House is 3000 Sq. ft. with very open floor plan & high ceilings. Tiled 1000 Sq. patio which is like a large extra room, very private, a tropical paradise with 3 different types of palm trees, hot tub & outdoor billiards table. You can while away the time or just sit and relax & enjoy the beautiful bug free evenings that only south Tx. can offer.
The cassita(3rd bedroom) is separated from the house by breezeway complete with full bathroom and tv. so if you have 2 couples it is very private. Media room is only room upstairs complete with 60 in. Samsung Smart tv, with sound bar and half bath. This room can accommodate additional sleepers with new aero queen size blow up mattress. Other features include cable TV, DSL wireless internet & house alarm. We have additional TV’s in main living room off kitchen and in Master Bedroom.

San Antionio is a premier tourist destination. There's so much to do here - World famous beautiful River Walk, The Alamo, Six Flags, Sea World, tons of golfing and shopping. Hill Country and quaint Tx. towns are close by as well as the 200 plus premium Outlet Store in San Marcos just 25 miles away.

- "My daughter was having her first baby. I'm from Dallas and I wanted something close to the hospital and her home. I require a clean home with safety features and this home doesn't disappoint. Not a spec of dust. Beautifulky decorated. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't make the trip so I was alone. I felt at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, the master bathroom has a stained glass window that is spectacular. Master bath has a jacuzzi. The bed is very comfortable. The home is kept at a comfortable temperature. The Casita is another space of its own. The media room is upstairs, I didn't use it this trip. The front patio has a beautiful hot tub and outdoor pool table. It is a spectacular space. I noticed a new bee hive, I contacted Pearl, it was taken care of immediately. Instructions are laid out for you. It would be a great place for children. I believe there's a little painting section. The neighbors are friendly and helped me roll the trash out. I couldn't ask for better host than Pearl and Paul. There home is where I'll be staying when I visit my daughter and new grandson going forward. They even leave a gift basket on the table for their guest. First class home. I would like a TV in the master. That's the only change I'd make to this home away from home. Can't wait to hear back to San Antonio!"

This is a small complex and my unit is located at the back. It is easy to get to all the major attractions in San Antonio from here. You'll find the unit stocked with mixer, crock pot, toaster over, coffee pot, and spices, if you enjoy cooking. Our major grocery store-HEB is 2 miles.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy new remodel garage semi apartment. Located in the beautiful area of Thousand Oaks of San Antonio, our private Garage Cave is located in our garage with totally independent access to it. The house is located 15 min to San Antonio Airport and 25 min to Downtown where you can visit main attractions as the River Walk, The Alamo, Tower of the Americas and the Pearl area.

This is a super cozy garage apartment that is attached to our house but has a completely independent entrance. Spacious queen size bed and a coffee table where you can have your first coffee of the day. The Cave has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and a microwave for you to use as well as a big 75” smart TV with a fire stick where you can log in into your accounts like Neftlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

Self-check in available using a code. Check in after 3pm and check out at 11am. We are not very strict on check in and check out time but please communicate with us ahead of time if need to make other check-in or check-out arrangements. We value your privacy very much and will try not to bother you during your stay but if you need something or have concerns, we are here to help you.

The space

Our Guesthouse has a separate entry and includes a nice private yard and patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee or just enjoy the outdoors.

Space is outfitted with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and a private bedroom.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a toaster oven, two electric tabletop burners, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, pans, plates, silverware and cups.

Cozy living room includes a smart TV, comfortable sofa bed (Full), and a lift-top coffee table that is great for you to use your Laptop and where you can eat while enjoying your favorite show.

The spacious private bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, a closet with mirror, a dresser, an upright garment steamer, as well as a nightstand with a lamp, and an area for you to charge any electronics. The bedroom was designed for one queen bedroom. We do however provide two twin size air mattresses to accommodate additional guests. Just keep in mind it will be extra cozy in that room if you decide to utilize them.

The bathroom has a nice rain-head, walk-in shower, and equipped with the famous DryBar "Buttercup" hairdryer.

