We have a large driveway for parking. This off-grid cabin is a short five minute hike into our 10 acre piece of land. We provide a small cart to help carry your things in. You have access to all of the land and all of the trails.

Other things to note
Truly an off-grid experience. Please consider the weather when booking because the cabin has no HVAC and is at the whim of the weather. You will be using a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is available. This site does require a small hike in to our land to find the cabin.

Remember the shower and compost toilet are both outside so bring what you need to stay warm and dry during your short trips.

We have a beautifully updated and spacious 2,300 sqft home with 4 large bedrooms/2 full bathrooms all on the second level, all for rent. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom, and the other three rooms have a roomy full bathroom for their shared use as well.

Because the house is rented by the room, you may be the only occupant during your stay, or you may overlap. As you enter, you will see the laundry area. You will then enter the fully furnished kitchen with Coffee, CrockPot and Ninja Blender. Here you will find seating for 6 that can double as an office space. You will then walk down the hallway and see the living room to your right and bedroom to left (2nd door). Here you will find a Queen Temper-pedic bed, fan, TV, mirrors, storage, chair, and hanging space (in hallway) with blackout curtains. The bathroom provides a tub/shower combo and storage.

One bedroom with a single-sized bed, a desk and a chair. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a single vanity, and tile floors. The living room has two couches, two dining tables, and a gas fireplace. Central heating and air, movies, and a DVD player.

BBQ grill, a fire pit, and patio furniture. Security cameras. Library, lakes nearby for fishing or boating, grocery stores, gym, and restaurants within 5 miles of the house. Golf course and Rogers State University 3 miles away.

Free Parking

The space
Most of the house has wood or tile flooring, the bathrooms have tile, you will have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom that barely anyone but yourself will be using. The entrance is shared and has a keypad so you can do self check in and check out. There’s a TV in the bedroom with a chrome cast so you can cast from you phone on any app that utilizes the casting feature over the high speed internet I provide. Rooms are clean and you will have fresh sheets and blankets. There are extra blankets in the closet should you need them and I can provide a space heater if you get cold. I keep the house at around 72-75F. I also have towels you can use and basic toiletries. You can use the kitchen, BBQ, living rooms, laundry room and patios as you wish.

I can recommend places to eat and visit that I bring my friends and relatives to. I can be reached via cell phone by text or call or email.

Other things to note
There’s a spacious yard, free parking in driveway, high speed internet, storage space in the garage, plethora of pots and pans and kitchen appliances to use, lots of books and board games to play and I don’t mind cooking a meal or two during your stay if you are interested. If I am free I am willing to show you around Tulsa or help you navigate the city. Rivers and Lakes have days and hours they are closed so I can advise you when to go or how to make reservations for float trips.
