This convenient 1 bed/1 bath Guesthouse is located in the back of a main house that is also on Airbnb. There is a fence that separates both backyards. This guesthouse is fully furnished and perfect for an affordable stay. The entrance to the guesthouse is at the back. Instructions will be provided to access. Location is very nice and convenient to access Fort-Sill, and is near to shopping places such as Walmart and Sam's Club, and dinning places such as Bricktown, Backporch, and more!

Pets will only be allowed to be inside the home with prior approval and for $80 fee per stay for one pet. $150 for two pets.

The space
The unit features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a standalone clothing rack, complemented by a television and blackout curtains for your comfort.
In the living room, you'll find a queen-sized sofa bed, a cozy chair, a coffee table, and end tables. The lamps on the end tables include USB connections for convenient device charging. A 50" TV is set within a built-in entertainment center.
Both TVs are Amazon Fire Smart TVs, and you'll have complimentary access to Amazon Prime TV, FreeVee, and Tubi.
The bathroom is fitted with a combined tub and shower.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a glass-top electric stove/oven, a microwave, a refrigerator complete with an ice maker, a toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. Due to space constraints, there is no dinette; dining options include the counter and TV trays.
Guest access
The entire unit, along with the clubhouse (upon request), is at your disposal. You are also invited to make use of the on-site laundromat.

This home is located 10 miles from Lake Lawtonka, Ft. Sill and Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

The space
I am a retired veteran that is here to make your visit to Lawton as stress free as possible. You will have your own separate parking and entrance. If you are visiting a graduation on Fort. Sill I will be more than happy to make sure you get to the right place.
You may use the pool as much as you like during your stay; (pool towels, floats, toys, googles etc. are provided).
Pool will be closed for the winter mid to late October.; weather permitting it will reopen mid-late May.

I am renting the guest house on my 1-acre property; I live on the property in my own home which is adjacent to the guest house and separated by a gated fence. You will have your own access and gated driveway. There is a pool that you will have full access to during your stay if it is open. ( usually early May-October)
