PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE SIZE OF THE CAMPER. It is an 18ft, tiny place! While there is an additional bed this listing is not recommended for 3 adults, it would be very crowded. Perfect for an individual or two needing a place to sleep while visiting Denton!

This is a "pop up" camper, meaning the clearance on the front door is lower than normal, you have to duck and step up simultaneously. The ceiling over the bed is very low and requires ducking and stooping to crawl into and get out of. The shower/toilet area is a confined space. Must be able bodied to use this camper! PLEASE CONSIDER THESE LIMITATIONS BEFORE BOOKING, for your comfort and enjoyment! In extreme weather conditions, some may find it uncomfortable. We thoroughly enjoy it, and think you will too!

There is space for your luggage on the top bunk. While it is small and cozy we try to make it feel spacious! The patio area is a great little private spot to sit on a beautiful day. Please reach out for any additional questions!

This hidden Denton gem sits on 1 acre of land in the heart of Denton. Cozy and private, this cottage is 7 minutes from Denton's historic square and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and other activities. If you're looking for a little hideaway, this place is for you! Sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee or go for an evening stroll. It is ready for any season! The cottage provides covered parking, Smart TV, full kitchen for cooking, and washer and dryer units.

The space
The cottage is a studio-style home. There is one queen size bed that can comfortably sleep 2 adults. The bathroom is a "shower only" bathroom and includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips and cotton balls. We include high speed Wifi, Disney+, YouTube TV, and Netflix for your entertainment. There is covered parking and a nice, shaded front porch. We have a dog named Atlas and three cats. Samantha likes to visit the cottage occasionally, so don’t be alarmed if you see a kitty on your porch. It’s probably her. No animals are allowed in the cottage.

You have a private entrance to the cottage and you can come and go at any time. Anything that is in the cottage you may use, but please be mindful of our property and treat it as you would your own home.

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife.

The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Plenty of parking and private entrance.

The space
The Cottage is located in the backyard behind the host's house, and is attached to the front half of a recording studio, which normally serves as a lounge or break area for studio clients to relax and get away from the stress of recording. But whenever we don’t have any sessions scheduled, we make the cottage available for rental through Airbnb.

Built in the fall of 2017, the cottage is a nearly 500 ft² independent studio apartment, designed as a respite for weary musicians or cozy way station for travelers. It is situated in an extraordinarily peaceful residential neighborhood on the north side of town, on a large lot full of trees, across the street from a quiet creek, and around the corner from a large park. Enjoy the solitude of the cottage, or take advantage of the five-minute drive to TWU or downtown Denton and enjoy the rich cultural life of the Square!

Everything about the cottage is designed to promote relaxation, leisure, and the ability to disengage. The décor and furnishings are all brand-new as of fall 2017 and include a queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, wireless Internet, and flat screen TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Other things to note
Attached to a business, the property is under 24 hour indoor and outdoor surveillance by security cameras. There are no cameras in the cottage itself.

We have a dog (Yumi) that is in the house most of time, but we do let her out to potty regularly. I doubt you will see her, but if you have any problems with dogs, let us know and we'll make sure she is inside while you are here.

A converted carriage house walking distance to downtown Denton and University of North Texas (UNT) Campus. DCTA bus stop located across the street and downtown DCTA train station a mile away. This adorable space was converted from a 1920's carriage house into a "tiny house" style abode. Tons of unique charm that you can't find in a traditional hotel but with modern amenities and comforts.

The space
As you drive down Oak Street, you'll see beautiful historic mansions on your left & right. As you pull up to our house, you'll be able to park along the street in the public parking in front of each house. Once you walk up the driveway to our property, you'll see the front house where our family lives. To the right of our house is a gate (we'll send you the code) that will take you down the driveway to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is a converted historic garage, so when you see the "garage," you'll know you're getting close. There will be a lockbox connected to the door for you to enter a code & retrieve a key. When you enter the space, you'll be greeted with a large King-sized bed & a comfortable chair & ottoman to sit on. In the back of the room, you'll see the kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and other kitchen supplies. As you move to the back of the room, you'll see the private bathroom on your left. We have a top-of-the-line Daikin AC/heat unit that is controlled by the remote control next to the door. This guesthouse has been recently remodeled & everything is new for your comfort!

There is one public parking spot in front of the main house which is your best bet, but if that spot is taken, there are other spots up and down the street.

The space
All you need is included- washer and dryer, and super fast WIFI. A large 50” TV with soundbar and subwoofer enable you to connect to your bluetooth compatible device for awesome audio. Large closet for storing clothes. Central heat and air conditioning make it really easy to heat and cool the space. Under cabinet lighting and leathered granite countertop & kitchen island doubles as a dining table and workspace. All light switches are controllable with dimmers to keep the light from being too harsh in the middle of the night.

The queen sized bed sleeps 2 and the sofa bed folds out to a full size bed which sleeps 2 as well.

