This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee/pet, plus taxes, is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.

The pool house is a one room open concept space with a full bathroom, laundry and closet that is in the house but separated from the living space. The kitchenette only has a electric skillet, toaster and microwave for cooking. The pool bathroom is completely closed off from the inside of the house and you can only enter it from the outside. We also have a air mattress for extra guests.

This is a fabulous location! It feels like it’s in the country, yet it's in the city—a private yard. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars. 2 covered parking spots. You may want to visit the Rose District, which is 1/2 mile away. Restaurants within walking distance include Rib Crib, Chick-fil-A, Uncle Vinny’s Pizza, and authentic Mexican food.

This quiet and centrally located home in Broken Arrow has been carefully and totally remodeled. You are 1 minute from great coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries. The beautiful historic Rose District is less than 1 mile away with all its shopping, restaurants, and cafes! You are 2 minutes from the Broken Arrow Expressway, and 15 minutes from the airport or downtown Tulsa. You will feel safe, cozy, and relaxed here! Enjoy the peaceful back-yard which backs up to a green horse pasture.

The space
This is a 3 bedroom home with 1.5 baths. There is a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. There's also a pack-n-play and highchair. The kitchen and living room is all open and ready to entertain a family or a group. Each gathering area in the kitchen, living room, and back patio seats 6-7 guests. There's also a soft hot-tub, grill, and patio furniture on the back porch. You're welcome to use the laundry machine and dryer, and the office desk area. The garage has a ping pong table to enjoy.

Guest access
The whole house is available to guests except the cleaner's supply closet. All rooms are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.

Please keep all food in the kitchen or patio.

Please be honest with the guest count. After the first 2 guests each additional guest is $25/each/night.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis.
If a pet is allowed we ask:

In the kitchen you will find all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a full size farm sink and everything else needed to make this kitchen fully equipped for you and your guests to enjoy. Stunning countertops that provide ample workspace and a kitchen island that seats 4. There are 2 beds total in this space, a queen bed in each bedroom. Private bathrooms are done tastefully with modern tile and state of the art fixtures. Terrific overhead lighting will leave you feeling refreshed and beautiful in front of the deluxe mirrors. Stacked washer and dryer free to use for all your laundry needs. Our home has no steps making it easy for guests of all ages. The backyard is fenced and great for kids and dogs! We have a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic office chair and height adjustable table for remote workers. You’ll also have full access to the 2 car garage.

There is a separate office area with high-speed internet if you are in town for work. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a garage for your use.
