3. Only keep water in your room - NO FOOD and DRINKS. Any food, snacks or other drinks must be eaten at downstairs’ dining area & kitchen

4. Bathroom - Clean it up every time after you use

5. Kitchen - clean up and put your own dishes & cookware in the cabinet w/guest use Please only use the cabinet, pantry shelves & the shelf in the refrigerator marked with your room#.
6. No parties & no overnight guests

7. Quiet time: 10:00pm-7:00am (every day)

The space
We have a nice neighborhood park with a playground, grill, picnic table, and large field across the street. A small backyard with a grill.

The house has four bedrooms. Two upstairs and 2 down and a living room and bathroom on each floor.

Your reservation is for 1 bedroom, unless you book more than one room.

Guest access
Guests have access to one bedroom, two living rooms, backyard, 2 bathrooms, and laundry.

Due to an overwhelming amount of theft, the kitchen will only available to guests at an extra charge of $10 per month.

There is a mini fridge and toaster oven downstairs, though.

Garage, living room closets, and other storage places are off-limits.

During your stay
I am almost always home. If you need anything, just let me know.

Really, please communicate your needs and concerns.

Bad reviews come from people who refuse to communicate. I can't help you if you remain silent until leaving a bad review without giving me a chance to resolve any issues.

People who talk to me always leave happy.

Other things to note
If you must smoke, there is a park across the street, you can even throw your butts in the trash over there.
Do not smoke or vape in my yard or my house.
There will be an additional $10 cleaning fee if I have to clean up your mess in my yard. If you smoke (anything) in my house there will be higher cleaning fees.

Bright & clean room in quiet & safe community. Queen size bed and comfortable memory mattress, wood floor, big window w/good view. Room is located on 1st floor.

Big living room, full kitchen and dinning area.

Located in West Plano Close to Frisco, Allen, very central good location, convenient access to I-75,190.

Close to kitchen, and beside the wall, there're A/C machine out side. When A/C turn on, you can hear the sound inside the room. So it's a little noisy when A/C turns on. Pls noted.
