One-of-a-kind home in quiet, wooded neighborhood and private road. House sits in back of property. Nature is everywhere. Deer come to yard to graze in the morning. Large outdoor space, Large Living room/ Dining room. Super clean and neat.
***We used to have a house cat but she now lives elsewhere.

Full use of house and pool. Miles of mountain bike, running and hiking trails. Boat ramp is nearby. Fishing around Lake Grapevine.
Fire pit available to gather in evening. Big living room great for meetings or just relaxing. 12 foot long dining room table to seat everyone.
