The Peacock Yurt at Camposanto ATX Glamping on Lake Travis offers 2 air-conditioned accommodations with complimentary bottled water and bathrobes. Great house on 10 acres in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Located between Memory Lane Event Center and Ghost Note Brewery. Less than a mile from Wineries and Breweries in the area.

This 1700 Sq ft house was originally built in 1977. The owners used dynamite to blow out the side of the hill. They poured concrete to form the walls and ceiling. Years later they added a detached second unit separated by 10 inches of concrete and 18 inches of dirt. In 2019, the upstairs unit was bulldozed down and and built fresh for the owners living space. The downstairs was gutted down to the studs and brought up to date. This space offers a quite place to enjoy the hill country, or a great space to host a family party. We look forward to your stay.

We are on 10 acres and next door to a brewery. Feel free to walk the property and explore the natural landscape, or walk over to the brewery.

Watch the beautiful sunsets on our rooftop deck lounge area. Take the paddle board out on the water or take a cozy nap while the waves in the marina rock you to sleep. BBQ/Cook with family and friends right on the water with our propane grill and side burner. Casa Ocaso offers 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, a living room with a pull-out full sofa bed, and its own private swim deck . Well stocked kitchen. 1 full-sized bathroom. The curtains open up to large windows that have a view of the back deck and water. There is also a full bathroom available with a shower, macerator toilet, and sink with plenty of medicine cabinet space and shampoo, conditioner and body soap available for use. Next is the very spacious kitchenette with plenty of countertop space and cabinet space filled with all your kitchen necessities. Please note, there is not a stove top or oven available, instead the propane grill outside provides a burner for your stove top dishes. A mid size refrigerator provides plenty of room for an HEB haul and an equally impressive amount of freezer space. Up a couple of steps you'll step into the Living room where a Love Seat couch faces the large windows/sliding glass door giving you an indoor option for sunset watching. Here you will find some books, card games and another TV with a provided Firestick. When you walk outside, towards the front of the boat you'll be met with the Propane BBQ pit with side burner (propane is provided). BBQ utensils are found in the kitchen. Towards the back of the boat you'll find your favorite place to be. You have an option to stay on ground level and sunbath on the turf feeling like you're in you backyard but surrounded by water, or go on a paddle board ride to explore or bring your fishing pole and have a cold nice beer or even better yet: head up the ladder and sit on the outdoor furniture to the get the best view in the house! On busy weekends and Holidays, enjoy the people watching from the charters coming and going all day!! What an adventure!!

Covered dock slip and deck build out with table/chairs, gas grill is provided. Swim ladder is located on our slip for a late night private swim.

During daylight hours Thursday - Sunday the Marina has attendant charging $15 to enter but one time and you will get a guest pass. If we don't have another booking we will accommodate one hour early check-in or one hour late checkout but cannot guarantee until day before. Parking is available on beach at end of concrete near Marina.

House Rules- Complying with these house/yacht rules is a requirement of the rental agreement.
General Requirements: Notify us immediately of any issues that arise that could cause damage to the property. Respect The Space: No shoes allowed on boat. Do not flush any feminine products down these toilets. The plumbing will not handle them and will cause blockage. Loud and or offensive music is not acceptable. Please be considerate of our neighbors. No smoking allowed on the yacht. Smoking is allowed on dock/patio area as long as disposed of properly. No pets including service animals due to allergy issues. Do not eat in the beds. Any cup with red wine must have a tight fitting lid. If you want to cook foods that have a strong odor, please use the grill on patio area. Please do not rinse off food into the kitchen sink drain, as this will cause it to clog and back up. Trash cans are available on the yacht and full trash may be disposed of near the marina office in larger bins. Please clean dishes after use and put them away before checkout. Please take or dispose of all food not eaten or in the refrigerator or freezer. Guests are responsible for locking up cabin upon leaving the yacht /property. Nestled in the gently whispering woods of the Lucky Arrow Retreat, each of our 10 Yurts is a standalone 200 square foot unit featuring a queen-sized bed. Our Yurts are heated and air-conditioned, are accessed via a keyed entry door, and include a coffee maker & assorted coffees. The common Bath House is just around the corner, but linens and towels are provided in each Yurt. Our Yurts are non-smoking rooms.

