Welcome to your home away from home! A private studio space, with a private bathroom & private patio entrance. This is the back unit of a Duplex.

We strive to provide a comforting space for those on the go, so we include free small breakfasts, coffee, and teas!

We are located on the interior of SW Loop 323. Just under 10 minutes to major hospitals, shopping, food & drinks!

Warm & Cozy, Succulent themed Mother-in-Law suite, tucked in the privacy of the backyard. Easy access entrance via a private patio. Very secure inside with additional interior locks. This room is still has shared walls with our living quarters.

The bedroom itself has a new memory foam queen bed on the softer side, with 4 sleeping pillows, soft & comfortable bedding. Lovely towels are provided as well.

There is a well lit desk space, as well as a leaf-table in the kitchenette space that has an Electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Large closet space and cabinet storage left empty for you.

Please note there is no kitchen sink or stovetop.

Free street parking or parking on the driveway if you have a lifted vehicle.

- "Warning- warning- warning‼ If anything goes wrong and you want a refund, you probably won’t get it.‼My throat told me there was mold in the property therefore I could not stay there. They said there wasn’t any that it was a new issue. I believe the picture showed differently. I notified them within 10 minutes to 15 minutes after arriving, they would not give me a refund found out. Also the roof had been leaking. I would say for a while from the pictures I have Notify VRBO. The owner still would not refund. She should’ve canceled my VRBO before I arrive due to roof issues. I believe they use the money they got off me to fix the roof. If you wanna pull a bag behind you that’s not possible. There’s no walkway just a few steppingstones and a downspout for rain that goes across there so it’s muddy. Not a great place to park like I said I didn’t stay here, but I did check it out because I was here to help my daughter-in-law and a newborn in a 3 1/2 year-old. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Took advantage of a person on Social Security when clearly it was supposed to rain all week and they should have canceled. Other issue was a young kid next-door was playing headbanging music loudly at 4 PM. It looks like no one had mowed the grass in a while, except for maybe we dated where the pictures are where you would be walking on the steppingstones, which aren’t even close enough to really fully step on. If you're looking for a cozy tiny home in the heart of East Texas but also want the luxuries of having food service and entertainment in the evenings, then Circle M is your place! Our Tiny Home is situated right on the property of Circle M Crawfish which is a busy Cajun restaurant with live music and entertainment most nights of the week! You can leave the restaurant and your front door is located across the parking lot. This one bedroom comes complete with a couch downstairs that also makes out into a full size bed! Large TV in the living room if you choose to stay in and the kitchenette is complete with dishes and a microwave if you bring your leftovers back from the restaurant. Let's be honest though...the food is so good, you'll want to finish your plate! We are 11 miles to Gladewater(the Antique Capital of East Texas), 15 miles to Tyler(the Rose Capital) and only an hour drive to First Monday in Canton Texas!!

Great location, located only a mile east of the University of Texas at Tyler. A quiet location with all the amenities necessary to make it a home. It's 10 minutes, from downtown Tyler and perfect for those coming into Tyler but don't want to stay in a cold uninvited hotel.

- "I cannot overstate how wonderful this place is! Once you climb the stairs to the totally private apartment over the carriage house you are in a gorgeous place with pleasant, expansive views in every direction of the historic residential area where it’s located, as well as a couple of stained glass windows to add charm. My wife and I chose this place to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect! It is elegant, charming and romantic, but practical too, as it has 3 large tv’s, a studio/extra sleeping area, a very ample bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Also a comfortable living room, a small but useful kitchen and a dining table for 6. The main bedroom is comfy with a king-sized bed. The whole place is enchanced with very high ceilings (Í’d say at least 10, maybe 11 feet high). This is a peaceful, quiet area. Its central location just a couple of blocks from Broadway made it easy to reach any place we wanted to visit with a 10-minute drive. Our host, John, answered my messages right away, and was extremely kind and helpful in every way! We were even received with a plate of blueberry muffins, great for next’s day’s breakfast! I seriously doubt that you could find a nicer place in Tyler. This is the place to stay!"

This is a two-story unit in a barn that is on a 50-acre ranch. The kitchen/dining area is on the ground level and the living rooms and bedrooms are up the circular stairs. The unit is nicely furnished and is complete with linens and kitchen utensils.
There is a nice patio that is available immediately outside the unit.

