Great house on 10 acres in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Located between Memory Lane Event Center and Ghost Note Brewery. Less than a mile from Wineries and Breweries in the area.
This 1700 Sq ft house was originally built in 1977. The owners used dynamite to blow out the side of the hill. They poured concrete to form the walls and ceiling. Years later they added a detached second unit separated by 10 inches of concrete and 18 inches of dirt. In 2019, the upstairs unit was bulldozed down and and built fresh for the owners living space. The downstairs was gutted down to the studs and brought up to date. This space offers a quite place to enjoy the hill country, or a great space to host a family party. We look forward to your stay.
We are on 10 acres and next door to a brewery. Feel free to walk the property and explore the natural landscape, or walk over to the brewery.

Nestled in the gently whispering woods of the Lucky Arrow Retreat, each of our 10 Yurts is a standalone 200 square foot unit featuring a queen-sized bed. Our Yurts are heated and air-conditioned, are accessed via a keyed entry door, and include a coffee maker & assorted coffees. The common Bath House is just around the corner, but linens and towels are provided in each Yurt. Our Yurts are non-smoking rooms.

Check-In: We have a simple, contactless check-in process. Check-Out: Our check-out process is a breeze. Simply place your room key back in the lockbox located next to the entry door of your room. It’s that simple.
Handwashing Hygiene: We understand that proper and frequent handwashing by our staff is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.

Welcome to Skylight Serenity, a tranquil dome-style stay at Wanderin’ Star Farms.This amazing yurt has become the jewel of Dripping Springs` spots to relax and get away with a perfect combination of fun, luxury, and cozy. It`s nestled between live oak branches up an elevated deck overlooking a shire-like hill country draw. The private deck has a large farm table, propane grill, and adirondack chairs around a propane fire pit. Interior `lair` has a comfy queen bed looking out the domed skylight, full bathroom with tub, coffee bar, kitchenette, smart TV, wifi, and work table.
The yurt is an actual wood-framed tent, and if you`ve heard of `glamping` (glamorous camping), that`s what this is! While the yurt is a great shelter from the sun and the wind and most effects of the elements, the structure is not air tight and is subject to some fluctuations in temperature (though it has a large mini split a/c and heater to mitigate the temps), wind noise and occasional bugs :). So just so we`re all clear, the yurt is a true glamping experience!
The AWESOME parts of staying in a yurt are that you can hear the birds singing first thing in the morning, you can hear the breeze in the tree branches, and you feel like you`re cheating nature a little as you awake in your cozy bed hearing the sounds of the hill country and watching the sunlight begin to beam in from the skylight dome!
The yurt has 8 screened windows which can be zipped opened or closed. The top of the yurt is an acrylic dome skylight where most of the light comes in. Cedar french doors frame the entrance. Adirondack chairs out front on the porch.
Coffee bar area has whatever you need for your coffee preference: keurig brewer with included coffee pods, french press brewer, pour over brewer, hand-powered grinder, scale, kettle, and the fixins like cream, sugar, syrup, etc. If you`re going to go the `manual` brewing route, BE SURE TO REQUEST COFFEE BEANS FROM US! Organic teas for the non-coffee folks :). R/O filtered water for brewing/drinking/cooking.

Wanderin` Star Farms is located on Silver Creek Rd, between Dripping Springs and Bee Cave, TX, and has a gated entry. We share the road with Solaro Estate Winery and Prospect House wedding venue. Right around the corner on Fitzhugh to the west is Treaty Oak Distillery with Alice`s Restaurant, Abby Jane`s bakery and coffee shop, and Barton Springs Mill - all on the same property.
At the corner of RR12 & Fitzhugh there`s a little center with Route 12 Filling Station which is awesome for lunch and dinner, and has a splash pad for kids. Next to Route 12 is One Shot Distillery and Dripping Wings food trailer - both great!
Down Fitzhugh to the east a half mile or so is Fitzhugh Brewing and Kitchen - fantastic beers and amazing chef curated menu. Further east on Fitzhugh are Beerburg, Jester King Brewery and Kitchen, and several others. Such a fun area, all places are family friendly! Walking or biking on the roads beyond our little Silver Creek Rd can be tedious and dangerous, so we discourage it because the roads are very narrow and winding. We have the contact information for several local Uber/Lyft drivers with whom you can to pre-schedule rides, happy to pass on their contact!
Feel free to visit the donkeys in the front corral area, you can pet them at the fence and even feed them a little alfalfa if there`s some out there, but PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CORRALS. Thanks!

Road Access
The final stretch of road to the property is unpaved and made of caliche. While an SUV or truck is helpful, it is not required.

There is no cell phone service at the property. Please plan accordingly.

The property is equipped with limited satellite internet. Connectivity may vary depending on weather conditions and usage.
Rain & Tipi Design
Traditional tipis have an open structure at the top and cannot be completely sealed. During rainy conditions, it is possible that a few drops of water may enter the space.
Cooling Systems
Portable AC systems are provided but may struggle to maintain low temperatures during extreme heat. These systems typically cool the interior by about 20 degrees below the outdoor temperature and function best once the day begins to cool down.
Wear & Tear
Due to the natural environment and structure type, some wear is to be expected. Canvas surfaces may show signs of dirt, staining, small rips, or tears.
Lighting & Navigation
Dark skies are one of the property’s features. Please bring a flashlight or headlamp to move safely around the grounds after sunset.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A signed pet agreement is required, and a fee of $25 per pet will be charged separately after booking.
Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs.
We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.
Children
This property has not been childproofed. The environment is similar to a camping experience and includes gravel paths, natural terrain, and potential wildlife. Parents should assess whether this experience is suitable for their children.
Liability Waiver
Guests acknowledge that they are staying at the property at their own risk. There are inherent risks associated with rural accommodations, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, hiking, and the unique characteristics of a tipi or canvas dwelling.
By booking, you accept full responsibility for the safety and well-being of yourself and all members of your party. This includes any accidents or injuries, including those related to health conditions, intoxication, use of medication or drugs, or pregnancy. You agree to hold the property owner and management company harmless from any and all liability claims arising from your stay.

