(Please note for mobility purposes that when the bunk room queen bed is pulled out & made it takes up the whole small bunk room.) All rooms are situated with great lake views right on the water.

We’ve built a new deck for our professionally-maintained hot tub & private living & outdoor cooking area that includes a propane fireplace. Lakeside evenings couldn’t get much better than sipping tea or a glass of chardonnay out on the deck in front of the fire with your best friend or your best canine pal & your kindle.

For the colder winter months, our RV cabin is equipped with central heating, electric fireplace, extra radiators if needed, a heated mattress pad on the master bed, plus plenty of cozy blankets. If you like quiet days in, we offer books, games & puzzles, plus Netflix & Amazon with movies & internet for viewing the lake from the comfort of the warm indoors.

A few things to know:

Lakeside can still get chilly in the winter, so please plan & dress accordingly.

Smaller dogs should be leashed at all times as we do have (amazingly beautiful) predatory birds, including bald eagles, hawks and owls.

As shown in photos, this property is in the woods & has all the woodsy things one would find in the woods, such as bugs, critters & such. We take a lot of care to remove fire ants & bad insects like wasps; however, please be aware the property is right on the lake & situated in the woods & plan accordingly.

The cabin does have an oven, but just fits a flat baking pan. We also have a new outdoor gas grill with burner in the outdoor kitchen area.

We are proud to offer an affordable dog-friendly experience for couples, friends, small families, or anyone wanting to get away & relax. We’ve even hosted famous writers!

A variety of privacy fencing, including 10-foot privacy walls to separate space from owner’s portion of the property, helps to provide a dog-safe & uniquely solitary water-front stay nestled under the pine trees, while our queen-sized pull-down Murphy bed features a comfortable mattress + 4 inch topper with premium bedding. Our book nook features a single fold-out mattress that doubles as a chair. Please see photos for details. This is a great sleeping arrangement for one small adult or two small kids; please note for mobility purposes the book nook is an elevated bunk room and is about 2.5 feet off the floor with a step stool provided. All rooms in this cabin are situated for maximum privacy while providing gorgeous lake views on the water.

We’ve built a new deck for our professionally-maintained hot tub & private living & outdoor cooking area that includes a propane fireplace. Lakeside evenings couldn’t get much better than sipping tea or a glass of chardonnay out on the deck in front of the fire with your best friend or your best canine pal & your kindle.

For the colder winter months, our RV cabin is equipped with propane heating, plus electric roof heating, extra radiators if needed, a heated mattress pad on the master bed, plus plenty of cozy blankets. If you like quiet days in, we offer books, games & puzzles, plus Netflix & Amazon with movies & internet for viewing the lake from the comfort of the warm indoors.

For warmer months offer central air conditioning and we are having a great time offering a peddle boat, a vintage 1965 canoe, and kayaks plus all life vests, paddles, etc. We also have fishing off our dock and a swimming area off our boat ramp and off the dock.

A few things to know:

Lakeside can still get chilly in the winter, so please plan & dress accordingly.

Smaller dogs should be leashed at all times as we do have (amazingly beautiful) predatory birds, including bald eagles, hawks and owls.

As shown in photos, this property is in the woods & has all the woodsy things one would find in the woods, such as bugs, critters & such. We take a lot of care to remove fire ants & bad insects like wasps; however, please be aware the property is right on the lake & situated in the woods & plan accordingly.

The cabin does have an oven, but just fits a flat baking pan. We also have a new outdoor gas grill with burner in the outdoor kitchen area.

A little about us: We are a woman-owned business, & our property is owner-occupied. It is our pleasure to welcome you with a quality, relaxing & quiet stay. Our property is an unique and large lake point on Lake Hamilton, ten minutes from downtown Hot Springs. The entire property is fenced and gated. Guests are welcome to walk all over the property and enjoy the dock and the boat ramp, peddle boat, kayaks and a vintage 1965 canoe. While outside the guest fenced area we ask that dogs are leashed. Private residences are marked.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the U.S. There are 2 gates with personnel for guests to gain access: one on the east side off of Highway 5 (closest if coming from Little Rock), open 7am to 10pm, and one on the west side off of Highway 7 (if coming from Hot Springs),open 24 hours. You must have a guest pass to enter. Automatic, unmanned gates are not available to visitors (property owners only).
