- "Clean and very comfortable " - "We come to Kingsland about twice a year to visit. This is a quick and easy for a place to sleep. " - "The staff was lovely, the place is obviously loved and well cared for. I had some of the best sleep of my life. In all honestly though, I did find a small roach (no different than most other places in the hill country) and there were some cobwebs in those hard to reach places like behind the fridge and in the corners of the bathroom (no different than my own home). I would stay there again in a heartbeat, though! "

Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled."
