Kitchen/Dining: Full set of appliances with double sink. Includes a dual Keurig coffee pot, air fryer, rice cooker, and plenty of seating. There are plenty of cooking pots and utensils for the cook at your party.

Living Space: The TV has a Roku in guest mode, allowing you to walk around your favorite pay services, knowing they will reset when you leave. Much free content is also available.

Internet: We provide 1GB of fiber Wi-Fi for the whole house.

Outside: There is a back patio with four seating and beautiful landscaping.

Community: The community has an outdoor pool and playground (Pool requires a keycard. Ask the owner. There is a fee for a lost pool keycard.)
Community Pool is located at 410 Navasota Dr. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool daily hours are different at different seasons.

We waived our Management fee of $30/night for all our guests.

We may be biased, but we don't think you'll find a better Hill Country view within the city limits of San Antonio. When we first saw this house, we decided to put in an offer even before ever going inside the house. That's how good the views are! It has been our personal home for 16 years, and due to other responsibilities this summer, we have decided to add our personal home to our vacation home portfolio, and share it with you!

Are we nervous? Honestly, a little! In our 14 years as SuperHosts, we have seen the best and (unfortunately) the worst in guests, but we hope people will see the love and care we have put into this home, and treat it better than their own (as we treat other Airbnb's when we travel). We also have great neighbors who will contact us immediately if our house rules aren't followed. :)

- "We just returned from our stay in San Antonio. The best part of the stay was this home and the great location. Dont even think about a hotel when you can have accomodations like this! The view out the back is spectacular. The home is perched on a bluff or hilltop and we had nice breezes every evening. The pool was beautiful and was a nice retreat after your sightseeing visits. The table on the patio seats 8, so plenty of room for your evening cookouts. The home is nicely equipped and well stocked, but if you do need something, there is a Super Target closeby.. We were a short drive from Sea World and the Riverwalk area--and an even shorter drive to the airport! The owners are quick to answer any questions you may have. Our grandson enjoyed the wii, and brought some of his own games to play. The home has U-verse and wifi, which worked well throughout the house. We had a large group and had plenty of room. Welcome to our modern yet comfy 4 bedroom home. Our home is located in the north side of San Antonio where all the new development is happening. It is approximately 18 north of the airport, 25 minutes away from The Riverwalk downtown and close by to all the new shopping areas and theme parks. Also an upstairs game room area with TV. We would go out during the day and just sleep comfortably at night. About 20 mins from the riverwalk which was pretty nice. Maybe 20-30 to schliterrbahn as well. The owner made sure our stay was comfortable and asked if we had arrived and needed anything. Everyone who stayed really enjoyed the home. Bathrooms were clean and hot water was instant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. HEB is down the street so Food and supplies were like 5 mins away. If you need somewhere to sleep well and close to amenities and places of interest this is it."

Your clean, functional and beautiful private space in our home is full of bright natural light. You are located in the upper-middle class, gated neighborhood, of the exclusive Stone Oak part of San Antonio and close to everything Stone Oak has to offer. Your space features 2 private bedrooms for you to use, 1 full bath and large living room for you to relax.

The space
Your private loft on the 2nd floor of our home is 700 sq.ft of space. Gary, your house mate (and homeowner) lives downstairs and respects your privacy. You have the entire 2nd floor for your stay and your space includes a large living room with futon sofa-sleeper, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds. We strive to keep your space as a popular choice with the amenities of a hotel and the feel of your home. While your space does not have a kitchen, dining or laundry capability - we are happy to share those during your stay. They are located on the 1st floor. Feel free to use them as needed, just be a kind house guest and respectful of Gary's property.

Once your booking is confirmed, we send you a SECURE link to our pre-arrival portal where you will verify ID and occupancy (like at a hotel) without all the handing of ID back and forth. (see details below)

Next, we send directions and your unique keyless access code so you can let yourself in.