Welcome to The Nest, a cozy hideaway at Wanderin’ Star Farms. The Nest was created in response to our guests loving the original! This 1400+sf deck rises with multiple levels under huge live oaks for a fun getaway in the heart of Dripping Spring`s Fitzhugh District.

Yurt In The Trees 2 is located at Wanderin` Star Farms in Dripping Springs, Tx. The property is home to a handful of tiny homes, 2 yurts, a barndominium, and a pole barn venue space all on about 15 acres. The barn venue farm tables, swings, and fire ring (please ask before using), and playground are common areas shared among the property guests. There`s plenty of space to walk and hike around and visit the farm animals :).

MINDFULNESS COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
D6 Retreat was founded with the intention of creating a space to invite guests onto this sacred land in order to connect back to nature, take focused time for their personal growth, and dive deeper into mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.
In order to provide this space, we ask that all guests make the following agreements while in this peaceful space:
1. I will honor the peace and quiet of this space. I will speak at a level that's respectful to the peace of those around me in the community. I will not play amplified music which could disrupt other guests. I will honor noble silence after 10PM until 7AM.
2. I will be respectful to all staff, community, and guests. (While extremely rare, we do have a zero tolerance policy on any rude, aggressive or abusive language/behavior towards staff or others. You will be immediately asked to leave without refund. A $500 fine will be assessed if police are called to escort you away.)
3. I will honor the sacred nature spaces on this land and leave the space better than I found it. I will help conserve the land. I will not litter nor remove/move any of our intentionally placed items from the sacred forest space.
4. I will help the staff by replacing anything I rearranged during my stay such as furniture or outdoor chairs. I will not remove furniture from the common area for my own private use. This includes grills, chairs and furniture.
5. I will use the common areas with respect to other guests and not leave my personal belongings in any common areas.
Our entire property is a smoke-free space. Any visitors must be registered with us prior to arrival.

Our Glamping Experience is your chance to relax. Under the big Texas stars, next to a Fire Table, under the shady oaks. The Ramblin' Rose Glamper is fully-appointed, with a great kitchen (plus another outside!), banquette seating (and lots more outside on your deck and in the Camper Court), full shower, and a cushy Queen-sized bed. Enjoy yard games or hiking, here or nearby. We're on 40 acres, so lots to enjoy.

The Ramblin' Rose is a sweet Camper for two, with a private bedroom (cushy Queen) and bath with shower. The main room has a nice kitchen with banquette dining and everything you need is provided, with a fridge, stove, oven, stocked Coffee Bar (Good morning!) and all the toiletries and amenities including dishware, cookware and grill-goods for the grill outside. A great grocery store is just minutes away!
There's a deck just outside your front door, and great spots to enjoy in the courtyard.
This cottage is on 40 beautiful hill country acres! We're minutes from town but a world away. There are other cottages and suites on the property, but each is situated for privacy and you'll love all the room to roam. It's a great place to walk (here and down this lovely hill country road!). There are common areas to gather near a fire pit or a swing and it's the perfect place to hear the birds or enjoy the stars under this big Texas sky!

This is a premiere location in Dripping Springs; just off of Highway 290, it's about 10 minutes into town, and an easy trip to all the hill country attractions!
We have an Amenities Room with books for kids and adults, as well as yard games, other games, fresh ice and more! It's located just off the Treehouse Parking lot. Have fun!

In Ava's Wayback, a Glamping Experience! The Bluebonnet Glamper is a beautiful spot to reconnect with nature & your family. With a Queen bedroom in the back of the glamper, a kitchens inside and OUT, full shower and bathroom, plus twin bunks at the front, it's flexible. You have your own deck, plus lots of space to relax in the Camper Court, where you'll find a grill (plus you have your outdoor kitchen), a couple of picnic tables, and a Fire Table (S'mores!). All the housewares are here, too!

Lots of privacy! Tucked under oaks is the Happy Hideaway, a spacious Glamper with living and kitchen areas inside AND out! Inside there's a fireplace & streaming TV, cushy recliners and sofa, a big island kitchen (w/ stocked Coffee Bar), dining space, and a nice shower/bath. In the Bedroom is a cushy King bed, more seating, and ANOTHER fireplace. More cooking options outside, plus outdoor dining and comfy seating PLUS a fire table. Feel free to wander this great acreage; it's so pretty here.
The space
This is a spacious Camper! It has a King bedroom, with fireplace, closet, seating, and storage. The bathroom has full shower and vanity. The kitchen is BIG, with an island, stove, oven, fridge, and a stocked Coffee Bar. We also include all the dishware and goods you need to prepare a meal. There's a grill outside, too! The second fireplace is in the living space, which features 2 cushy chairs and a sofa that folds out into a Queen sleeper if needed, dining spot, too!