Access is granted via a keypad and street parking is unlimited. This spot is so close to everything, the new playground and park are only 1/2 block away. Some of the best BBQ in Texas is 1/2 block in case you get hungry. The public pool and library are all in close proximity which also hosts large events throughout the year such as Arts and JazzFest, Blues Fest and other crowd pleasers.

Animals are not allowed and per AirBNB will result in a cancellation of your stay.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.

Pets are welcome! We charge $15 pet fee per night/per pet (for a maximum of $150 and 2 pets) per stay to your email the day of arrival.

Texas Country Cottage set on 15 wooded acres! Country feeling while close to DFW amenities & airport. Freestanding guest house features open bedroom w/ flat screen & Youtube TV, attached small bedroom for child, full bath w/shower. "KITCHENETTE" has frig, microwave & non-disposal sink for water only. AC/heating unit. Close to Denton, Flower Mound, Texas Motor Speedway. Ample room for trailer storage. Animals on property, curated experiences available add-on cost. Owner on property & responsive.

The space
The property is safe, tranquil, gated set on 15 acres with over 300 oak trees. Guests can enjoy the stock pond pools, the fire pit (with advance notice), walk the perimeter of pasture, use swing & hammock. Custom animal experiences can be arranged - horse grooming, petting barn animals, etc. This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway, a meditative stay alone or a small family vacation (one small child ok). Longer term rentals considered. There is a main house also on the property that is available for guests. The owner lives at the other end of the acreage and is very responsive. The property was listed on another site and did very well until the main & guest houser were leased for three years. Now we are excited to welcome guests to the guest house and the main house again! The house has a private plunge pool and outdoor kitchen making it the perfect getaway for a couple or family looking for a fun DFW area stay. The cottage is located adjacent to a working therapeutic horseback riding center where you can see horses and even pet a goat!

The house has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a twin and twin trundle. The living room has a queen sofa bed and TV with streaming channels and DVDs. The back patio has an outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit and plunge pool.

Other things to note
Cottage is adjacent to a therapeutic horseback riding center. Guests are asked not to feed or pet the horses unless invited by staff. There are Friendly goats you can pet or give snacks to, but you can’t enter their pen.

Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The space
Every detail of The Fallon House has been considered—from the coffee table books to the handmade dishes and turkish towels, the space is fit for those who desire a well curated stay over a cookie cutter experience. Stay at home for dinner and enjoy all-new appliances and an updated kitchen, or head out to one of the dozens of unique restaurants around the Square. Mornings are a coffee pods and fresh eggs from my parents’ farm (in the spring/summer or when available). The Fallon House also has a high-speed wifi network, making working from the cottage a breeze.

Guest access
Every guest will receive a unique access code for the door, which provides a keyless and secure entry! We’re happy to greet you and show you around, but we’re happy for you to show yourself around as well if you so prefer (fellow introverts, we see you!). The city of Denton requires that we can only lodge as many occupants as we have bed space for, which limits our capacity to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. No additional guests will be permitted. Check in is at 3:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon advanced request. Please note: there is a doorbell security camera installed for guest safety.

We are college sweethearts, and The Fallon House is our first home together—when we found our home, we knew we wanted to share it with others, and we couldn’t be more delighted by the idea of having guests experience our slice of heaven! This historic, charming, and luxurious property is located in the heart of Denton, steps away from Courthouse on the Square. Enjoy easy, walking access to downtown Denton and UNT. This private suite is a stand-alone guest house on the property of The House on Hickory, and is known as the carriage house. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and about 1250 sqft of space. Accessible from a different exterior door is the property's laundry room. It has been fully updated and modernized for you!

The space
A historic property built in 1895, The House on Hickory features a total of (5) suites on the property. The entirety of Suite A is on the ground floor, Suites B and C occupy the second floor, and Suite D occupies the third floor. Suite E is the detached single family home on the property, also known as the carriage house, which also houses the laundry room. We really enjoyed breathing new life into this property through an extensive rehab process, and we can't wait to welcome you here!

Note: beds are in open ladder loft. Guests must be able to climb steep ladder for access. Sofa (sleeps 1) and/or air mattress available downstairs.

We do not allow outside guests, gatherings or parties in the space or yard.

The space
The Eagle's Nest offers a full kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils. The bathroom is clean and has a stand up shower, potty and single vanity. Plentiful towels, yummy sheets and robes are provided. Stream shows on the smart tv and use your airplay on wi-fi to utilize indoor/outdoor speaker system. Enjoy the swimming pool and spa (see details for heating information), play set, trampoline and treehouse.
The sleeping quarters are small and shared so this space is probably best suited for 2 adults with children, or a single couple. It is a tight fit to sleep 4 adults upstairs.

Other things to note
The spa is heated in 4 hour cycles by request to owner (it can be activated remotely from wherever we are). There is one heat cycle included for each number of nights that are booked. Additional heating and/or heating the entire swimming pool is available for an extra fee that is variable based on the season.
