Located in Tyler, this welcoming cottage brings it all within your reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Liberty Hall or the 14-minute walk to McClendon House.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as a microwave, cookware, and paper towels. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have a washing machine. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

It was so quaint, and very clean as well as there was a lot of room and the backyard was very clean. There were a couple of downsides, one: the water pressure and temperature in the shower left a little to be desired, and we were only given 1 trash bag to use so when it was full we had to go and get grocery sacks. Holly Cottage is a 2-bedroom historic carriage house. Marvelous details include 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, heating, WiFi, and a washer/dryer machine. The historic bathroom has its original claw-foot shower/tub and many other amenities. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful tiny home, located across the street from the Mineola Wisener Airport, the oldest privately owned public use airport in the state of Texas. Within walking distance of the airport museum where a free guided tour can be booked during your stay.

Our Cozy Cottage is a great spot to stay whether just a day or over a month. There is a trail that follows the creek and crosses several bridges, it is over half a mile long. Lots of trees, deer, birds, and squirrels to watch.

Outdoor activities: horse game, ring toss, trail scavenger hunt, swings, fire pit, BBQ grill, and hammocks.

We have an outdoor fire pit and gathering area with hammock and swings for guests to enjoy. Guests are free to roam the property and access all common areas. Be respectful of other guest quarters and private property.

The sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed, futon, and blow up mattress. Inside we have an Alarm Clock / Radio, Games, TV, DVD player, DVDs, VHS, books, Full kitchen with toaster, microwave coffee maker and full-size refrigerator - Coffee and popcorn are provided.

Outside we offer a BBQ grill with charcoal and lighter fluid on the cabins back porch, a private picnic table area and seating.

Bedding is always changed out before new guests arrive.

WiFi provided.

Pets are welcome. There is a nonrefundable $25 pet fee per visit.

If you have a larger group check to see if our log cabin (Coyote creek cabin) is available for rent.

We are 15 minutes from Canton which has one of the world’s largest flea markets. Also, just 8 miles away from Texas Rose Horse Park. Plenty of fishing lakes, Lake Fork, Lake Palestine, Lake Tawakoni and Tyler State Park. Close Cities are LIndale, Tyler, Van, Canton, Edom, Hideaway, Mineola and Gladewater (antique capitol of Texas).

Come visit Cana Cottage, a peaceful nature getaway in East Texas. Tucked away on 11+ acres of forest, this cozy cottage is conveniently located in-between Tyler and Lindale. We are just 4 miles south of I-20, and an hour and fifteen minutes in either direction from Dallas and Shreveport. Surrounded by evergreen forest, two creeks, and plenty of wildlife - Cana Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Though the property as a whole is secluded, the cottage sits about 200 feet downhill from our main home.

This 432 square ft, 1 bed 1 bath cottage has an open concept when you walk in. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all one shared space. The kitchen offers everything you would need for a long-term OR short-term stay. A sliding barn door will bring you back to a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a final barn door opens up to a full bathroom at the back of the cottage. Additionally there is a washer/dryer in the bathroom that is free for guests to use.

Guests will have full access to the entire stand-alone cottage. There is ample parking space in the gravel drive in front of the cottage. Feel free to hang out on the porch or take a walk down the long driveway. We are a fragrance-free rental! That means that we do not use candles, air fresheners (plug-ins, sprays, etc.), high-powered fragranced cleaning products, or dryer sheets. Our laundry soap and disinfectant spray both have clean ingredients that contain essential oils. Please don’t hesitate to reach out of if you have any questions!

The lake/bay area was perfect and quiet. We didn't have to worry about boaters. Our children kayaked and swam in the lake morning, noon, and night. The screened-in porch was just great for the mamas to sit and relax with a glass of wine and stay up way too late and enjoy catching up. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner was great at communication ahead of time and we had no issues. She provided us with a home away from home. Welcome to our cozy cottage, built in 1946 and lovingly restored in 2021, retaining many of the original details. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of the 80-year-old live oak trees in the front and the huge pecan tree in the back. We have recently rejuvenated the kitchen and bathroom and our guests love the results. We love clean. We are proud of consistent 5 star ratings for cleanliness! We use a Tineco wet vaccum throughout the house (we don't have carpet, we have hard wood/tile and linouium) We wipe down all touch surfaces after each guest, in addition to our deep-cleaning routine.
We provide amenities such as coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, shower caps, make -up cloths, large, thick cotton hotel brand bath towels, 100% cotton sheets, high-end matresses and box springs (Necar and Sealy Posture Pedic) laundry soap, a washer and dryer as well as all of the usual toiletries. We want you to expect to feel at home.
If you let us know in advance we can provide a baby bed/pak-n-play. We have a high chair on the property for your stay.
We offer a double car port and recommend that you use it because birds roost in our trees at night.
We have all new appliances in our kitchen including a 4 burner ceramic topped stove, microwave, dishwasher amd double door Samsung refrigerator.
You will find our kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Even the grocery store is close by! UT health is around the corner, making our cottage the perfect place if you work there or need to visit.

Perfect cozy cottage with gorgeous views and an amazing large dock. Relax and enjoy peaceful sunsets on the dock or grill under the patio lights on the deck with family. The property offers great fishing and easy access to open water by boat. All while still being within a quick drive to all of the wonderful entertainment Tyler TX has to offer. Visit during New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day and see fireworks all around the lake after dark.

We used the outdoor area mainly for relaxing but best of all it was a perfect space for our puppy. Communication was on point and the check in/check out was a breeze. Finally, the location was very close to all of our activities, shopping and eating out. Estate sales, antique malls, outdoor markets, and delicious bbq are just a few more great reasons to come and stay at this amazing property!"
