The 6 of us (my husband and me, two teens, and stepdaughter and her boyfriend) all flew to Texas from Hawaii. I'd originally booked us a couple of hotel suites, but this house was so much better for us and was nearly the same price. It was great being able to gather in the living room before and after our daily adventures and the kitchen was a pleasure to work in. The neighborhood was quiet and close proximity to major roads and other amenities. We didn't spend much time in the game room but probably would have if we'd stayed another couple of days. Communication with Shawn was prompt and easy. I would happily stay there again if my travels bring me back that way."

- "We enjoyed our stay completely. They were very quick to respond, and everything was as listed or better. Very clean and well kept apartment. My daughter and I shared the extra room while my brother and his wife took the master. Even being in the same room my daughter who is usually glued to me especially at bed time, she stayed in her own bed all night ensuring that mom got a full nights sleep as well! The bathrooms were great and the spaces worked out well for all 4 of us to get ready for a wedding without bumping into one another while trying to prepare for an event fancier than any of us were accustomed too! Would for sure stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! I was worried about the apartment feel but you don’t really notice those that live in the complex and it was very quiet. The road noise was the only thing that could even possibly be looked at as something but honestly we barely noticed it at all. Convenient location, and several places to grab groceries and anything you may need near by! Thank you for being amazing hosts!"

But there were several maintenance issues that brought the overall property down. The freezer door of the refrigerator leaks, and the guest bathroom has a very slow draining sink and bathtub resulting in water build up every time someone used the bathroom sink or tub. In addition, there is a large active wasp nest in the childrens playground in the backyard. Luckily, we checked before we put our toddler in there but the wasps made half the backyard unusable, which was a major selling point to us selecting this rental property. "

The apt unit is on the first floor and consists of 14" ceilings, hardwood floors, large walk-in master shower, large outdoor patio, and much more. This complex is a multifamily component of a 50-acre, open-air lifestyle center. Surrounding the community is 250,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and offices.
Master bedroom includes one king bed with pillowtop mattress, two side tables, full-length mirror, empty closet, two lamps.
Master bathroom includes a large shower, toilet, dual sinks, plenty of counter space, and large mirror. Stocked with hair dryer, curling iron, etc. and soaps.
Open floorplan includes a large area that includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen with hardwood floors. Living room includes a large sectional reclining sofa, coffee table with rolling storage seats, rug, electronic fireplace, TV (streaming services installed and available with "guest" profiles), side table, book shelf (stocked with books), and a baby grand piano. Dining room includes a large round table with five comfortable dining chairs. Kitchen includes four barstools, freezer/refridgerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, K-cup coffee maker (coffee, creamer, sugar stocked), air fryer, and toaster. Pantry stocked with spices, condiments, and snacks. Kichen stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc.
Laundry room includes electric washer and dryer. Laundry is stocked with laundry detergent and cleaning supplies (both laundry and home). Beside laundry is stocked with vacuum cleaner, broom, duster, step ladders, ironing board, and iron.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed with pillowtop mattress, side table, two cube bookshelves, chair, and half-empty closet.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed with pillowtop mattress, wardrobe, side table, and desk. All beds include fresh clean linens -- sheets and duvet comforters. I've had a guest request a link to where I purchased the sheets because he wanted to buy them for himself, saying they were amazing.
Bathroom #2 includes a bath/shower combo with garden tub (larger than standard), toilet, dual sinks, and plenty of counter space.
Patio includes two swinging chairs -- one double and one single -- and a small fire pit. There are also hanging patio string lights.
There are restaurants/stores right outside the building entrance. Fish City Grill and Snappy Salads are directly in front of the building entrance. Further down, just steps away, you will find plenty of other places to eat, including Joy's Macarons, The Blue Fish, Lion & Crown Pub, Girmaldi's Pizza, Village Burger Bar, Mi Cocina (Tex-Mex), Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's, Panera Bread, Frogg Coffee Bar & Creperie, Mutts Canine Cantina, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Paciugo Gelato, Cru Wine Bar, Shiva's Indian Palace -- all within a 2-7 minute walk.
For your shopping pleasure, there are also many stores within steps of the apartment building, including Anthropologie, Bath and Body Works, Chico's, DSW Shoes, Eddie Bauer, Francesca's, J.Jill, Kendra Scott, Lululemon, Michael's, Pandora, Victoria's Secret, Sephora, Soma, White House Black Market, and much more!
