The kitchen has a full range of cooking pots/pans and utensils as well as dinnerware for serving meals. Cooking staples such as salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, flour, baking powder, and baking soda are stocked in the panty. Breakfast items such as instant oatmeal, pancake mix, and syrup are also stocked for your convenience. Two queen beds (downstairs) and one king bed (upstairs) provide comfortable options for sleeping. There are two gathering areas for watching TV, hanging out or playing games. For your entertainment we provide wireless Internet, three TVs with YouTube TV, one DVD player, and a selection of fun games. If you love to spend time on Broken Bow Lake, we have plenty of room for you to park your boat. Cozy Cottage is so cozy you may not want to leave, but if you decided to leave you will find it is very conveniently located to Beavers Bend State Park, Hochatown attractions and local restaurants. We are less than 5 minutes from almost everything. We look forward to hosting your next get-away to Hochatown and the Broken Bow Area. For your safety all exits have a deadbolt. Security cameras are located on the front and side porch to monitor the lower level entrances. These cameras will provide security for your belongings when away from Cozy Cottage. We use these mainly for security when the cottage is not booked with guests.

- "Peaceful" - "Homes sit back off side of highway all connected in an area with community hot tub. We didnt use it but other guests on the property partied in it. You can hear your neighbors at night or if they are outside. The property has a ropes course outside of the windows of our rental so people running around can be heard. The house is older so the bathtub handles are not secure. Needs to be fixed. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. The floors were not clean. My feet were black in minutes so take house shoes. It is nothing fancy for 250 a night but it is decent. We stayed april 25 for 2 nights. Hochatown is a 5 min drive north. The town has grown a lot. Lots of places to hang out. 3 wineries. Fish tale was the best. They have great food and wine. The hospitality was top notch at fish tale. Town is booming with tourism."

This property was once part of a 200 acre estate, but now resides in the middle of a 10 acre plot on the southern edge of the Broken Bow city limits. The Lane Cottage is a pet friendly property that has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is equipped two twin beds and a half bathroom. This home also includes with a full sized billiard (pool) table, a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, outdoor fire place, outdoor fire pit, pellet smoker, and hot tub! Please note that this cabin is within the city limits of Broken Bow. From this property you will be just a few miles away from many of local attractions of Broken Bow and Hochatown. You will be 1 mile away from the Choctaw Casino in Broken Bow, 8 miles from Hochatown/Broken Bow Lake, 10 miles from the Idabel Country Club Golf Course, 10 miles Cedar Creek Golf Course, and 5 miles from Lower Mountain Fork River kayak and canoe rentals.