Guest access

Entire Guesthouse is at your disposition. Guesthouse's left side patio is all yours for your enjoyment. We have ample street parking.

Interaction with guests

Our Guesthouse is located on our back patio detached from our home. You can choose to do a self-check-in with the VRBO check-in instructions or we can be there to get you all checked in. We are always available for questions if they arise.

Other things to note

Children are welcome but do please note, however, that unfortunately, we aren't child-proofed for toddlers.

We are pet-friendly and accept pets at our discretion. When booking your stay please let us know that you will be bringing a pet, and how big it is. If your pet sheds, please let us know to let you know extra info needed. There is a small iron fence that separates the Guesthouse area and helps keep our 5lb Havanese on our side of the patio.

The Charming Retreat will exceed all your expectations in our newly renovated two bedroom, two bath home located in a tranquil, countrylike setting in Northcentral San Antonio, only minutes away from many fine restaurants, the airport and prompt freeway access for a ten-to-fifteen minute drive to beautiful downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk, La Cantera Shopping Center, Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, the Alamo and other tourists attractions.
Our entire single-story home is offered as completely private and is not shared with anyone, including the host. The home provides a spacious layout, large enough to accommodate those who prefer to relax in solitude as well as areas where family can gather to enjoy quality time together. Our family room, living room and outdoor covered patio are ideal for relaxation and comfort. Central air and heating is provided for the comfort of our guest.
The home sleeps up to six guests. Our two beautiful spacious bedrooms are furnished with king and queen size beds and prepared for every guest with clean, sanitized bedsheets and pillow cases. In addition, each mattress and every pillow are prepared with interchangeable protective encasements for extra protection and comfort prior to your arrival. Our comfortable living room sleeper sofa is also available for additional guest. Both bedrooms have large closet space and window views of the many beautiful oak trees that surround the home, providing shade to the many deer common to the area.
Our two large bathrooms are their own separate rooms and not located in the bedrooms, providing complete privacy for our guest. Each bathroom is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival and supplied with plenty of clean fresh towels and other necessities.
For those who prefer to stay in and cook, our large kitchen provides all the modern appliances and amenities needed to treat your family or friends to hot home cook meals. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, microwave, a large refrigerator and plenty of cookware and spices. Complimentary coffee is also provided for every guest.
A washer and dryer is also available as a courtesy to all of our guest but laundry detergent and other necessities are not offered.
Off-street parking is available, providing parking for up to three vehicles.
Several days prior to arrival guest will be provided with an access pass-code to our lock box containing keys to the home or guests can choose to meet with the host to answer any questions or to provide for guest's special needs.

Home is completely updated, 2 master bedrooms with walk in showers upstairs, new furniture in living room, downstairs features a full size kitchen with patio. The home centrally located near the airport, downtown, McAllister Park and many major highways. McAllister Park is comprised of 976 acres on the north side of San Antonio between Jones Maltsberger and Wetmore Roads. McAllister Park features 125 picnic units, restrooms and parking areas.

Home features solid flooring throughout, windows in each room, modern and homely feel. All rooms have new recessed lighting and new fixtures. Living features a fireplace and flat screen tv. Outside areas feature landscaping and mature trees. Guests will have 2 parking spots next to each other near property.