Staying at your private loft, you may feel you have not left home, even though you are miles away from home visiting a city full of things to do! Your home (and private 2nd floor) is in the gated, Wilderness Pointe neighborhood, and is right next door to Panther Springs Park. You will love strolls in one of the most scenic areas Stone Oak area. You will find that your home is in a quiet, secure, neighborhood. At the same time,you are just a short drive from the major attractions and all San Antonio has to offer. Your 2nd floor private loft will easily accommodate you, and a couple of guests. Guests have told us, and we are sure you will agree, your space is clean, affordable, very roomy - just like home. You will only pay for the space you need - we include 2 guests in the base price and only add a modest amount to cover the extra laundry costs for additional guests. For the price, it is an absolute value and you will agree that you have a much nicer stay than any hotel!

Each of your bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and the futon in your 2nd floor private living room is an easy to setup full-sized sleeper.

Your full bathroom has a nice shower with thick, fluffy, super soft, oversized towels for when you would like to freshen up.

Your home away from home allows you plenty of space to relax and lounge when you are not visiting the many attractions in San Antonio. The entire 1st floor is shared with Gary (the home owner) and you have full access to the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and other spaces. Please look through the pictures.

Your private 2nd floor living room area has a large futon that converts into a full-sized sofa bed. There is a large flat panel TV with free streaming Amazon and Hulu. If you travel with your own entertainment, it fully supports connecting a Firestick or other devices via HDMI and USB.

The shared kitchen on the 1st floor is perfect and completely appointed for your use as the family 'master chef' with granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave... and all the necessary cooking and dining utensils, coffee maker, plates, glasses, etc. & tons of storage space.

You also can use the shared laundry room in case you need to take care of a quick load of laundry.

Are you in the mood to enjoy the fresh air? Your the back yard in your home is large and has a perfect patio for relaxing or just enjoying coffee in the morning. Please feel free to park your car on the driveway (being careful not to block Gary in from pulling out of the garage when he heads to work) or on the side of the street in front of the house.

Here is the part you are going to love! You are just a short jog from Loop 1604 giving you quick access to IH-10, La Cantera - the gorgeous outdoor shopping mall, as well as Six Flags Fiesta Texas; UTSA; and the medical center area where all the hospitals are. In the other direction, Loop 1604 will take you to IH-35 in Live Oak where Randolph Airforce Base is or you can take Highway 281 south directly to the downtown area where the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and other 'touristy' attractions are. The San Antonio International Airport is midway between your space and downtown on Highway 218.

If your private 2nd floor loft is available on dates you are looking at, grab that booking fast! Open dates do not last long. We love hosting you and are finding that you are staying for longer periods and keep coming back!

You are staying in a safe, gated neighborhood, and just a quick drive to food!

Unfortunately, and possibly because you have made us so popular with guests arriving to San Antonio, we have noticed a dramatic increase in fraudulent bookings. While we do not like doing anything that might be an extra burden on you when you are coming to visit us and relax, we put some additional safety procedures in place to ensure your safety, the safety of our home, and the safety of everyone during your stay. When you book, you understand that you will be required to provide your identifying documents through a secure 3rd party platform before we provide access to your space. These documents include (and may not be limited to) a government issued photo ID in your name (or the booking party) and an valid credit card issued in your name. This is the same process hotels use to provide for your safety. We pay for the same secure system used by hotels to validate guest age and ID on check in. You will pay no additional costs for this check, and your credit card *will not* be charged outside of the Terms and Conditions specified by the booking channel, we have made sure of this. A small authorization to 'Alamo City Stays' will be attempted by the 3rd party service -only- to determine the validity of the credit card information provided. Please note: An authorization is not a charge, no funds are transferred in an authorization. If you do not pass the initial ID verification, additional checks may be required. In the extremely rare circumstance that you are notified that you did not pass, -or- if you opt out of completing this check for the safety of all concerned. By reserving, and taking control of our space, you agree to cancel your active reservation within 24 hours of notification -and- release control of our space. Those releasing control of our space within 24 hours of such notification -WILL- be provided a full refund with our regrets. Those not releasing control of our space within 24 hours of such notification will be charged in accordance with the booking channel cancellation policy in effect at the time of the cancellation.

