Also the 10:00am check out is early and made all 8 of feel rushed to make it out on time we had to wake up very early as to make sure we left everything clean and nothing left behind"

The first one was the lack of a second bed/bedroom. I know in the description it states it’s a single bedroom but in the pictures they put images of what looks like two separate beds/bedrooms. When I arrived to only one bed I was a little surprised. The second issue was a control on the AC temperature. We were told the lowest temperature we could put the AC at was 75 degrees. This was an issue because it happened to be really hot and humid when we stayed and even though we had the AC on we still found ourselves hot and sweaty, especially when sleeping. Another thing that could be a concern was the holes in the corners of the wall that led straight to the outside. On the positive side, they had provided us with the necessary items to wash our clothes, cook, do the dishes, iron our clothes, towels, hair dryer and a tv. I also appreciated the easy access to the downtown San Antonio area. It was easy to request an Uber or even get Uber eats. "

My wife booked it but did not see the deposit on top of the money we already paid for the booking in advance. She made a mistake because we were all tired. It was cold and rainy that check in and we found out that we could not enter the house. We were refused because of the deposit. We needed 4 days until our house was ready for us. The property was managed by an international call center. They simply said you loose all your money. We had no more money and we were forced to live at Haven for Hope a homeles shelter with all my kids and grandkids. On top of me being disabled. I am in a wheelchair with only one leg. They had no compassion or refuesd my family with only one option... Loose all your money and good luck. For having moving my family here the first 4 days was a forced homeless shelter filled with drugs right I front of my grandchildren. Hotels.com also said sorry good luck. We are now I to our brand new built house. Hese policies need to be flexible with each stayon their return policy. I will post this everywhere until hotels.com starts being more empathetic to each person situation. "

That room never cooled enough to sleep in, so my sister and her husband ended up sleeping in the living room floor where it was more comfortable. I let the host know right away and sent a photo as requested, even a video, but unfortunately never received any further follow-up. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. Just beware as summer heat in Texas is upon us! "
