The space
This bedroom is near front door and is very nice. The bathroom is shared. Common door stays open all the time when not in use. It is an outdated bathroom but works perfectly. If you have very unusual hours that's fine but please let me know in advance. Plenty of room to move around. Well laid out and attractive. Great bed to sleep in. Your space is your space. My space is mine. We do Not share family area, there are awesome walking trails close by.

Key coded entry. Please feel free to come and go as needed. The very nice bedroom and bath (a little outdated bath) are the space that you are renting. One day a week that will fit your lifestyle I will do laundry for you. Two loads max. I do work from home, so you may hear me if you are sleeping late or if you are working from home.
If you need anything at all just let me know.

To get to The Garage suite, drive up the alley behind Lone Grove Lane, accessible at the end of Lone Grove or Miami. Your private secure parking is at the elbow corner of the alley. Simply look for the green and white "Guest Parking" sign and park directly in front of it (please see parking photo for illustration).
Entry: Enter through the pergola gate and use the last four digits of your phone number to access the keypad.
Guests have a private entrance with a designated parking spot, a shaded terrace with bamboo bistro table, bench, and chairs perfectly placed to catch morning and evening breezes.

Private entry, self check-in and out, personal patio and parking space. Meet Leia and Pepper, our two curious rescue cats who call the main house home.
