Right in the heart of Allen, this peaceful getaway is a small piece of luxury in the most ideal location! The 1-bath boasts all the basics, including a Smart TV, WiFi, and a cozy setting to relax. When you’re not shopping at the Outlets, spectating at the Events Center, or taking a scenic stroll on the creek trail — The space is all you need for a calm retreat.
The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.
The space
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, coffee machine, blender as well as the standard basics: dishes, glasses, and silverware. There is a Smart TV connected to the wifi. The treasure chest is stocked with a variety of card games. Queen bed is plush to medium firm.
The Green Gem is the prime location. With easy access to Hwy 75 and Hwy 121 you could be in Plano, McKinney, Frisco or Dallas in a few minutes.

Guests will have access to the entire studio. There is plenty of parking on the side of the house and if needed for special cases with prior approval, under the carport.
