I called the number on the email to let them know that we don’t smoke, none of those items belonged to us, and there was no mirror like that in our unit. Spoke to “Jen” who said she couldn’t help me and that I needed to respond to the email. 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, still no response. I finally called the credit card company to make a formal dispute. This company can not be trusted. "