Guest access
Reserving your private 2nd floor will give you the entire 2nd floor of the home to yourself and full use of it 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like. There is an electronic lock, so there are no keys for you to keep up with or worry about losing! Even though there's only bed space for 1 to 5 guests, there is plenty of room for additional floor or blow up mattresses.... and you can always have someone bring a sleeping bag to hit the floor if you have more guests than we have beds! Free WiFi, Hulu and other streaming channels.

Other things to note
We ask that you observe quiet hours from 10 pm - 6 am out of respect for Gary, who may need to sleep.

We encourage San Antonio residents to stay with us; however, we will want to have a discussion of your needs before you book the space.

One-night stays are only valid for Sunday through Thursday nights, weekends are a minimum of two nights.

Your private space on the 2nd floor is set up for self-check in property. We have a keyless electronic lock, so you can arrive as late as you need. Please understand, Gary needs sleep too, if you are staying with us you are willing and able to follow instructions you will be provided by message, email, and/or in your travel app before arrival. You also agree not to disturb Gary (or the host) regarding check in until you have thoroughly read all materials provided to you.

You will not have more than 6 persons in or on the property at any one point in time without prior written approval of Gary (or host), a violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.

You agree to respect and follow all community guidelines provided and/or posted anywhere on the property.

Additional Fees that may be imposed:
$200/day smoking fee for each day where you or any occupant is found to have been smoking in the property
$50 late check out (for any late departure not previously agreed to)
$25 handling fee, plus associated shipping costs, for any items lost and requested returned during your stay

If any guests scheduled to arrive and stay with us after you are unable to use the property, or access their reserved spaces, due to any action by you including, but not limited to: lost keys, locked doors, accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or any violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us (and/or the booking channel) for the inconvenience.

You agree that you are booking the space in good faith and will not attempt to damage your hosts’ business in retribution for unfavorable rulings in the event of resolution claims.

The newly built Morrocan styled cabana has built in sofas for relaxing outdoor between hot tub dips. The kitchen has a gas stove with vent that actually vents to the outside, pots and pans, small appliances, silverware, plates, and serving dishes for serving parties up to 8. The guest bedrooms each have the same $4k king size Sterns and Foster beds for extremely comfortable sleeping.

The shower experience
1. An outdoor shower with six body jets and waterfall shower experience. This feature alone cost $18k to install.

THE PLEASURE PIT: (AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL COST)
This is a one of a kind water feature in the back yard that acts like a water fall/deluge. It’s the same sensation as standing under a pounding cascade of water. The pleasure pit can also be used at a cold plunge pool.
THIS IS AVAILABLE ONLY AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $200 per night. If you elect to use the pleasure pit you must pay for the use of it for the entire stay or the latter part of the stay. This unique water feature was approximately $35k to construct so that’s why we charge separate and additionally for its use.


NO TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE PROVIDED FOR HOUSE

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are absolutely no parties allowed in the house. If more than eight people are seen at the house that will be grounds for immediate evection by my uncle who is a sheriff who happens to luckily live next-door. The reason for the strict policy is because previously the house with used as a party for profit location that led to do extensive damage. Eviction will occur at any point during the rental if more than eight people are seen entering the house.

We may be biased, but we don't think you'll find a better Hill Country view within the city limits of San Antonio. When we first saw this house, we decided to put in an offer even before ever going inside the house. That's how good the views are! It has been our personal home for 16 years, and due to other responsibilities this summer, we have decided to add our personal home to our vacation home portfolio, and share it with you!

Are we nervous? Honestly, a little! In our 14 years as SuperHosts, we have seen the best and (unfortunately) the worst in guests, but we hope people will see the love and care we have put into this home, and treat it better than their own (as we treat other Airbnb's when we travel). We also have great neighbors who will contact us immediately if our house rules aren't followed. :)

Some of our favorite things about our home are the spectacular views (especially at sunset!), sitting outside, watching the deer and other wildlife, and feeling like you're in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, while being in the heart of all things San Antonio.