The apartment is very insulated and protects well from outside noise. As stated previously it has its own space, parking, driveway, doorbell, and space so you will have as much privacy as you desire! But should you need anything, we live right next door! We pride our apartment as being unique (and have had many guests rave about) in the fact that we are close enough to be at the ready for anything you may need, but with enough privacy for you to fully enjoy your space and stay, without feeling cramped or intruded upon at all!

This might have been understandable if this was communicated by the host, but there was nothing. Instead she tried to gaslight me into believing she had notified me. After finally admitting it had slipped her mind she tried to offer a resolution at 10 AM to move us to another property… Too little, too late. Stay far away from this place! "

The space is a recently remodeled farmhouse room with a private attached bathroom and a private code lock on the entry door. The library, front porch, and grounds are shared. There's another room at the opposite end of the hall that uses the Hall bathroom.. If you’re interested in both, let us know!

We have remodeled our older Farmhouse with the intent of creating a clean, comfortable and accommodating space for our guests. We have completed all of the remodeling and everything works well, but we are keeping the interior authentic to the original farmhouse character. It may not be perfect, but we hope you’ll love the vibe! We do have two dogs and two cats who live on our property and have free range. They are very friendly, but if you have any fear of dogs or cats, please do not book this space. We have other rental options in our cabins!

Phillips Street Loft is a fully renovated Carriage house with original wood floors and 1921 large porcelain bath tub (no shower but has a sprayer). It is upstairs with a lovely view of the church and flower gardens. It is nestled in the Brick Street Village next door to Crafts & Quilting, Etc. and within walking distance is a bakery, coffee Shop and other shops. A Book Nook is downstairs for your reading pleasure and guests are invited to sit on the rock patio for quiet time.

Holly Cottage Garden Carriage House is in Tyler’s distinguished and charming Charnwood/Azalea Historic District of Tyler located just blocks from so many great Tyler attractions. These are wonderfully convenient accomodations during Azalea Trails, Rose Festival, Canton First Monday and other East Texas favorites.

By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.

The space
The upstairs apartment of the Carriage House is comfortable with beautiful views of the gardens. We also have a downstairs studio apartment and bathroom available if you need room for more people.

Bedroom one has a beautiful view overlooking the herb garden and maze, with a queen size bed, dresser, desk and Smart TV with streaming services and wi-fi.

Bedroom two offers a double bed with a comfortable sitting chair, small dresser and small desk.

The kitchen has a table with seating for four, full-size refrigerator, stove and cook-top, small microwave, pantry, cooking pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware.

The bathroom cast-iron fixtures are original to the historic carriage house with a claw tub/shower.

All rooms have window unit air-conditioning and space heaters to make yourselves comfortable. We also have a portable fan available for the bathroom as this is a historic home and it does not have a ceiling fan.

The stairs are fairly steep and there is no stairlift.

The garden is available to walk through by appointment only and the paths are uneven as they are made of bricks, rocks and stones, so please plan accordingly.

This remodeled apartment is located in the heart of the Azalea District. It's nice and clean and has all of the amenities you need to feel right at home. It is close to downtown, local hospitals, parks and Tyler Junior College. There are several restaurants close by, including Stanley's Famous Pit BBQ. If you prefer authentic Mexican food, you are minutes from Don Juan's Mexican Restaurants (all 3 on E. Erwin Street and one downtown). Enjoy the stay and the Azalea district!

This apartment has a full size bed and a desk. There is a standup shower and the light switch for shower is Bluetooth so you can play your music by linking to Homewerks. Smart TV is mounted on wall and has a remote control. The room is kept cool or warm with a split unit that is also controlled with a remote control. The King Suite is Located in a Historic Downtown building a few steps away from the downtown square with all the best bars, restaurants, coffeeshops and gyms. The space features huge 12ft vaulted ceilings and oversized windows overlooking downtown that allows natural light to flood the space, highlighting the original brick accent walls and hardwood floors. The brick wall continues into the bathroom where a grandé shower with duel heads and plush robes welcomes you. Enjoy a large skylight that is shared between the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and end your evening in the bedroom with a cozy, luxurious king size bed covered in high quality linens. This apartment is smart! Easy access with August Smart lock, unlock the door with your phone.
