We experienced a small hiccup when we first got there due to guest accidentally taking the wrong tent and that issue was resolved so fast and we were able to still enjoy ourselves!" - "We loved the tents and the scenery! You have a queen size bed, Keurig, and plenty of things to keep you busy in the area. Hiking, Boerne Lake, shopping, wineries, and river swimming just to name a few.

If you’d rather relax next to the fire pit or in the hammock with a good book and a glass of wine enjoying nature on five acres this is the place for you.

Your tent is on raw land. Please watch for rocks, insects, and other country wildlife. If you're arriving at night please bring a flashlight.

You will have fresh water, from our well, available in a cooler for drinking. A hose extending from our well to the tent is available for showers. Shampoo and shower gel are available. A privacy tent is available for showering and using the potty.

You have access to walk five acres or ride bikes in our neighborhood.

If you enjoy the outdoors and want to try out something a bit more glamorous than your basic camping then stay with us! Please know this IS CAMPING so if the outdoors and living in a tent isn't your thing this might not be the place for you and that's cool too.

When you turn left into our driveway, drive past our house to the back and you'll see your tent on the left. As you down the ranch road you'll see the blue well on the left.

You have access to the entire travel trailer and yard around it. Drive thru the front yard along the kalachi path and park in front of the travel trailer.

Other things to note
1 small dog (UNDER 20 POUNDS) is allowed. (no cats) DO NOT leave your pet unattended in the travel trailer at any time. We recommend bringing a crate or carrier for your pet. Any damage caused by a pet will result in a negative review and you will be responsible for damages.

Our vintage RV lodging area adds an extra touch of rural charm and convenience to your visit. “Ace in the Hole” 1968 Ace RV with a touch of the baby blue & white. Offers space for 3 adults and one little. We invite you to experience this amazing antique oldie but goodie RV. See y'all soon!

The space
Our vintage RV is located on 10 acres of private family land that we run our wedding venue on and we also live on property. We currently have 5 rvs that we rent out. We are located about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown San Antonio. We are close to Shopping and restaurants. The property is gated. We will provide you with a gate code to enter, to exit it automatically opens.
Please note on weekends there may be an event. We simply ask that you stay at your designated area. The rv has new units that provide kooling and heat, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and note this is a compact bathroom with shower sink and RV toilet. Depending on your size it could become cozy which adds to the vintage charm and added adventure. Please keep in mind the RV is older with everything working but if an issue was to pop up will gladly help. Please: no parties or excessive noise when work is done we love the The serenity and peace.

Guest access
You are welcome to walk the grounds. Please be mindful of the private residences on property and we also run two businesses onsite. There are two property dogs, Willow (black and white) and Zola (all white) they are friendly. Might want to join in your walk. You may see and hear peacocks, ducks, chickens, and roosters

Other things to note
These are fun vintage rvs. Keep in mind they are cozy and don’t not have full size showers or king size beds. If you are taller you may need to bend a little. We hope you enjoy the experience.