- "We were in San Antonio for a month to spend time with our son. We selected this property due to location near the pickleball center. That was great. Only 15 minutes away. Let me start with the good stuff. Geno the owner was fantastic. He was very responsive to any inquiry I made and made all efforts to resolve any and all issues promptly. Additionally, he added a few nice touches by providing bottled water for the coffee maker, dishwasher/washing machine detergent/toilet paper/paper towels and travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The downsides are that the apartment was quite sparsely appointed. The photos were mostly accurate but there were no rugs in the unit which would have helped a lot. Initially there were only place setting and dishes for 4. When I requested more, he quickly brought over additional service for 6. Similarly there were many missing things from what I consider a basic kitchen, cutting board, spatula, bowls to mix and bake food in. As soon as I mentioned this to him, again he provided more than enough. The appliances were an issue. The dishwasher broke and was out of commission for over 2 weeks when I was there. That said, once I let him know, he called in a repair person. It took a week for them to come but a part needed to be ordered so we did not have use of it for over two weeks. Similarly the dryer didn't function well at all. As soon as I let him know, he showed up with a new washer and dryer. The good thing was as soon as I raised the issue it was fixed, however, I suspect that these were known problems beforehand and it would have been preferable to have addressed them (replaced the appliances) prior to our arrival. We were in the unit during the "snowpocalyse" of the century, where temps in texas dropped into teens, pipes froze and broke and power outages lasted for days. Fortunately we did not lose power but our pipes did freeze. It was no fault of Geno's. Once again as soon as I let him know, he showed up with a space heater and the water in the pipes flowed within hours. The apartment could be even better were he to add a few more pieces of furniture in the living room and bedrooms, add a few rugs and provide some chairs to sit on outside. The kitchen is now fully stocked with cookware. I would recommend it as long as you are looking for a basic apartment. Geno is a fabulous landlord."

This is a super cozy garage apartment that is attached to our house but has a completely independent entrance. Spacious queen size bed and a coffee table where you can have your first coffee of the day. The Cave has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and a microwave for you to use as well as a big 75” smart TV with a fire stick where you can log in into your accounts like Neftlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

Note : we provide you with coffee k-cups, coffee creamer , water bottles and breakfast bars for you to enjoy your first day at our cave. For longer stays you need to bring your own . This also apply for cleaning Suplies, trash bags and personal toiletries including toilet paper .

The laundry room contains a full size washer, full size dryer, travel size detergent, an iron and ironing board. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.

The upstairs opens up to a second living room with a 50” TV and sectional for comfortable seating. The first primary bedroom has a king size bed and 40” TV. The connecting bathroom has a double vanity, stand up shower and a spacious closet (extra pillows are located here). The dual primary bedroom contains a queen size bed and has a desk workstation for completing work tasks. The connecting bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo and a spacious walk in closet. This closet contains a roll out treadmill and weights available for guest use.

Because the back patio connects to the living room, it is easy to socialize both inside and outside with family, utilizing all spaces. The backyard has two seating areas, one under the patio and one with a beautiful view of the 100-year oak tree. The entire backyard has shade which makes it nice to sit outside. There is a 40" TV on the back patio and a bbq pit for grilling. Charcoal not provided. There is a fire pit for ambiance with wood provided.

There is a bookshelf with reading materials and the TV cabinet has a drawer with plenty of board games to play. The living room TV is 75" and the Master bedroom is 65".

This home is centrally located for all adventures in San Antonio- near military bases, hospitals, downtown SA, theme parks, wineries, hiking, lakes, and neighboring cities.

This property is DOG-friendly. I welcome well-trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. I charge a $90 pet fee (covers the entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message me the breed and weight of your dog for approval. There is a doggy door in the living room and a dog kennel in the backyard. Please keep dogs out of plant beds in the backyard, off the sofas in the living room, and out of bedrooms 1 and 3 which have carpeting. For any unreported pets, guests will be charged $200 a fee.

GUEST VERIFICATION:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. Welcome to The Oak Loft, San Antonio’s newest luxury rental retreat destination! This stunning home, nestled in the heart of a beautiful landscape cul-de-sac, boasts a beautiful oversized hot tub cascading into a large underground pool, making it the perfect outdoor oasis!

The space
The outdoor space is complete with a state-of-the-art outdoor grill for a barbeque (BBQ). An outdoor shaded patio also gives you access to a dining table suitable for those quiet evenings to dine under those breathtaking Texas sunsets. Enjoy a margarita as you sunbathe on our comfortable lounge chairs or grab your best bud for a game of Cornhole! After a long day exploring San Antonio, enjoy a nice hot tub or spa treatment to unwind then dive into our 3’ - 5.5’ swimming pool for a cool way to end a long day.

