You’ll love this fabulous 1912 private loft- new electric, plumbing....everything! It’s the best of both worlds- old home romantic charm w hip vibe & new clean modern convenience! Professionally decorated to appeal to all those ‘Chip & Joanne fans’ in a industrial farm house look. Its close to the downtown restaurants & shopping, race track, the casino, the lake, hiking, world-class mountain-biking trails, and MORE! Come & rejuvenate!!! After you walk inside you’re greeted by a sunny nice living room, and a open brand new beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is private bedrooms with an awesome king size bed, and a beautiful bathroom with a romantic ball & claw foot tub. The house was just TOTALLY remodeled & professionally decorated w a hip industrial/ farm house vibe, modern elements married to the charm of 1912. Crisp clean yet comfortable- you’ll love it! GREAT location too- super close to restaurants, shopping, bath houses, race track / casino, hiking, mountain biking & Convention center!
One well-behaved dog is allowed with a $55 pet fee, and with permission possibly a second dog for an additional $25.

The space is truly delightful, feels happy and cozy, yet also uncluttered and roomy with surprises everywhere including a fully-stocked game display shelf.

Features a generous front living room, a central dining room with seating for four, full kitchen, laundry room, and two bedrooms each with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. The adjoining bedrooms are separated by double-bolt down that may be opened or kept closed and private. The back deck is very private yet offers skyline vistas of the Hot Springs Mountain Tower.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes full-size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and it is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, cups, glasses, and utensils. For the bedrooms and baths, all linens and towels are provided. Flat-screen Smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi throughout, and exterior security cameras. Central heat and air with guest-controlled thermostat and new on-demand water heater so you never run out of hot water. There is a full-size washer and dryer and iron and ironing-board in the laundry room.

- "The small bungalow was at the end of the street which provided for privacy and a good night's sleep. The furnishings were creative and a lot of fun. It had only one small bathroom however for 2-3 people; it was sufficient for our needs. They had an AC window unit in each room which kept the temperature cool. The host was amazing and responsive with any of our questions and gave us fantastic dinner recommendations as well. If you are planning a get-away to downtown, hiking, and the casino; the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again."

- "Close to town" - "We made the short trip from NLR to stay at Brandon's place for a surprise birthday weekend getaway for my wife. We just wanted a place to lay our head because the majority of our time was going to be spent at local establishments, including Oaklawn where the listing is less than 2 miles away. The VRBO was exactly as listed and while it lacked some "bells and whistles", you couldn't beat the price. The recent urgrades were very nice. The only complaints would be the narrow driveway/carport and the sun rising up early through the bedroom blinds/curtains. Having said all that, Brandon was a terrific host and we would definitely stay again as you couldn't beat the price and overall value."

- "Me and my mother in law stayed at this precious and very nice cottage. The location was perfect for what we needed, minutes from downtown and shopping! The owner was very nice and helpful during our stay. I do not have any complaints about this cottage. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Hot Springs! :) <3" - "This cottage was so perfect for us... we love to drink coffee early in the morning while reading our emails... the blue sofa with ottoman was perfect and roomy enough for both of us to sit on for this, and we used the two stools under the table as end tables to sit our mugs of coffee on. The small details like having a bottle opener in the drawer was nice, as well as snacks, coffee, and shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook anything as well, (pots & pans I mean.) If you were staying a week or longer, you might want to utilize that to save some cash! The location was spot on for convenience, you simply couldn't ask for a much better location to get around Hot Springs' main attractions. Its conveniently located in the national park and is a 2 minute drive from the main strip in hot springs where all of the shopping and dining are located. The host (Melissa) was an exceptional and attentive host providing anything we needed when requested. She went above and beyond to help us celebrate my girlfriends birthday.