Welcome to Skylight Serenity, a tranquil dome-style stay at Wanderin’ Star Farms.This amazing yurt has become the jewel of Dripping Springs` spots to relax and get away with a perfect combination of fun, luxury, and cozy. It`s nestled between live oak branches up an elevated deck overlooking a shire-like hill country draw. The private deck has a large farm table, propane grill, and adirondack chairs around a propane fire pit. Interior `lair` has a comfy queen bed looking out the domed skylight, full bathroom with tub, coffee bar, kitchenette, smart TV, wifi, and work table.

The yurt is an actual wood-framed tent, and if you`ve heard of `glamping` (glamorous camping), that`s what this is! While the yurt is a great shelter from the sun and the wind and most effects of the elements, the structure is not air tight and is subject to some fluctuations in temperature (though it has a large mini split a/c and heater to mitigate the temps), wind noise and occasional bugs :). So just so we`re all clear, the yurt is a true glamping experience!

The AWESOME parts of staying in a yurt are that you can hear the birds singing first thing in the morning, you can hear the breeze in the tree branches, and you feel like you`re cheating nature a little as you awake in your cozy bed hearing the sounds of the hill country and watching the sunlight begin to beam in from the skylight dome!

The yurt has 8 screened windows which can be zipped opened or closed. The top of the yurt is an acrylic dome skylight where most of the light comes in. Cedar french doors frame the entrance. Adirondack chairs out front on the porch.

Coffee bar area has whatever you need for your coffee preference: keurig brewer with included coffee pods, french press brewer, pour over brewer, hand-powered grinder, scale, kettle, and the fixins like cream, sugar, syrup, etc. If you`re going to go the `manual` brewing route, BE SURE TO REQUEST COFFEE BEANS FROM US! Organic teas for the non-coffee folks :). R/O filtered water for brewing/drinking/cooking.

From the yurt, guests are welcome to venture down into the canyon (lower area of farm around creek) area of the farm and venue, which has a great kids area, pavilion (contact us to reserve), large fire ring, porch swings, spring fed creek, and great natural areas to explore. Please don`t go in the direction of the tall cedar fence or the white barndominium or silver metal shop, and please watch for boundary signs and don`t cross any fences or closed gates. Thank you!

Wanderin` Star Farms is located on Silver Creek Rd, between Dripping Springs and Bee Cave, TX, and has a gated entry. We share the road with Solaro Estate Winery and Prospect House wedding venue. Right around the corner on Fitzhugh to the west is Treaty Oak Distillery with Alice`s Restaurant, Abby Jane`s bakery and coffee shop, and Barton Springs Mill - all on the same property.

At the corner of RR12 & Fitzhugh there`s a little center with Route 12 Filling Station which is awesome for lunch and dinner, and has a splash pad for kids. Next to Route 12 is One Shot Distillery and Dripping Wings food trailer - both great!

Down Fitzhugh to the east a half mile or so is Fitzhugh Brewing and Kitchen - fantastic beers and amazing chef curated menu. Further east on Fitzhugh are Beerburg, Jester King Brewery and Kitchen, and several others. Such a fun area, all places are family friendly! Walking or biking on the roads beyond our little Silver Creek Rd can be tedious and dangerous, so we discourage it because the roads are very narrow and winding. We have the contact information for several local Uber/Lyft drivers with whom you can to pre-schedule rides, happy to pass on their contact!

Feel free to visit the donkeys in the front corral area, you can pet them at the fence and even feed them a little alfalfa if there`s some out there, but PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CORRALS. Thanks!

Due to the natural environment and structure type, some wear is to be expected. Canvas surfaces may show signs of dirt, staining, small rips, or tears.

Lighting & Navigation
Dark skies are one of the property’s features. Please bring a flashlight or headlamp to move safely around the grounds after sunset.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A signed pet agreement is required, and a fee of $25 per pet will be charged separately after booking.
Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs.
We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.

Children
This property has not been childproofed. The environment is similar to a camping experience and includes gravel paths, natural terrain, and potential wildlife. Parents should assess whether this experience is suitable for their children.

