Living Space: The TV has a Roku in guest mode, allowing you to walk around your favorite pay services, knowing they will reset when you leave. Much free content is also available.

Internet: We provide 1GB of fiber Wi-Fi for the whole house.

Outside: There is a back patio with four seating and beautiful landscaping.

Community: The community has an outdoor pool and playground (Pool requires a keycard. Ask the owner. There is a fee for a lost pool keycard.)
Community Pool is located at 410 Navasota Dr. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool daily hours are different at different seasons.

We waived our Management fee of $30/night for all our guests.

We may be biased, but we don't think you'll find a better Hill Country view within the city limits of San Antonio. When we first saw this house, we decided to put in an offer even before ever going inside the house. That's how good the views are! It has been our personal home for 16 years, and due to other responsibilities this summer, we have decided to add our personal home to our vacation home portfolio, and share it with you!

Are we nervous? Honestly, a little! In our 14 years as SuperHosts, we have seen the best and (unfortunately) the worst in guests, but we hope people will see the love and care we have put into this home, and treat it better than their own (as we treat other Airbnb's when we travel). We also have great neighbors who will contact us immediately if our house rules aren't followed. :)

Some of our favorite things about our home are the spectacular views (especially at sunset!), sitting outside, watching the deer and other wildlife, and feeling like you're in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, while being in the heart of all things San Antonio. We hope you enjoy our Hilltop Gem!

- "We just returned from our stay in San Antonio. The best part of the stay was this home and the great location. Dont even think about a hotel when you can have accomodations like this! The view out the back is spectacular. The home is perched on a bluff or hilltop and we had nice breezes every evening. The pool was beautiful and was a nice retreat after your sightseeing visits. The table on the patio seats 8, so plenty of room for your evening cookouts. The home is nicely equipped and well stocked, but if you do need something, there is a Super Target closeby.. We were a short drive from Sea World and the Riverwalk area--and an even shorter drive to the airport! The owners are quick to answer any questions you may have. Our grandson enjoyed the wii, and brought some of his own games to play. The home has U-verse and wifi, which worked well throughout the house. We had a large group and had plenty of room. Don't hesitate to book this home! We will be back."

Welcome to our modern yet comfy 4 bedroom home. Our home is located in the north side of San Antonio where all the new development is happening. It is approximately 18 north of the airport, 25 minutes away from The Riverwalk downtown and close by to all the new shopping areas and theme parks. If you enjoy golf you could always tee off at more than 5 full golf courses that offer their services including a PGA course at TPC.

Needed a large enough home to have plenty of space for people and stuff. There were 8 of us. This home had 4 large rooms, plenty of space and a nice living room. Also an upstairs game room area with TV. We would go out during the day and just sleep comfortably at night. About 20 mins from the riverwalk which was pretty nice. Maybe 20-30 to schliterrbahn as well. The owner made sure our stay was comfortable and asked if we had arrived and needed anything. Everyone who stayed really enjoyed the home. Bathrooms were clean and hot water was instant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. HEB is down the street so Food and supplies were like 5 mins away. If you need somewhere to sleep well and close to amenities and places of interest this is it."

Upstairs TV we could not access at all due to Smart Tv that needs Wifi. BBQ was all rusty, which likely is a health hazard. I realize this is a renno property, but it is missing cutting boards, salad spinner just a few minor kitchen items. The firepit outside does not work, the flicker switch does not fire up the firepit.
