The property has lots of space to enjoy and great views. Lots of fun to be had! Cozy lake front cabin with dock and room to roam! Sleeps at least 8 comfortably with room for air mattress. One queen size bed, one full size bed, two bunks and a couple of couches. The top two bunks are rated for 60 pounds. Best for 6 adults and 2 children. Bring your fishing gear and kayaks! We now have strong WiFi. Local tv and a smart tv you can use your subscriptions with. A DvD and a Redbox nearby. A huge yard to run and play . Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Swim at your own risk. Watch children closely. No lifeguard on duty! We are not responsible for accidents.

This snug little cabin sits within walking distance from the 2-story dock leading into Lake Brownwood. Includes one private bedroom with a queen sized bed and three bunk-style twins. If you include the large sectional couch, there is plenty of room to sleep more! With an open layout, you'll easily be able to access the kitchen and laundry amenities.

We saw tons of birds, ducks, fish and turtles. We jumped in a few times (it was really cold but so refreshing!) and took the canoe out a couple times. It's a private little cove and the few people we saw were friendly. The beds and couches are really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, sheets, games and such. Taking a bath in the big tub was an extra nice treat! With only a 15 minute drive to the closest stores, it felt like exactly what we needed to escape the day-to-day and enjoy some time reconnecting with ourselves and nature. It was only a 2-hour drive from North Austin, so a perfect long weekend getaway location. We can't wait to head back later in the summer!"
