The camper has an all-in-one bathroom with a handheld shower.
A kitchen with the essentials and a stove, but no oven.
One full sized bottom bunk bed and a pull-out couch (twin), great for the little ones.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE SIZE OF THE CAMPER. It is an 18ft, tiny place! While there is an additional bed this listing is not recommended for 3 adults, it would be very crowded. Perfect for an individual or two needing a place to sleep while visiting Denton!

This is a "pop up" camper, meaning the clearance on the front door is lower than normal, you have to duck and step up simultaneously. The ceiling over the bed is very low and requires ducking and stooping to crawl into and get out of. The shower/toilet area is a confined space. Must be able bodied to use this camper! PLEASE CONSIDER THESE LIMITATIONS BEFORE BOOKING, for your comfort and enjoyment! In extreme weather conditions, some may find it uncomfortable. We thoroughly enjoy it, and think you will too!

There is space for your luggage on the top bunk. While it is small and cozy we try to make it feel spacious! The patio area is a great little private spot to sit on a beautiful day. Please reach out for any additional questions!

This hidden Denton gem sits on 1 acre of land in the heart of Denton. Cozy and private, this cottage is 7 minutes from Denton's historic square and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and other activities. If you're looking for a little hideaway, this place is for you! Sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee or go for an evening stroll. It is ready for any season! The cottage provides covered parking, Smart TV, full kitchen for cooking, and washer and dryer units.

The space
The cottage is a studio-style home. There is one queen size bed that can comfortably sleep 2 adults. The bathroom is a "shower only" bathroom and includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips and cotton balls. We include high speed Wifi, Disney+, YouTube TV, and Netflix for your entertainment. There is covered parking and a nice, shaded front porch. We have a dog named Atlas and three cats. Samantha likes to visit the cottage occasionally, so don’t be alarmed if you see a kitty on your porch. It’s probably her. No animals are allowed in the cottage.

You have a private entrance to the cottage and you can come and go at any time. Anything that is in the cottage you may use, but please be mindful of our property and treat it as you would your own home.

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife.

The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Plenty of parking and private entrance.

The space
The Cottage is located in the backyard behind the host's house, and is attached to the front half of a recording studio, which normally serves as a lounge or break area for studio clients to relax and get away from the stress of recording. But whenever we don’t have any sessions scheduled, we make the cottage available for rental through Airbnb.

Built in the fall of 2017, the cottage is a nearly 500 ft² independent studio apartment, designed as a respite for weary musicians or cozy way station for travelers. It is situated in an extraordinarily peaceful residential neighborhood on the north side of town, on a large lot full of trees, across the street from a quiet creek, and around the corner from a large park. Enjoy the solitude of the cottage, or take advantage of the five-minute drive to TWU or downtown Denton and enjoy the rich cultural life of the Square!

Everything about the cottage is designed to promote relaxation, leisure, and the ability to disengage. The décor and furnishings are all brand-new as of fall 2017 and include a queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, wireless Internet, and flat screen TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Other things to note
Attached to a business, the property is under 24 hour indoor and outdoor surveillance by security cameras. There are no cameras in the cottage itself.

We have a dog (Yumi) that is in the house most of time, but we do let her out to potty regularly. I doubt you will see her, but if you have any problems with dogs, let us know and we'll make sure she is inside while you are here.

A converted carriage house walking distance to downtown Denton and University of North Texas (UNT) Campus. DCTA bus stop located across the street and downtown DCTA train station a mile away. Has a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee pot. Has a Murphy bed downstairs, and a loft with space for an air mattress. Please use caution on ladder stairs.

This adorable space was converted from a 1920's carriage house into a "tiny house" style abode. Tons of unique charm that you can't find in a traditional hotel but with modern amenities and comforts.

Contemporary micro kitchen stocked with most dishes and utensils you may need. The home includes free wifi, television, a full bathroom with shower, a upper loft space with additional sleeping area accessed by ladder stairs on the back side of a storage closet.

Due to the fact that the carriage house is detached from the main house, the wifi can be fickle. (Can usually be fixed by me resetting the router. Also, there are many bars, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance with free wifi.)

The space
As you drive down Oak Street, you'll see beautiful historic mansions on your left & right. As you pull up to our house, you'll be able to park along the street in the public parking in front of each house. Once you walk up the driveway to our property, you'll see the front house where our family lives. To the right of our house is a gate (we'll send you the code) that will take you down the driveway to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is a converted historic garage, so when you see the "garage," you'll know you're getting close. There will be a lockbox connected to the door for you to enter a code & retrieve a key. When you enter the space, you'll be greeted with a large King-sized bed & a comfortable chair & ottoman to sit on. In the back of the room, you'll see the kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and other kitchen supplies. As you move to the back of the room, you'll see the private bathroom on your left. We have a top-of-the-line Daikin AC/heat unit that is controlled by the remote control next to the door. This guesthouse has been recently remodeled & everything is new for your comfort!

You can easily walk most places you'd want to go. The Downtown Denton Square has some of the best restaurants in Dallas/Fort Worth. Public parking is available on the street in front of the houses. There is one public parking spot in front of the main house which is your best bet, but if that spot is taken, there are other spots up and down the street.

The space
All you need is included- washer and dryer, and super fast WIFI. A large 50” TV with soundbar and subwoofer enable you to connect to your bluetooth compatible device for awesome audio. Large closet for storing clothes. Central heat and air conditioning make it really easy to heat and cool the space. Under cabinet lighting and leathered granite countertop & kitchen island doubles as a dining table and workspace. All light switches are controllable with dimmers to keep the light from being too harsh in the middle of the night.

The queen sized bed sleeps 2 and the sofa bed folds out to a full size bed which sleeps 2 as well.

Access is granted via a keypad and street parking is unlimited. This spot is so close to everything, the new playground and park are only 1/2 block away. Some of the best BBQ in Texas is 1/2 block in case you get hungry. The public pool and library are all in close proximity which also hosts large events throughout the year such as Arts and JazzFest, Blues Fest and other crowd pleasers.

Animals are not allowed and per AirBNB will result in a cancellation of your stay.

The fold out couch sleeps 1 adult very comfortably or 2 kids and the queen bed sleeps 2 adults comfortably.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home.
