The space

Your private historic loft space with 1500 square feet has one master bedroom with Queen size bed, large dresser & private bath, a second bedroom with a full size bed, vanity with mirror, nightstand, living room with 1 couch and 2 twin air mattresses for additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is very large with seating for 8 at dining table and partially open to the rest of the space with large architectural open windows with the original 1902 design. A flat screen TV with large DVD selection is located in the living room. Oversized iconic paintings by Utopia Joe are shown throughout the loft.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire private loft space which is approximately 1500 square feet. In addition, you will also have access to a full size washer and dryer located in our hallway which is shared only with other guests during your stay.

Interaction with guests

We live here in the back of the building and we are just a text away with whatever you need. We also have Tipsy Artist painting classes every Saturday night. You will need to pre-register for these classes at-TipsyArtist.com

Other things to note

Downtown Guthrie is the nation's largest historic district. We have many restaurants, antique shops, coffee shops, gift shops, old fashion ice cream shop, indoor put-put, wine bars, and The Pollard Theatre all within 1-2 blocks. The world famous Tipsy Artist Paint Palace is also located downstairs where you can take a painting class and relax with a glass of wine.

Such a lovely home! The home has so many interesting touches to it. We enjoyed all the board games, record player, and sitting down at the large dining table. We stayed for an entire month and it had everything we needed from pots and pans to toiletries. The backyard is so relaxing! Mike and Renee are great hosts! Truly wonderful stay. Scheduled a girls weekend getaway for three. We each enjoyed our own bedroom upstairs. This is the perfect place to chill and unwind. Everything was perfectly appointed for our stay. Lovely accommodations from a personalized welcome note from the hosts to beautiful chandeliers throughout the home. We enjoyed the items and decor in every room which made exploring fun. We enjoyed game nights and coffee on the private covered patio. Located just blocks away from the City's Botanical Gardens using Streetcar. Midtown is full of eateries & entertainment venues. Each private room is charmingly decorated with a private bathroom. An elegant grand staircase encompasses a stained glass skylight and a grand piano on the first floor. Enjoy the furniture that’s over a century old.

- "The proper name for this place is”Grandison” not Florence. This made it hard to find. The accommodation is beautiful and handy to the sites to visit. VRBO did not notify the manager that we were coming so getting in was delayed. Once in we were met by friendly Yvonne who made us welcome and made sure everything was okay. Plenty of parking on site. Public transport (street cars) was breeze and helpful staff t the transit centre. Don’t miss the national memorial to pay your respects to The Oklahoma bombing victims."
