The beds and linens are new and fresh and the bedroom furniture is beautiful solid cherry, maple, and pine. The dining room and living room seat 6 and the upstairs greatroom is perfect for movie watching or catching the big game. Put your feet up in the cozy sunroom, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening beverage while watching the neighbors walk their dogs or squirrels chase up and down the oak trees.

Kitchen is newly renovated and well-appointed. The downstairs bathroom is also newly updated with a custom-built, double-sink vanity and walk-in shower.

Historic homes and mature trees line the streets. A few houses down the street from this property is Florence Park where you’ll find nice, new pickle ball courts and a lovely playground.

Your personalized door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will have access of the entire property although we ask that you don’t get into our cleaning/supply closet without permission.

Before you even walk inside, you’ll be greeted with the sweetest little porch area with comfortable seating and a chiminea for those cool evenings. As you enter, this home has a large living space with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Huge Smart TV above the (non-working) fireplace, bose speaker, throw blankets, lamps and tables beside every seat. A gorgeous floor to ceiling, wall to wall vintage window adorns the front of the living room facing the street. The elegant dining table is set for 4 but has 2 additional leaves (and 2 additional chairs) that can be added to make it much larger if needed. The beautiful kitchen was recently updated and has a brand new wine fridge, full size stove, oven, refrigerator, Keurig with K-cup and regular drip coffee as well as everything you could possibly need to enjoy a meal in. We provide a starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, coffee, creamer, etc. If your stay is longer than 3 days, you’ll need to plan to re-stock. The full bathroom has been completely and beautifully re-done. One bedroom has a plush king-sized bed topped with luxurious linens and an assortment of pillows. This room also has an alarm clock, phone chargers, lamps, a new Smart TV, full length mirror and a desk with chair. Down the hall, the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed with most of the same amenities as the other bedroom. An additional queen-size easy fill air bed with bedding is provided for additional sleeping space.
Behind the house is a large garage that has been completely transformed into the coolest hangout. We’ve added a 4-person hot tub, large smart TV with sound bar, Bluetooth speaker, dart board, hanging chair, cozy sofa, bar cart, lights covering the ceiling, ceiling fan, as well as one corner has been reserved for the laundry room.

The property could have been cleaner, such as decks being wiped for cobwebs, stove being wiped off, floors swept, spraying for wasps (nests on back porch area). - "Brought my husband, sister, teenager and toddler here. We all enjoyed the cottage very much. The A/C kept this place very cold during the hot time that we visited. We rented a boat and enjoyed that as well. Very nice view from the back patio. Only disappointment was that you cannot fish or swim anywhere within a 10-15 minute walking distance, unless you are on a boat. Not a reflection of the cottage, just an assumption I had made when reserving. All staff are very friendly and the restaurant/store about a 2 minute walk away are phenomenal. - "....was our stay at the Sunset View property. The weather was cold and wet but the cabin was warm and cozy and made for an enjoyable family gathering. The cabin was roomy, nicely furnished, and acceptably clean. The parking and access ramp to the cabin were good, too. That said, the furnishings in the cottage need a little TLC and a bit of upkeep. Small things like missing lightbulbs, a broken lamp in the living room, and some outdoor furniture that looked too wobbly to even attempt sitting in. Nothing that kept us from thoroughly enjoying our stay, but I put this out there for the cottage owners to be aware that there are minor issues that need to be addressed. Also, there is no WIFI (they state this up front) except at the restaurant in the marina. But the entertainment system is fine, with plenty of premium channels and every room has a TV. We loved the restaurant and bar at the marina (TRY THE FRIES) and walking along the edge of the marina, looking at the boats and the lake. It was very windy while we were there, and no one was boating much during our stay. It would have been fun to watch the boats on the lake, but the lake itself is quite beautiful and very relaxing to sit and watch the water. We enjoyed the outdoor (gas) fire pit very much. This is a great central location for visiting the Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska, and also for visiting various places in Tulsa (like the Aquarium--go see it!). Definitely recommend this one for your next trip to OK."

Queen bed in the bedroom and brilliantly designed queen sofa bed in the living room, both are super comfy! High speed wifi, Smart TV with myriad streaming apps: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc., just sign in with your account. Full kitchen! Ice maker in fridge. The space
Feels like the country but only 5 minutes from Downtown Tulsa! The cottage is nestled on a quiet, leafy six acre property that backs onto Osage county woods. We live in the main house on the property and are available anytime to answer questions or offer advice on what to see while you're in Tulsa. The cottage has just had a complete makeover, it's clean, comfortable and peaceful with all the amenities needed to help you feel at home. There is original art on the walls, a guitar and a selection of board games and books.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the private cottage - living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry. There is also a small patio beside the cottage with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy. Please note there is an attached garage we use for our storage and occasional parking of cars.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in quiet Redbud Valley. Pets welcome, with a secured chain link fenced yard. WiFi available. Also an attached garage available, with washer and dryer available. Come relax in nature on side patio with grill, umbrella/table, side table. This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests!

The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples.

Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. Oversized sectional beside the fireplace is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or host a dinner party in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night.

The space
Before you even walk inside, you’ll be greeted with the sweetest little porch area with comfortable seating and a chiminea for those cool evenings. As you enter, this home has a large living space with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Huge Smart TV above the gas fireplace, bose speaker, throw blankerts, lamps and tables beside every seat. A gorgeous floor to ceiling, wall to wall vintage window adorns the front of the living room facing the street. The elegant dining table is set for 4 but has 2 additional leaves (and 2 additional chairs) that can be added to make it much larger if needed. The beautiful kitchen was recently updated and has a brand new wine fridge, full size stove, oven, refrigerator, Keurig with K-cup and regular drip coffee as well as everything you could possibly need to enjoy a meal in. We provide a starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, coffee, creamer, etc. If your stay is longer than 3 days, you’ll need to plan to re-stock. The full bathroom has been completely and beautifully re-done. One bedroom has a plush king-sized bed topped with luxurious linens and an assortment of pillows. This room also has an alarm clock, phone chargers, lamps, a new Smart TV, full length mirror and a desk with chair. Down the hall, the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed with most of the same amenities as the other bedroom. An additional queen-size easy fill air bed with bedding is provided for additional sleeping space.
Behind the house is a large garage that has been completely transformed into the coolest hangout. We’ve added a 4-person hot tub, large smart TV with sound bar, Bluetooth speaker, beverage fridge, dart board, hanging chair, cozy sofa, bar cart, lights covering the ceiling, ceiling fan, as well as one corner has been reserved for the laundry room.
Front door has doorbell camera.

Your personalized door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will have access of the entire property although we ask that you don’t get into our cleaning/supply closet without permission.

The living room is equipped with a smart tv that has a full entertainment system and free Wi-Fi. It also has a fully functioning fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your chef’s needs. From dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, & a variety of seasonings.
We also have a washer, dryer, & ironing board.
To relax we have a patio with ceiling fan to enjoy the sounds of early mornings or to unwind in the evening by the firepit and enjoy the fireflies.
