etc. All the kitchen needs are fulfilled.
Dining – Large family-size table all open to the living and kitchen area
The main floor of the house has the living area, dining, kitchen, mudroom, laundry and 6
bedrooms. There are 2 large refrigerator / freezer units. Downstairs there is a family recreation room
for ping-pong, pool, darts, ring catch, and a nice card table. Upstairs is a loft with sofa and chair seating
or huge bean-bags – this is a superb kids area.
The bedrooms –
Upstairs there is a bunkroom with 5 single beds. Bathroom facilities are down at the

base of the stairs on the main floor.

Downstairs is a full bedroom and bath with a king bed, shower, toilet, vanity.
On the main floor are 5 bedrooms, each with a king bed, and its own vanity in the room.
One of those rooms has a shower and toilet in the room. There are two bathrooms with showers and
toilets in the hall for the other rooms to share. There is also a full shower, vanity, toilet in the mudroom
for all to access.

Then, there is the master bedroom. King bed, full bath with double sink vanity, shower,

tub, toilet, even a large closet. There is a high chair and playpen/bed for a little one.
The back deck – Here is a special space as well. It allows for access to the gas grill and gives you
a unique view of Piney Mountain and the forest at your back doorstep.

Not just a place to stay! Adventure with the whole family at this peaceful 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin with a large covered deck, fire pit, grill & fully stocked kitchen. Take a 15 min hike to Antenna Pine Overlook for a breathtaking view of the Buffalo National River. Make your way through the maze of bluffs & boulders to the base of the 40' waterfall where you could spend all day exploring or make your way to the famed Hemmed In Hollow Falls. There are lots of hiking trails within 5 miles of the cabin.
Antenna Pine Cabin is 384 square feet and fully stocked, built in 2021. The cabin sleeps four people: two adults and two children. There is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You will have everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, including spices, oil, flour, sugar, brown sugar, foil, pans, pots, skillets of varying sizes, cookie sheets, pizza pans, casserole dishes, cutting boards, knives, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, and measuring cups. The grill is charcoal, and we provide one bag of charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter, and grill accessories. We provide snacks, oatmeal, hot cocoa, coffee, and tea, along with sugar, creamer, and coffee cookies. There is also plenty of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner to last your whole stay. If you are there just to relax, there are games, books, toys, movies, hiking guides, fishing poles, fishing tackle, a cooler, outdoor games, and a fire pit provided. On the deck, there is a table, four chairs, and a hammock.
Antenna Pine Cabin is located in the woods down 1.9 miles of gravel/dirt road. The cabin is located in the forest so there will be bugs. The closest town is Harrison which is a 30-minute drive from the cabin. There is a convenience store located 2 miles from the cabin. There is another cabin located on the property. No pets are allowed in the cabin.

If you plan to float the Buffalo National River, please check river levels before booking. The cabin is located in the upper Buffalo River region, and the water levels drop in the summer months. Most waterfalls in the area will not be following if there has not been consistent rainfall.

A Still Point Cabin is the perfect retreat. With a beautiful view of the Ozark mountains from your screened deck you can easily escape into nature. Cozy and efficient space makes this cabin the perfect setting for your getaway with friends and family. With a queen bed upstairs, a queen memory foam pull-out couch, and a queen size Cordaroy convertible bag-chair (for two small children) there is plenty of room for everyone. Newly installed hot tub too!

The Buffalo River Escape is a custom luxury cabin nestled on 40 acres that adjoins the federally protected and popular Buffalo National River. Perched high in the Ozark Mountains, this stay was meticulously crafted for those who enjoy immersing themselves in nature without forgoing modern comforts. Whether you're seeking a thrilling wilderness adventure, a tranquil weekend escape, romantic getaway, or a peaceful place for remote working, it offers all you need to create an unforgettable retreat!

THE PROPERTY

As you meander through the trees down the small driveway to the property, you'll find it perched atop the mountainside, offering sweeping views of the Buffalo National River Valley. Surrounded by seemingly endless peaks and valleys and sometimes even soft layers of clouds, the scene is picture-perfect. Upon parking, the cabin's unique accents catches your eye, showcasing its architectural appeal. When you enter the through the orange door, you are greeted by a glimpse of the wall of windows, the spectacular views and the large wrap-a-around deck with a luxurious six person hot tub, fire pit with adirondack chairs, an outdoor bar, "C" shaped lounge chairs, and a quaint pup style table and adjustable bar stools at the edge to truly soak in the mountainous scenery.

