My daughter and I shared the extra room while my brother and his wife took the master. But there were several maintenance issues that brought the overall property down. The freezer door of the refrigerator leaks, and the guest bathroom has a very slow draining sink and bathtub resulting in water build up every time someone used the bathroom sink or tub. In addition, there is a large active wasp nest in the childrens playground in the backyard. Luckily, we checked before we put our toddler in there but the wasps made half the backyard unusable, which was a major selling point to us selecting this rental property. "

For the well-being of our community, we kindly request that you pick up litter, and when outside, dogs must be leashed at all times. Cats should remain indoors.

If your unit has a balcony, please ensure you provide any necessary safety gates for young children.

1. Park in a designated parking space, not along the curb.
2. Do not park in fire lanes (marked in red on the curb).
3. Do not park in handicap spaces without the appropriate tag or plate.
4. Do not park in reserved spots or carport parking areas without a proper reserved tag. If you want a reserved space, please let us know.

In the event of lost keys or fobs, a replacement/loss key fee of $100 will apply.

UTILITIES: Electricity bills are covered in the rent up to $125 for a 2-bedroom unit. These rates are designed to account for typical electricity usage during peak periods and also cover water, trash, and Internet expenses.
