The space
This is a cozy private room with a twin bed, ceiling fan, bedside light on top of a stand, a clothes closet with hangers and a dresser. The bed has a thick memory foam mattress which gives our guests all the comfort they need for a sound sleep 😴.

Guest access
The guests will have access to a beautiful full bath and the front living room with a microwave. These spaces may be shared by a guest in the next room

During your stay
I like my guests to have their space and feel free. They can reach me by email through the BNB site I will always come to them if they need me.

The space
This was the original master bedroom at the front part of the house and it has a Queen size bed, dresser, bedside cabinet with bedside lamp and a closet for hanging clothes.

This is a quiet neighborhood so we are looking for guests that will appreciate this and not create problems for our other guests or our neighbors.

Guest access
The front living room is an additional space with a microwave for the guests. There may be a guest in the other bedroom that will be using that same space.
The hosts may be in that same shared area from time to time.

During your stay
My husband and I plan to leave the front part of the house fairly private but if we do occasionally have a friend visiting they may use the guest bathroom for a brief time.

Other things to note
Please remember to leave the light in the hallway on at night so that you can lock and unlock your door with the key and any guest that is using the small bedroom can do the same. Also leave the light in the front lamp stand on so that people can see to get to the hallway.
The front porch has a couple of stairs to get into the house so be careful.
The front part of the house is not wheelchair accessible.

All in the same shopping center just 3 minutes away.