Liability Waiver
Guests acknowledge that they are staying at the property at their own risk. There are inherent risks associated with rural accommodations, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, hiking, and the unique characteristics of a tipi or canvas dwelling.

By booking, you accept full responsibility for the safety and well-being of yourself and all members of your party. This includes any accidents or injuries, including those related to health conditions, intoxication, use of medication or drugs, or pregnancy. You agree to hold the property owner and management company harmless from any and all liability claims arising from your stay.

The space
The Willie RV is nestled in the picturesque Austin Texas Hill Country only 10 miles to Downtown Austin. We hope you enjoy every moment of your stay, from jumping into Barton Springs to eating BBQ on South Congress.

The RV is located in the front yard next to our house surrounded by trees in a old Austin neighborhood. The private outdoor area is the perfect space to relax while enjoying your morning coffee with the birds or relaxing in the evening under the stars after a day of exploring Austin and the surrounding areas.

Inside, the Willie RV is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for an amazing GLAMPING experience. There are two full bunk beds and a comfortable queen. The shower provides the perfect place to freshen up after a long day of exploring.

For those who enjoy craft beer, you're in luck! With plenty of breweries within a 10-minute drive, you'll be spoiled with choices. There are also a variety of wineries and distilleries nearby!

Our peaceful little neighborhood is full of well spaced-out lots. Our hilly streets are perfect for walks. We are a 1.5 mile walk away from Manolis Ice Cream, Pastries, & Pops. Nearby fine dining at Shore Bar & Grill only 2 miles away! Next door to Shore, Sunrise at Shore has a selection of coffee, smoothies, breakfast tacos, and more. We are a short drive away from Circle C Park & the 18 hole disc golf course, Windmill Run Park, dining at Belterra Village, Hill Country Galleria shopping, HEB & Whole Foods, Beerburg Craft Brewery & restaurant, and Jack Allen's Kitchen. We are an easy 15 mile drive from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We are 10 miles from Barton Springs/Downtown Austin area, 45 minutes to Blue Hole in Wimberley, 20 minutes to Dripping Springs, 45 minutes to San Marcos and Johnson City, and 50 miles from Enchanted Rock.

Welcome to The Nest, a cozy hideaway at Wanderin’ Star Farms. The Nest was created in response to our guests loving the original! This 1400+sf deck rises with multiple levels under huge live oaks for a fun getaway in the heart of Dripping Spring`s Fitzhugh District.
The upper deck has swing chairs with a propane fire pit, propane grill, and dining table. Hill country vibe `soaking trough` on lower deck. Inside is Tuft & Needle bed looking out the skylight, full bathroom with tub, coffee bar, kitchenette, Roku TV, bose sound, wifi, & work table.

The yurt is an actual wood-framed tent, and if you`ve heard of `glamping` (glamorous camping), that`s what this is! While the yurt is a great shelter from the sun and the wind and most effects of the elements, the structure is not air tight and is subject to some fluctuations in temperature (though it has a large mini split a/c and heater to mitigate the temps), wind noise and occasional bugs :). So just so we`re all clear, the yurt is a true glamping experience!

The AWESOME parts of staying in a yurt are that you can hear the birds singing first thing in the morning, you can hear the breeze in the tree branches, and you feel like you`re cheating nature a little as you awake in your cozy bed hearing the sounds of the hill country and watching the sunlight begin to beam in from the skylight dome!

The yurt has screened windows which can be zipped opened or closed. The top of the yurt is an acrylic dome skylight where most of the light comes in. Cedar french door frames the entrance.

Coffee bar area has whatever you need for your coffee preference: keurig brewer with included coffee pods, hot water kettle, and the fixins like cream, sugar, etc. Organic teas for the non-coffee folks :). R/O filtered water for brewing/drinking/cooking.

Yurt In The Trees 2 is located at Wanderin` Star Farms in Dripping Springs, Tx. The property is home to a handful of tiny homes, 2 yurts, a barndominium, and a pole barn venue space all on about 15 acres. The barn venue farm tables, swings, and fire ring (please ask before using), and playground are common areas shared among the property guests. There`s plenty of space to walk and hike around and visit the farm animals :).