If you venture left, you will enter the living room and kitchen area that opens up to stunning wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows. You are instantly captivated by the beauty and vastness of the valley outside. The kitchen boasts high-end counter tops and cabinetry with appropriate appliances to match including a deep sink and gas stove and griddle combination. A Keurig coffee, latte, and cappuccino machine will ensure your coffee needs are met

Stroll to the living room to sit and relax in the cozy modern style couch and loveseat, a very soft accent ottoman that folds into a chair or sleeper where you can watch TV or gaze out of the windows. An electric fireplace is present to help get the temperature to just the right toasty feeling. Perhaps the most rare feature is that the living room and the rest of the cabin has radiating heat tile floors throughout to ensure upmost comfort on bare feet.

Retreating through the foyer will take you to the first bedroom which has a wall to wall desk and more large windows for pleasant views to sneak a break from remote working. Also present is a full-sized bed matched with a hybrid mattress. The bathroom next door and it follows suit like the rest of the house with premium quality amenities. The second bedroom features an enchanting book nook peacefully tucked away in the corner to continue the theme of comfort and views of the cabin. A queen sized sleigh bed is present to wake up to the wonderful morning sunlight.

LOCATION

The Buffalo River Escape is located close enough to a main road for convenience but just far enough away to ensure peacefulness. It is approximately 75 minutes to the Fayetteville, AR metro area, 45 minutes to the famous Branson, MO tourist spots, one hour to Eureka Springs(another popular tourist location) and right in the middle of numerous hiking, kayaking, and exploring hot spots since the cabin borders the Buffalo National river property line.....There is technically a seasonal waterfall that you can walk to from the property but the very short drive is easier at this time as trail hasn't been established yet. On the modern convenience side, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc are just a quick 20 min drive down the mountain to grab everything you need to have all the creature comforts you want!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

**Next to the generator by the carport is a charging station port for Tesla's/electric cars**

**The short driveway has been smoothed out to rolling hills. Trucks, SUVs and cars such as Teslas and regular small sedans are fine to navigate. Would not recommend custom lowered vehicles or certain very low sports cars.**

**The cabin is located in the mountains and specifically on a small ledge. The mountains are beautiful but can be dangerous if not careful. Children should be strongly supervised to avoid the ledge in the backyard and adults should be cautious of where they are.**

**The cabin has two beds that can sleep two people each, an ottoman in the living room that folds into a twin bed, and a twin size bed in the master closet that unfolds and can be moved.**

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has 2600 square feet and was designed with guest comfort in mind. The soaring, grand 26’ mono pitch ceiling, wrought iron spiral staircase, steel railings along the catwalks on the second level, exposed steel trusses, and large picture windows are a few of the details you may notice in this industrial style custom build.

Downstairs is a full kitchen with all GE Profile stainless steel appliances including a double oven with air fryer feature. The kitchen has been lovingly stocked with every small appliance you could need from a crock pot to a large stand up Kitchen Aid mixer. We even have a rice maker and tofu press. If cooking if your thing, this kitchen is sure to suit the chef in you. The large island has four barstools that face the magnificent kitchen window view. A full laundry room with large capacity GE Profile washer and dryer can be found in the connected laundry/pantry area.

The dining room seats six. A small sitting area off the kitchen is the perfect space for your morning coffee. A stocked coffee bar can be found downstairs complete with a versatile coffee maker that can make pots of coffee or cups using k-cups. Coffee beans and a grinder are available if that is more your style.

Two large bedrooms, each with a king bed, are downstairs. One is an en suite with a bath tub/shower combination and large walk through closet. Vintage sliding doors offer 1940s charm. A half bathroom/powder room is also downstairs. The lower deck is shaded and has a propane grill with a table and six seats. Two additional Adirondack chairs provide the perfect conversation area when sitting grillside.

The spiral staircase will lead you to the second floor where a wet bar, second coffee bar, seating area with four barstools, a puzzle table and chairs, and a game room with a large sofa, 55” wall mounted TV, and two stand up Arcade games. The upper deck spans the entire 40’ length along the back of the house and is the perfect place for stargazing in one of the six super comfortable Adirondack chairs.

A bathroom with shower is located off the gameroom. The third bedroom with king bed is upstairs and has an en suite with a roomy shower and all bathroom necessities. This bedroom has a separate sitting area with workspace and closet as well as a private exit to the upper deck from the bedroom.