Moving indoors, a state-of-the-art lounge has several areas to relax and/or have a private conversation. You can take a seat on our barstools surrounding the kitchen where all the best conversations happen while preparing a homemade meal or feel like a professional chef using the top-of-the-line commercial kitchen. Should you hire a chef, the kitchen will also fit their needs with a 4 burner commercial cooktop, 24” flat top, drink station, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of prep space. Tired of doing the dishes?! So are we! The Oak Loft has a dishwasher available with complementary dish soap to give you time back to you.

The Oak Loft will accommodate up to 14 overnight guests comfortably in a 4 bedroom: 2 King Rooms, 2 double Full Rooms and a Queen size Pull Out Couch located on the first floor. The Master bedroom shares a full Bathroom. The upstairs full bathroom provides a 2 countertop station and a half bathroom downstairs is available to all guests. Two to Four additional guests can “rough it” on a comfortable air mattress and 2 couches (1 in living room & 1 in garage; air mattress not provided) if need be. For those who wish to extend their stay, the Oak Loft provides free laundry facilities such as a washing machine and dryer along with a couple of laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets. Additionally, the Oak Loft provides comfort and your convenience with programmable air-conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter.

Our interior decorator helped set the mood for an IG wall of Marachi hats making the perfect room to take a selfie and play some board games! Should you choose to watch a football / baseball / soccer game, the converted garage provides two 55” TVs and a real life game experience so during commercials you can play billard pool, shuffleboard, dart board and more!

At The Oak Loft, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our professional cleaning service company. All of the 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting / sanitizing each home after every stay making sure to clean all disinfected surfaces. We are following all of the CDC guidelines and we closely monitor the latest updates. We wash all provided towels, throw blankets, and bedding at high temperatures after each stay. We also have a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, a first aid kit under the bathroom sink, and smoke detectors / smoke alarms in every room.

Our goal is always to provide you, your guests and group top notch customer service at The Oak Loft and help make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. PARKING
There are 4 parking spots on the driveway of The Oak Loft for an average size vehicle. There is also space for 2 vehicles parked in the front of the house and 1 vehicle parked in the cul-de-sac to the left of the driveway. All parking spaces on the street are on first come first serve basis. All parking is free.

24 hours prior to check in, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to check in and check out remotely.

The entire home is available for your use and entertainment. The Oak Loft accommodates 7 parking spaces in the driveway and in front/ side of the home

HEATED POOL & HOT TUB FEE
Our pool is open all year round. It offers a heated feature especially during the colder months. To access the hot tub or heated pool please contact the host for instructions to do so. A one time non refundable fee of $300 will be required to heat the pool and hot tub. Please provide 24 hours notice to have the pool ready upon arrival.

PET FEE
We love pets and would love to put a picture on the wall should you choose to leave us one. We have a designated space for your pet and ask to use it when your pet is left home while you are away. There is a non refundable pet fee ($250) paid to us upon booking or as soon as the decision is made to bring your fur baby.
We pride ourselves on a barefoot backyard so if we have to pick up poop upon departure then there will be an additional charge of $150 paid immediately.

This is the perfect home to unwind with family and friends. Take a dip in the pool, soak up the sun and fire up the BBQ for a grand family feast.

The space
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A total of 8 beds sleeps up to 14 guests. On the ground floor you'll find the first bedroom with 4 memory foam beds - 1 queen and 3 double beds (bunk beds and trundle) and the first full bathroom down the hall. In the heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen connected to an open living and dining area (seats up to 8). Just off the kitchen, you'll also find a formal dining room (seats up to 8). Head outside for swimming, poolside lounging, BBQ, dining (seats up to 6) and lawn games. Upstairs to the second floor, you'll get restful sleep on a king sized memory foam bed in each of the four grand bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with his and her showers. There's another full bathroom off the hallway.

The entire home, backyard and pool are for your enjoyment. There is one locked closet and a few locked cabinets used for housekeeping.

Other things to note
Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs allowed. $50 for the first, $25 for the second. Dogs must be house-trained, crated if left alone, leashed when outside, and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
