Located on 3 1/2 acres, this charming 3 Bedroom/2 Bath manufactured home sits on a quiet country road just minutes from beautiful downtown Wimberley. - "We were looking for a quick weekend getaway at the end of Spring Break with the kids. Small and quaint, this little house had more than enough room for our family of 5 and super comfortable beds. It was also within walking distance of downtown Wimberly and all the shops and restaurants. It was a bit cold and rainy, so we didn't get to enjoy the river as much as we would have liked,but it was very pretty and we enjoyed having coffee by the river in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again."

The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub), a living room and kitchenette. The kitchenette features a full-size fridge & freezer, a portable induction cooktop surface, a toaster-oven/air-fryer, and a blender.

The Shady Oaks Cottage is located in a private neighborhood off a dirt road, so your car will get a little dusty. We're located within a 7 minute drive to Shady Llama and a little over 10 minutes to Wimberley Square.

Our cottage is the ideal space for a family with kids looking to get away from the city, a group of friends in town for a wedding, or a girls weekend.

Our family and children also live in the main house nearby. This is not the right place for you if you're looking to throw a large party.

Our guests will always have the privacy of the cottage and lots of space to spread out. We will be on the property in our home once in a while, and will let you know whether to expect us to be around.

TEMPORARY NOTE: We are having a pool built on the property, and there may be contractors on the property during the week through the end of August. We do not anticipate active construction during the weekend, but there may be exceptions that arise.

It was a big help having two bathrooms available for us all to be able to get ready. It is a great remote place and was private and relaxing. You do travel a couple of miles on a dirt road to get there but the road is well maintained as long as you don't mind a little dust on your vehicle. There are many wineries and small towns around to explore and I would love to return when we have the time to do so!"

This cute cottage is perfect for individuals, couples and families looking to relax in the Texas Hill Country! Sip your coffee on the front porch and you're likely to be visited by peacocks and chickens. There is an upstairs loft with a King Size bed, a love seat and a rack for hanging clothing storage. In the living area, there is a traditional style leather futon, two accent chairs, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows. There is also a record player, DVD player, DVDs, and records. There is a small dining table with seating for three and a bar with stools. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, a stove, microwave, apartment size fridge and coffee pot. We always provide coffee and fixings, a few staple condiments and special treats from the farm like fresh eggs when available and homemade cookies. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, and we stock you with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and linens. Outside you will find seating for two on the front porch and out back a table with four chairs, a small charcoal grill and private fire pit. This cottage is not pet friendly.

We take pride in helping our guests make the most of their stay by providing many resources after booking including information on local attractions, favorite restaurants in the area, as well as recommendations for local and mobile spa & wellness services! Our Innkeepers live onsite, so we can assist our guests as needed during their stay should any issues arise.

The beautifully maintained grounds boast a nature trail, fairy tree, labyrinth, herb and vegetable garden, peacocks, chickens, and goats. We are also an eco-friendly property that harvests rainwater and solar energy, recycles and composts.

The hilltop of our 40-acre property is shared by cottage guests, our Main house group rental, long term residents, farm animals and the nature trail. The lower part is home to our Event Hall and additional long-term residents.

Blue Agave Cottage has one parking spot available to the left of the cottage. While the cottage is private, the nature trail, animals, gardens and Hill Country sunsets are also on the property for all guests and residents to enjoy!

Other things to note
This property is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, and, with nature, there sometimes comes a price! While all of our accommodations receive regular pest control & deep cleaning, it is not uncommon to come across a spider, Roly poly or even a scorpion. We are also a property with free roaming peacocks & chickens, so if someone in your party is particularly afraid of bugs or animals or has severe animal related allergies, you may find that this is not a good fit.

In addition, like all of the Wimberley Valley, we are on a septic system and the Edwards Aquifer, which requires that we are very careful with our water usage. We ask that our guests be conscientious of our plumbing and resources.

Note that there is not a central office on property. In addition, Spa & Wellness services, as well as Onsite Meal Delivery, will need to be arranged by guests directly with the Chef or wellness practitioner. We will provide a list after booking and we always encourage this to be done with as much advance notice as possible to ensure they are able to accommodate your request.

The space
Step away from the everyday hustle and bustle and into this Boho dream and hang around the fire pit in the private backyard (just you and the peacocks and free roaming chickens!) or enjoy dinner on the balcony soaking in those starry skies. This cabin is a selfie takers playground with numerous murals and unique touches.

This is a two-bedroom cottage with an upstairs loft style room (but with a bit more privacy than a typical loft) with a queen bed, dresser, desk/dressing area, closest, half bath and an outdoor balcony with seating for two. The cozy downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room has a couch, two chairs, record player, a DVD player with DVDs, and a Smart TV with Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite apps. In the kitchen area there is a small table with seating for two and a counter with two barstools The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, a gas stove, microwave, apartment fridge and coffee pot. We always provide coffee and fixings, a few staple condiments and special treats from the farm like fresh eggs when available and homemade cookies. The downstairs bathroom has a stand-up shower and we stock you with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and linens. In the large backyard area, you will find a bistro table with seating for two and benches around the large fire pit. The Cactus Flower's covered backyard area is a favorite of our free roaming chickens, so be prepared for visitors. On the front porch, there is additional seating and a small charcoal grill. This cabin is not pet friendly.

