The concierge contacted us to confirm our reservation as opposed to a computer generated email. I let him know this was a milestone birthday for my husband and when we returned to the room our second night we found a bottle of champagne, a real bday card signed by several staff members and a delicious piece of chocolate cake. Room service that we had set up the day called to let us know they would be late (but only by ten minutes; this was Jan1st and the hotel was pretty full. Every staff member very respectful. " - "The property was centrally located for what we needed. Staff was very friendly. The only down side for us was some ascetic issues. It looked like in several areas, they had replaced some placards on elevator door jams. However they failed to paint them, so it looked rather tacky. It was not the Hilton standard that I have seen. "
