Only down side, very steep roads once off main highway that were not all paved. Did not have problem as we were in truck. Could pose a problem if in low profile car or in winter. Welcome to Echo Lodge in Broken Bow, Oklahoma!

This stunning, newly constructed (2021) Broken Bow cabin is nestled in the gorgeous woods of Hochatown on 1.31 acres. It is located between numerous tourist attractions, hiking trails, mountain views, a golf course and near all that Hochatown has to offer. A perfect vacation destination or a quiet place to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

OUR HOME

The cabin is surrounded by tall pine trees that offer shading on hot Summer days. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are large in size and the bathrooms provide a spa-like ambiance and luxury. There's a beautiful stone outdoor fireplace and an outdoor hot tub. Kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and dining table that seats 6. There are incredible mountain views in the area and plenty of natural light coming into the cabin.

KITCHEN

The quartz countertop island and open kitchen is complete with two counter height stool seating, showcasing the open shelving and closed cabinets. Well equipped with a stainless steel fridge, electric range stove, large stainless steel sink, and dishwasher. It also includes a microwave, Hamilton Beach coffee machine, pots, pans, baking sheet, cooking and grilling tools, dinnerware set, silverware, wine glasses, and much more.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is spacious and provides plenty of seating for guests. It includes a 2-piece sectional with chaise and a pull out full size bed. Corner chaise with cushioned lift top reveals loads and loads of handy storage space for extra pillows and blankets. A smart TV is available in the living room.

BED

The cabin has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and the second with a queen size bed. Primary bedroom also has a queen air mattress, extra sheets, pillows, and blankets in the closet. Smart TVs are available in both bedrooms.

BATH

The master/owner's bathroom is located as an 'en suite' adjoining the master/owner suite. It boasts double vanities with plenty of counter and cabinet space and a walk-in custom shower. The guest bathroom is conveniently located right by the guest bedroom with a tub/shower combo.

LAUNDRY

The washer and dryer are tucked away at the end of the hall in the cabin.

OUTDOOR

The covered patio includes lots of seating to lounge that surrounds the fireplace, and includes a charcoal grill. The hot tub sits beside the outdoor fireplace, and leads to the fire pit area in the woods under the stars and twinkling lights. The front u-shaped gravel area offers a large driveway providing plenty of room for parking, and perfect for boats and jet skis! We are located on a dirt and gravel road. It's going to be a bumpy ride!

NOTES

*Wi-Fi and cable are available. Although we offer this amenity to our guest, we are not responsible for speed or connectivity issues.

*Your safety matters. The property features two exterior cameras by the front door and back patio facing the outside perimeter only. They do not look into any interior spaces or the hot tub. Please note that these security cameras can be used to monitor for additional guests, pets, and/or violations of other policies and regulations. Do not unplug, alter, or vandalize the security cameras in any way.

*We offer Tesla and an EV charger.

*We allow a maximum of 8 guests (including children). Exceeding a maximum occupancy will be subjected to additional charges per night. No unauthorized guests, parties, or large gatherings.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vape, marijuana etc) is not allowed in or around the cabin, deck/patio, or trees. Any evidence of smoking in those areas will result in $100/a day additional charge plus a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

*No solid food or waste is allowed down the kitchen sink as there is NOT a garbage disposal. Liquids only.

*Only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Nothing else is permitted as it will clog the septic.

*The hot tub is drained, sanitized and refilled after every guest.

*A starter set-up of linens, paper towels, toilet paper, cleansing soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filter, sugar, and coffee will be provided. Guests may need to bring their own or additional supplies based on their personal needs.

*Our cabin is in the woods, and with that comes elements of nature (i.e. insects, spotty Wi-Fi, power outages, etc). While this isn't unique to our cabin, we want to be transparent. We have a contract with a pest control company who regularly services the property, but it's Oklahoma in the middle of the woods & there will be bugs. Bugs are normal year round but specifically in the Spring and Summer months. These bugs are typically seen outside, however if the doors are left open it is a possibility that they'll welcome themselves inside. Please do your part to keep pests out by keeping the front and back doors shut as you enter and exit the cabin. We're also unable to control birds, lizards, deer, or any other wild animals.

*Similar to rural areas nationwide, you'll experience unpaved roads in & around Broken Bow & Hochatown. A small portion of the road leading to Echo Lodge is not paved.

*An email will be sent before check-in, which includes the guidebook and will also be available in the VRBO app. This includes keyless access, check-in, checkout instructions, and directions to the cabin.

*Failure to comply with cabin policies and procedures may result in eviction without a refund and the application of additional charges.
