Comforters, throws, waterproof Mattress protectors, pillow protectors and of course sheets are washed after each guests with tide and Clorox sanitizer.
Remotes, leather chairs, switches are wiped with Clorox wipes after each guests.

The Frisco Bungalow is completely private and you will have the entire space for yourself for up to 3 guests. Sleep soundly on a roomy queen-sized bed with a loft above that holds an oversized cot mattress--all with soft, cozy linens and room darkening window treatments. (The loft area has a low safety railing and should be utilized by ages 5 and up.) Enjoy a 43-inch Amazon Fire-enabled TV that can swivel to be in view from the bedroom or dining area. The eat-in kitchenette includes a sink, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and is complete with dishes and utensils. Beautiful spa bath boasts a large vintage clawfoot soaking tub with bubble bath provided! Be sure to sit outside on the private patio to enjoy a cool drink or morning cup of coffee while you listen to the gentle sound of the chirping birds. You will truly feel pampered in this little gem of a space! The bungalow is off the main house with private entrance.

The space
The Room is an apartment that’s attached to the garage of the big house (LoLo’s Place). The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The patio is the only shared space you’ll have with possible guests of the big house. Theres plenty of parking and is within walking distance to Toyota Stadium, parks, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.