*NO ANIMAS ALOWED IN YURT OR ON YURT DECK* - Please see our cabins for dog friendly spaces!

Common areas have a 10pm curfew.

** No early check-ins and PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. Our team needs all the time we can get between stays to clean and prepare the space. **

Please be aware that the rest of our property is dog friendly. While dog owners agree to leash rules, guests should always ask the dog’s human for permission to pet or interact.

They Yurt, deck, and our entire property are all non-smoking areas.

Only booked lodging guests are allowed on the property at any given time.

No shipping or deliveries to the property.

From the yurt, guests are welcome to venture down into the canyon (lower area of farm around creek) area of the farm and venue, which has a great kids area, pavilion (contact us to reserve), large fire ring, big swings, and great natural areas to explore. Please don`t go in the direction of the white barndominium or silver metal shop, and please watch for boundary signs and don`t cross any fences or closed gates. Refer to the map in the photos for reference, thank you!

Wanderin` Star Farms is located on Silver Creek Rd, between Dripping Springs and Bee Cave, TX, and has a gated entry. We share the road with Solaro Estate Winery and Prospect House wedding venue. Right around the corner on Fitzhugh to the west is Treaty Oak Distillery with Alice`s Restaurant, Abby Jane`s bakery and coffee shop, and Barton Springs Mill - all on the same property.

At the corner of RR12 & Fitzhugh there`s a little center with Route 12 Filling Station which is awesome for lunch and dinner, and has a splash pad for kids. Next to Route 12 is One Shot Distillery and Dripping Wings food trailer - both great!

Down Fitzhugh to the east a half mile or so is Fitzhugh Brewing and Kitchen - fantastic beers and amazing chef curated menu. Further east on Fitzhugh are Beerburg, Jester King Brewery and Kitchen, and several others. Such a fun area, all places are family friendly! Walking or biking on the roads beyond our little Silver Creek Rd can be tedious and dangerous, so we discourage it because the roads are very narrow and winding. We have the contact information for several local Uber/Lyft drivers with whom you can to pre-schedule rides, happy to pass on their contact!
* 4pm is the earliest you may arrive to the property for check-in.

* Please do not venture (east) toward white barn or metal shop. Feel free to explore down around the pavilion and swings area, kids area, the creek in the lower canyon area, and the front corrals.

* Please be aware that while there are no animals allowed at the Yurt, the rest of the property is dog friendly. While dog owners agree to leash rules, guests should always ask the dog’s human for permission to pet or interact.

* The yurt, deck, and this entire property are no smoking areas.

Road Access
The final stretch of road to the property is unpaved and made of caliche. While an SUV or truck is helpful, it is not required.

Phone Signal
There is no cell phone service at the property. Please plan accordingly.

Wi-Fi
The property is equipped with limited satellite internet. Connectivity may vary depending on weather conditions and usage.

Rain & Tipi Design
Traditional tipis have an open structure at the top and cannot be completely sealed. During rainy conditions, it is possible that a few drops of water may enter the space.

Cooling Systems
Portable AC systems are provided but may struggle to maintain low temperatures during extreme heat. These systems typically cool the interior by about 20 degrees below the outdoor temperature and function best once the day begins to cool down.

Wear & Tear
Due to the natural environment and structure type, some wear is to be expected. Canvas surfaces may show signs of dirt, staining, small rips, or tears.

Lighting & Navigation
Dark skies are one of the property’s features. Please bring a flashlight or headlamp to move safely around the grounds after sunset.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A signed pet agreement is required, and a fee of $25 per pet will be charged separately after booking.
Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs.
We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.

Children
This property has not been childproofed. The environment is similar to a camping experience and includes gravel paths, natural terrain, and potential wildlife. Parents should assess whether this experience is suitable for their children.

Liability Waiver
Guests acknowledge that they are staying at the property at their own risk. There are inherent risks associated with rural accommodations, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, hiking, and the unique characteristics of a tipi or canvas dwelling.