Despite the large spaces, this home was designed for six adult guests. However, there is a pull out sofa in the sitting area downstairs if an additional sleeping space is needed for two more guests.

Two Large (12 X 40 ft) Eastern facing decks run along the back of the home, one upper and one lower. The sunrises from these decks are breathtaking.

Our 37 secluded acres’ southern property line borders the Buffalo National River Parkland. To access our property, you will need to drive approximately three miles on dirt/gravel county roads which can be challenging during wet seasons. We are eight miles from the Pruitt access point of the Buffalo National River and quite close to many top notch hiking trails. Visit Branson just 50 minutes away or Eureka Springs for a day trip. We are located only 5 miles from Scenic Highway 7 and just down the road from Jasper, Arkansas.

Be aware that although our property is very private, we do have two tiny homes converted shipping containers about 1/10th a mile from the main house along our private drive. There could be wildlife in the area including, but not limited to, deer, elk, bears, snakes, raccoons, squirrels, and even bobcats. Please be mindful and alert during your stay.

The Cabin is a tiny house located in a peaceful, wooded country setting at the base of Gaither Mountain half way between Harrison and Jasper, AR. The Cabin is just off the highway with three quarter mile of gravel / dirt road. Please note, dirt road with gravel, hills, and curves. Close to the Buffalo National River. Excellent opportunities for canoeing, fishing, hiking, bicycling, motorcycling, and wildlife observation. Or relaxing in Mother Nature's backyard.

The space
The Cabin provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquility allowing guests to unwind and relax away from the electronic world. Please note: no WIFI or cable. A TV, DVD, and selection of movies provided.

The Cabin offers one bedroom with twin bunk beds and a queen size bed in the living area. One bath with shower. TV, DVD player, microwave, Keurig, full size stove and fridge, charcoal grill, and fire pit provided along with firewood.

Approximately 10 miles south of Harrison, 16 miles north of Jasper, 43 miles south of Branson, Mo. 9 miles to the Pruitt Access on the Buffalo River, 25 miles from Ponca, AR (great location to view the Elk herds), 4 miles from Scenic Highway 7.

The Cabin is perfect for those who love spending time outdoors. Note - total electric Cottage. Carbon monoxide detector not required.

Please note - the cabin does NOT provide internet or cable. Verizon and ATT seem to be the best cell service.

No pets or parties. Limited to a total of 4 guests including children unless additional guests are pre-approved with an additional fee.

This home is an old milking barn turned tiny home. With a quick 5-min walk to downtown & park from the home. Big cedar, a beautiful outdoor resort and well-known tourist attraction, is located just 22 mi away. Boasting amazing restaurants, wonderful scenery, and a world-class Golf Course. Just north of that is Branson Missouri, the “family friendly Las Vegas.”With shows, mini golf, and entertainment Galore!

The space
South Ave Cottage has a loft like bedroom upstairs with a hatched floor door for privacy. The upstairs has a queen sized bed and a twin futon with black out curtains. With its old mailing barn character it also comes with uniquely step steps to get to the upstairs bedroom loft. Downstairs is a cozy living room area with a Serta couch that can turn into a queen sized bed and extra linens are located in the milking bins. Also on the main floor is the kitchen, bathroom and office area.
Out back is fully fenced with a comfy patio area, fire pit and kid climbing structure.

Other things to note
This tiny home has some great character and can accommodate 2 people comfortably and enjoy the space. With that said it can sleep up to 4 but may feel tight.

You are welcome to visit the pond to watch for jumping frogs and fish. The dark open skies are great for star gazing! The property is in a remote setting and requires a 20-minute drive on rugged dirt roads that are not maintained by the city. Low-riding or luxury vehicles are not suitable for this terrain.

