13 Acres Wellness Retreat was founded with the intention of creating a space to invite guests onto this sacred land in order to connect back to nature, take focused time for their personal growth, and dive deeper into mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.

In order to provide this space, we ask that all guests make the following agreements while in this peaceful space:
1. I will honor the peace and quiet of this space. I will speak at a level that's respectful to the peace of those around me in the community. I will not play amplified music which could disrupt other guests. I will honor noble silence after 10PM until 7AM.
2. I will be respectful to all staff, community, and guests.
3. I will honor the sacred nature spaces on this land and leave the space better than I found it. I will help conserve the land. I will not litter nor remove/move any of our intentionally placed items from the sacred forest space.
4. I will help the staff by replacing anything I rearranged during my stay such as furniture or outdoor chairs. I will not remove furniture from the common area for my own private use. This includes grills, chairs and furniture on the deck.
5. I will use the common areas (shower, restroom, trails, deck, etc) with respect to other guests and not leave my personal belongings in any common areas.

Parking:
You can park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway located in front of the cabin. Please note that the driveway has a partial gravel section; low-clearance vehicles, such as a Corvette, may have difficulty and could bottom out. Additionally, please do not park on the grass areas.

Welcome to the historic Homestead at the Dripping Springs. This house is one of three available lodgings each of the three dwellings are unique to their time period, style and setting. Clara's House and Willie Mae's Cottage are all part of the Homestead at the Dripping Springs and can be reserved at the same time to sleep 8 people. The property contains the original dripping springs for which the town was named. The Homestead is centrally located in the Historic Mercer Street District of Dripping Springs, close to shops, wedding venues, wine trails, parks and beautiful country roads.

Come back to a simpler time at The Butler Cabin. Relax on the porch with your coffee or under the shade of the giant oak fenced corral where a swing, table and chairs and washer pitching remind you of days gone by. The cabin has an antique high-back wooden bed, rocking chairs, small kitchenette, stand up shower and an antique wardrobe reflecting the time period.

The space has a mini split a/c and heating unit that will keep the place at your desired temperature during the hottest summer days or the freezing winter nights.
Nestled among ancient Live Oak trees, the front deck/porch offers a propane grill and a propane fire pit for your grilling or s'mores roasting needs. Sit back and relax and watch the stunning hill country stars, or enjoy an evening meal at the outdoor table under the bistro lights.
With 5 opening windows in addition to the 4 foot circular skylight dome, there is plenty of natural light to wake up to the sights and sounds of nature, or close the blinds and sleep in if that is more your speed. The yurts are approximately 90ft apart, separated by a wooded area and a privacy fence. The porches are facing different directions to ensure they remain as private as possible. For guests looking to book both yurts, they are connected by the same driveway, which is about a 200ft walk between them.
We do have an unpaved driveway, it is well maintained and shouldn't be an issue for any vehicle, just something to consider if you have concerns about the possibility of getting your car dusty.
There is no smoking inside or on the deck, and pets are not allowed.

The Yurt was impeccably clean, had amazing a/c, stocked with plenty of utensils, cookware, and dishes. All of the appliances worked perfectly and I was able to grill and use the hot plate to cook meals. The bed and bathroom linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was fully stocked with shower necessities. The list could go on and on about how great this place is. I highly recommend this Yurt and I looked forward to returning in the near future."

Tom Dooley’s Hideout is located at the Gateway to the hill country, just minutes west of Dripping Springs off of hwy 290. It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon that's great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening. We do allow pet guests but want to note that there is a $40 fee PER pet PER night so please be sure and include them on your reservation.

Just down the street from Camp Lucy, and minutes to 290, downtown Drip, Hamilton Pool, wineries, Pedernales Falls ... all the other wedding venues, breweries, distilleries and wineries! You'll love this sweet cabin. It has all the comforts of home, but that hill-country feel and lots of personality. Lucky Star features two comfy Queen beds with lovely linens, a kitchenette with microwave and mid-fridge, banquette dining area, and ensuite bath with both shower and tub. The bedroom has 2 Queens, and in the living area, a Sofa that folds out into another bed if needed. There's a great deck with outdoor dining set, as well as a front porch with seating, as well. Although it's just a kitchen-ETTE, it has a stocked Coffee Bar (good morning!) plus plates, cups, silverware, glasses... all the stuff you'd need for some simple meals.
Enjoy a walk on the property or on beautiful Creek Road. or on these 40 lovely acres. Enjoy the Fire Table out front, too. You'll love it here!