We take pride in helping our guests make the most of their stay by providing many resources after booking including information on local attractions, favorite restaurants in the area, as well as recommendations for local and mobile spa & wellness services! Our Innkeepers live onsite, so we can assist our guests as needed during their stay should any issues arise.

The beautifully maintained grounds boast a nature trail, fairy tree, labyrinth, herb and vegetable garden, peacocks, chickens, and goats. We are also an eco-friendly property that harvests rainwater and solar energy, recycles and composts.

The hilltop of our 40-acre property is shared by cottage guests, our Manor group rental, long term residents, farm animals and the nature trail. The lower part is home to our Event Hall and additional long-term residents.

Guest access
The Cactus Flower Cottage has its own parking in front of the cottage. While the cottage and yard are private, the nature trail, animals, gardens and Hill Country sunsets are also on the property for all guests and residents to enjoy!

Other things to note
This property is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, and, with nature, there sometimes comes a price! While all of our accommodations receive regular pest control & deep cleaning, it is not uncommon to come across a spider, Roly poly or even a scorpion. We are also a property with free roaming peacocks, ducks, & chickens, so if someone in your party is particularly afraid of bugs or animals or has severe animal related allergies, you may find that this is not a good fit.

In addition, like all of the Wimberley Valley, we are on a septic system and the Edwards Aquifer, which requires that we are very careful with our water usage. We ask that our guests be conscientious of our plumbing and resources.

Note that there is not a central office on property. In addition, Spa & Wellness services, as well as Onsite Meal Delivery, will need to be arranged by guests directly with the Chef or wellness practitioner. We will provide a list after booking and we always encourage this to be done with as much advance notice as possible to ensure they are able to accommodate your request.

Just a short walk to the Blanco River and the 7A Ranch swimming pool, the Pioneer Town Inn consists of 4 individual units. Each unit is a 1-room unit equipped with 2 queen beds, full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, cable TV and wifi. 7A Ranch pool and river access is included with the rental.

The Pioneer Town Inn is rustic and cozy. Perfect for those who appreciate a simple, western and vintage feel. The Inn was built in the 1950's but has been renovated recently inside. This building was used for old Western films in its past!

We provide all bed linens and shower towels. However we do not provide pool or river towels. Please bring those along for your stay.

As part of 7A Ranch, each unit includes access to our newly reconstructed swimming pool including a splash pad for kiddos and half mile of beautiful Blanco River frontage. Please note, access to the Blanco River requires guests to cross the single lane River Road. To compliment you stay, rent a kayak from the front office to enjoy the majestic waters of the Blanco river. In addition to our awesome water features, we also have Pioneer Town, a reconstructed old west town with an operating Ice Cream Parlor, vintage arcade, Pioneer Express Train and Sports Courts. Fun for the whole family!

Other things to note
The Pioneer Town Inn is located at 7A Ranch, a cabin resort on the Blanco River. We have a total of 31 cabins, 4 RV spots and 3 lodges sleeping up to 300 people when fully occupied.

We provide all bed linens and bath towels. However, we do not provide river or pool towels. Please bring those along for your stay.

Meadow Creek Cottage is conveniently located only minutes away from Wimberley Square! Spend your days browsing the darling shops, delicious restaurants, local wineries, and breweries. Outdoor enthusiasts will love Jacobs Well and Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming, kayaking, and hiking trails. Additional fun can be found at Canyon Lake, the Whitewater Amphitheater, Schlitterbahn Water Park, and the San Marcos Outlet.

Back at your stay, you'll be surrounded by majestic oak trees. Spend sunny afternoons on the large wrap-around porch, sipping on sweet tea and visiting with the people who mean the most to you.

When you need a break from the sun, relax in the roomy living space that hosts rich leather sofas and fun pops of color. Cooks will enjoy preparing family meals in the well-established kitchen with bar seating. When mealtime rolls around, enjoy gathering for meals in the dining space that overlooks hill country views. Our cute and cozy guest house is now available for vacation rentals. The property is located on a 5 acre wooded hilltop overlooking Wimberley with stunning views of the valley. It is the perfect location for those looking for a quiet place to stay while in the area for shopping or special events. It is only minutes away from the Wimberley Square.

To be clear, you will be renting the entire house. We do not rent the upper and lower levels separately. The pool, hot tub, grill and other amenities are for the exclusive use of our registered guests.

Other things to note
There are sleeper sofas located both downstairs and upstairs. The bed linens are located in the closets.

You should not have to log in to Netflix since it is already setup but in case you do use your log in don't forget to log out. Also, if you log into your Apple account to rent movies please log out before you leave.

The directions for opening and closing the hot tub cover are posted on the refrigerator. If you still cannot figure it out please call or come to our door and ask for assistance. One of us will be happy to assist you.
