Smoking of any kind is prohibited at The Shay. There is a minimum $500 fee for smoking in our property and you will be responsible to pay for all damages and restoration costs.

Great location with free parking! The historic Victorian building is charming and historic; full of rich history where many famous people have stayed. Located just blocks away from the City's Botanical Gardens using Streetcar. Midtown is full of eateries & entertainment venues. Each private room is charmingly decorated with a private bathroom. An elegant grand staircase encompasses a stained glass skylight and a grand piano on the first floor. Enjoy the furniture that’s over a century old.

- "The proper name for this place is”Grandison” not Florence. This made it hard to find. The accommodation is beautiful and handy to the sites to visit. VRBO did not notify the manager that we were coming so getting in was delayed. Once in we were met by friendly Yvonne who made us welcome and made sure everything was okay. Plenty of parking on site. Public transport (street cars) was breeze and helpful staff t the transit centre. Don’t miss the national memorial to pay your respects to The Oklahoma bombing victims."
