The Spartan is our mansion on wheels. Manufactured by the Spartan Aircraft Co in the 1949, it was considered the “Cadillac” of trailers with its deco styled exterior and furnished with the latest couches and window coverings of its time. We have kept all the original wood work inside (minus the new floors). Its current decor is inspired by Mid-Century Ranch design and we couldn’t be more obsessed. This 168 sq. ft. camper comes equipped with a full-size bed in the back, a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. The living room also comes with a futon that pulls out to a full-size bed. This spacious camper sleeps up to 2+ and has a peaceful deck with patio furniture and an umbrella.
Green Acres is a unique spot that offers our guests a chance to enjoy a little Southern Hospitality in the Texas hill country & experience glamping all in one. We have 11 newly renovated tiny homes/RVs that each have their own flair inside. We have 7 vintage campers that each have their own story to tell and 4 cozy decorated cabins. You also have access to the Spa inspired Bath House that consists of 4 bathrooms (2 have indoor showers), and 2 outdoor showers, a community sitting area, laundry room, full-size refrigerator, ice machine, and sink. Each unit has access to the outdoor areas and playground, hammocks, BBQ pits, fire pits (must follow county guidelines if there is a burn ban in effect), corn hole, washers, room to walk and enjoy our property, a dog park, and outdoor dining areas. The property is pet friendly. We have custom dog wash, with oat meal shampoo, custom towels to dry off. We have a very safe fence area for the dogs to run. They are welcome to be on grounds, we would suggest they stay on a leash because of other guests & we do have free-range ducks and chickens that roam on the back half of the property. The property is 100% fenced, but the front fence is a rail fence and will not keep them from adventuring off into the highway. Please make sure they take care of “business” outside the main park areas. Please don't open any of the farm gates, they are keeping our livestock corralled & please do not feed the animals.

We have positioned all the cabins/RV’s with ample space between them and a park-like setting in the center. The park has generous path lights along the walkways & trees lit up in-between making the park very pleasant at night. We have a large fire pit, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, bench swings and 4 BBQ pits which are all shared by our guests. The property is home to our unique gift store which is open on certain weekends throughout the year with a huge emphasis on Christmas. It is open every Friday to Sunday November thru Christmas. The west pasture (which is fenced) is home to Elenor our Longhorn, she is kept company by Cookie, Oreo, and Hersey, which are miniature Belted Galloways (Or Pandas). You can walk thru the pasture to visit, please do not open gates or feed them. In the North pasture we have our resident celebrity band members: Brooks, Dunn, Reba, and Dolly our miniature donkeys. They do attempt to sing sometimes. Please do not feed them, they are over weight. We have constructed a great park for kids. I do see more big kids on the see-saw than little, you are welcome to play too. Throughout the property we have added a lot of interesting spots for pictures, we have a 12 foot swing, a 7 ft Adirondack chair, a historical canon that is from Gonzales, a 1902 gas engine original tractor, a huge wind mill that is ground height, a 34’ Ford chicken house, a 1944 John Deere tractor (restored and runs), a 1925 Model “T” delivery van, a 1958 (we think) Pontiac station wagon, that has been cut in half and has bench,(original Soccer mom van). Feel free to wander and explore everything on the premises!

The Pearl has a “Wanderlust” vibe with its two comfy twin beds, quilts and even a chandelier. It measures 84 sq. ft and comes equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. It has fluffy robes and towels for the bathhouse. It also has a fun deck attached with Adirondack chairs perfect for catching up on all the latest or simply relax and take in the atmosphere. It is also adorned with artwork from an illustrator of the original Pearl brewing company. We bought this 1969 trailer because of the Pearl Beer history. We were told the original owner of the trailer and the person responsible for some of its décor was in fact a illustrator for Pearl beer. When Raymond was in High school, him and his friends would put money together to buy Pearl Beer at 89 cents for a 6 pack! This history is what inspired him to purchase this 1969 trailer.

The Trailette is one of our oldest most characteristic campers coming to us all the way from 1952! It is 24 feet long & comes complete with a Queen size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen area with its original 52" porcelain sink, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, and even a lava lamp! The front futon lays out into an extra bed measuring 4'x6' which is almost a Full size bed.
When we bought this camper it needed a lot of tender, love and care! The previous owner thought she was an artist & painted all the cabinets an array of metallic colors that took away from her unique original appeal and the floor had seen better days! After 6 months of restoration, we finally have this beauty back to her original shape with modern decor to add to our collection of vintage campers! She now sits in our Tin Can Park alongside The Avion and The Ambassador. We added a 24 ft x 6 ft deck to the front and there is a large open front yard and backyard area. This camper even has its own working toilet inside! But mind you.... it is airplane SMALL!! After not having bathrooms in our first 8 cabins/campers, we realized some people just need a place to go in case of a 'middle of the night' emergency! While we do have a luxurious bathhouse with full bathrooms, the bathroom in the Trailette serves a great purpose for those middle of the night surprises!

The space
The Ambassador was originally created in 1977 by Airstream and has been newly renovated this past year with a fabulous wood floor and fresh decor! In this newest addition to our glamping retreat, there is a full working bathroom! She has two comfy twin beds in the bedroom and the couch in the front turns into another bed (its slightly larger than a twin bed, would certainly be cozy if your trying to sleep two). It comes equipped with a working kitchen sink, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. We provide fluffy robes and towels for The Bath House. It also has its own private 10' x 10' deck attached with chairs and an umbrella. Perfect for catching up on all the latest or simply relax and take in the atmosphere with a fresh beverage of your choice. Everything you need for a fun getaway!
Although this camper is equipped with its own bathroom, you also have access to the Spa inspired Bath House that consists of 4 bathrooms (2 have indoor showers), and 2 outdoor showers, a community sitting area, laundry room, full-size refrigerator, ice machine, and sink.
WIFI is available throughout.

Hey guys, I just renovated my 1973 airstream myself and it sits on a 100’ cliff. I did everything but the bathroom.. I’m saving that for a later time but everything works like it should. It’s close to a a few good restaurants, bars, trails, wineries and other fun things to do or you could just relax at the house and build a fire if there’s no burn ban. I’ll be finished with heated cowboy pool in the next couple weeks so that’ll be nice. Boat ramp just down the street at Pace Bend Park.
You can NOT believe this is an RV. It is very spacious and super beautiful!!! Walk out of the door to the water and fish and swim and cook on the grill. We have many cottages and RVs spaced all around the property. We have a boat ramp for putting your boat in the water. This property was once owned by Willie Nelson. It was called Camp Pedernales. Come enjoy
****Due to the current drought the water levels are down. The boat dock and boat launch is currently out of the water.
