- "The proper name for this place is”Grandison” not Florence. This made it hard to find. The accommodation is beautiful and handy to the sites to visit. VRBO did not notify the manager that we were coming so getting in was delayed. Once in we were met by friendly Yvonne who made us welcome and made sure everything was okay. Plenty of parking on site. Public transport (street cars) was breeze and helpful staff t the transit centre. Don’t miss the national memorial to pay your respects to The Oklahoma bombing victims."

Close to Paycom Center (for Thunder games or concerts), and a short distance to the Boat District or the Oklahoma Memorial. In 2007, the multi million dollar restoration of the 1929 Sieber Hotel and the original pharmacy/grocery store of the Sieber family was completed. As a result, the Sieber has been designated a National Historic Landmark and an Oklahoma City Historic Landmark.

The Sieber has now been transformed into 38 apartment residences, each with its own secure access. These apartments feature large windows, spacious bedrooms, beautiful hardwood floors, and luxurious fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops. With around 800 square feet of space each, the furnished apartment decor is a mix of modern and vintage furnishings. The bedroom includes a King-sized bed that can sleep two, as well as a vintage-inspired ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

In addition to the individual apartments, there are also convenient amenities available. On the first floor there are 3/3 full-sized washer and dryers and an elevator. There is also a gym located on the premises, as well as secure parking with one gated and covered space per residence. For those in need of additional parking, there is ample street parking available.

Guests have full access to the driveway which parks 3 to 4 cars comfortably. Street parking is strongly discouraged in order to soften the impact of an Airbnb on the neighborhood.

This is someone’s home and while we want you to be very comfortable here, airbnbs are different from hotels. Here are a few examples:
-While your linens and towels will be clean upon your arrival, they will not be swapped during your stay, however we will leave extra linens for stays longer than 1 week.
-This home is video monitored on the outside 24/7 to ensure quality control for the guests as well as for the surrounding neighborhood.
-We are less than a mile from downtown, and just like any other big city, USA, inner-city demographics are to be expected. This home is in a gentrifying neighborhood, and all our neighbors are wonderful people.
-While there is a kitchen with some cooking wares, if you need specialty cookware, we recommend you bring them for use during your stay.
-Due to not having a fenced yard and possible allergy issues for other guests, we are not currently accepting pets.

Very safe, secured building. This apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen). Two vintage inspired bathrooms, one located in the hall and the other is in the master bedroom ensuite. Other amenities include an ensuite washer/dryer, extra closet and storage space, stair and elevator access, one parking space provided in gated, covered parking.