Our “70’s Downtown studio” has *NO check-out chores* and is uniquely decorated in vintage finds which includes four beds (1 King bed which is a BeautyRest pillow top mattress and 1 Queen bed which is a 10” memory foam mattress, each with a protective mattress cover under the sheets as well as a day bed/trundle bed that has two comfy twin mattresses and one Magellan Tritech Twin Raised Air bed with built in air pump) with multiple, comfy pillows that each have a protective zip cover and pillow case, a quilt rack with quilts and blankets, a clothes drying rack tucked behind the quilt rack, a TV, TV stand, Nintendo 64, a dining table and 7 chairs, a small storage/butcher block near the table, 3 leisure chairs (two being rockers), 2 foot stools, a Magnavox Astro-Sonic radio which sounds amazing, as well as various board games (vintage and modern). There are also books for all ages. Don’t worry, for the “new-age” family members that can’t live without Wi-Fi we have very fast Wifi so everyone is happy during your stay. There is a mini fridge/freezer combo, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, coffee filters, coffee, hot chocolate, apple & cranberry tea, and sugar. We do provide large plates, small plates, bowls, coffee cups, can opener, wine bottle corkscrew, and silverware. A roll of paper towels is also provided as we know eating can get messy! The studio is a very bright space if the guests would like or if they prefer less natural light from the four windows they can close the “Absolute 100% Black-out” curtains. The space has several overhead fluorescent lights that can light the area when dark outside or there are lamps for a softer lighting option. The windows provide a view of some of the downtown buildings. It is nice to get a view different then the ground level! From the studio you may hear a little bit of town noise before 5:00 p.m., but quiets down to where you will hardly hear any outdoor noise after normal business hours. The studio has a bathroom that has a “water closet” where the toilet is in its own room within the bathroom for added privacy and hygiene. Toilet paper provided is great quality! We do not skimp on the quality of our paper products! The shower has many built-in shelves for soap, shampoo, etc. to sit. We provide an Arm & Hammer shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo, body lotion, and bar soap. We do provide washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. There is a small vanity within the bathroom that has a couple of drawers for storage and a large shelf directly under the sink for cleaning products. We do provide a hair dryer, basic cleaning products, toilet brush, and plunger incase the need arises. Just outside the bathroom door is another, large vanity which would give the opportunity for hand-washing even if the bathroom is occupied. It also has several drawers which provides plenty of storage. The counter top on the large vanity does double duty providing a spot for the coffee pot, coffee cups, and toaster. The studio is accessed by a stairwell from inside the building (22 steps total), not handicap accessible.* The stairwell is lit and has a railing from the bottom to the top. The stairwell has locking doors at the bottom and top of the stairwell for guests’ privacy.

Our house is a renovated classic from an era of hard American work ethic and ingenuity. With both a modern and antique blend, we put the comforts into the nostalgia. There are a few quirks and rustic features to the home that add character but might be a bit odd to our guests, like a working skeleton key, antique windows, neat old closet doors, etc. We are confident you will enjoy our little jewel as much as we do.
With a grocery store four blocks away yet tucked into a sleepy neighborhood you will have the best of both worlds staying at our little cottage.

Each bedroom is a restful haven, complete with cozy twin-sized beds or King in the guest room, adorned with duck-themed décor, and a spacious king bed in the master bedroom, featuring elegant deer décor. Both rooms offer soft cotton linens, plenty of pillows to maximize your comfort, and their own bathrooms with large, spacious showers. The living room, decorated with moose-themed accents, provides a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

The suite features a living area that perfectly balances comfort and practicality. We are pleased to offer you a choice for your accommodations. You can select between two twin beds, perfect for those traveling with companions who prefers separate sleeping arrangements, or a king-sized bed, ideal for those who are traveling as a couple. Please let us know your preference, and we will ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

New 2 bed 2 bath farmhouse just 30 min from Branson. Great for e-bikes or ATVs (1 mile down dirt road). Enjoy the wildlife while you drink your coffee on the back deck or enjoy a sunset from the front porch. Snuggle in the recliner loveseat to watch your favorite movie on the smart tv. Take a trip to the Buffalo River, visit Table Rock Lake, or Silver Dollar City then come back to the hideout to relax in the peace and quiet. Your king Sleep Number bed awaits you in the master.

The space
This brand new build has a king sleep number in the master suite and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Two full baths have lots of towels and amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils, Keurig, dishwasher, soap, and a few cooking necessities such as oil, flour, sweetener and creamer for coffee, coffee, and salt/pepper. Unique décor can be found throughout the home. It’s a farm and rural, so it’s very quiet. bring bug spray in the summer months. Wildlife such as white tail deer, racoons, and squirrels frequent the property. In the Fall and winter months, enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room or the firepit in the font of the house - great for cooking s'mores or hot dogs. A gas grill is provided and a small bottle of propane.

Guest access
Guests can use all areas around the house, but we ask that they do not venture out on the farm. Entire house and yard are available to guests.