By booking, you accept full responsibility for the safety and well-being of yourself and all members of your party. This includes any accidents or injuries, including those related to health conditions, intoxication, use of medication or drugs, or pregnancy. You agree to hold the property owner and management company harmless from any and all liability claims arising from your stay.

By completing the booking, all guests in your party acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this waiver and agree that it constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement.

Our current location is in a beautiful cove next to Zip Line and Waterloo Adventures. It is an amazing spot with the hill blocking the wind and the sun during our hot summer days and sunny winter days it is quiet, calm, and peaceful and the lake is like glass.

We rent by the hour for special occasions and for overnight stays please confirm check-in and checkout times before booking.

The Houseboat-Yacht stays anchored in a cove this vessel is not a charter we do not take guests on a cruise around Lake Travis with this vessel. We have a couple of different pickup locations depending on the day and size of the group one pickup location is approximately a 20-minute boat ride and the other location is approximately a 5-minute boat ride or there is an option to paddle to the Houseboat-Yacht on one of our kayaks or stand-up paddle boards which is less than 10 minutes paddling.

The NaturaReserve 55-feet-long, 14-feet-wide, Deluxe Triple Decker Sustainable Airstream Houseboat-Yacht, with modern global style interiors. The lower room, main floor, and decks form a total of 1,700 square feet, providing plenty of space. Dark hardwood floors, aluminum walls, local Austin fossilized limestone countertops, and a staircase, in addition to carpeted and Astroturf decks/porches, are key features. Locally harvested bamboo and eclectic decor combine Greek, Mediterranean, Moroccan, and Indian influences to create a quiet and refined atmosphere. Lavender from our own farm throughout the property and an Aroma Bar with various herbs to promote wellness.

The property sleeps up to 18 guests and includes the Houseboat-Yacht which can accommodate 14 guests, and when there are more than 14 guests we will tie up a Bayliner Cruiser Yacht to the Houseboat-Yacht which can sleep an additional 4 people on two double Air-Mattresses located in the cabin.

The Houseboat-Yacht includes bedroom 1 with a king bed and a private bathroom with shower, bedroom 2 with 2 double beds, a toilet, 2 camping hammocks each sleeping 1 person, and 3 double air mattresses sleeping 6 people, making it possible to spend a night on the rooftop under the stars.

Please note that bedroom 2 has a LOW ceiling, requiring guests to CRAWL in order to access one of the beds. There is NO working oven but there is a newly purchased propane stove top burner and BBQ grill.

1 free Kayak and a Lilly pad float mattress are available upon request. Additional kayaks, canoes, and blow-up mattresses are available for rent upon request.

As of September 1, 2021, the Houseboat-Yacht is off-grid and electricity is powered by solar panels in addition we have a generator and a Goal Zero battery storage power supply as a backup

We are anchored next to Waterloo Adventures and Lake Travis Zip Line which is the longest and fastest zip line in Texas. The Oasis on Lake Travis is one of the most popular restaurants known for having the best Texas sunsets. Other popular places are Steiner Ranch Steakhouse, Los Pinos Mexican Restaurant and Emerald Point Bar & Grill Marina which is one of numerous restaurants accessible by boat. For an additional fee we can provide transportation via Pontoon to any of the waterfront restaurants. The lake is a reservoir on the Colorado River in central Texas.

Our current location is in a beautiful cove next to Zip Line and Waterloo Adventures. On request, we can also provide the houseboat at various locations on Lake Travis.

Our pickup point is Cypress Creek Park, which is about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the pickup location, where there is an option to kayak or paddle board to the Houseboat-Yacht which is less than a 10-minute paddle, or you can be shuttled with a pontoon. Uber Eats can deliver to the park where guests can paddle or kayak, we can also have our concierge captain deliver to the Houseboat-Yacht. If guests want to get to their car at the park and prefer not to kayak or paddle we can provide pontoon shuttle service with a few hours' advance notice cost is $50 each way. One of our concierge captains is usually at a nearby marina and is on call to serve our guests as needed.

You and your group will be picked up by a pontoon and/or Bayliner Cierra Cruiser or if you prefer to use stand-up paddle boards or kayaks. We provide a shuttle tour of Lake Travis on the pontoon or cruiser as part of the experience for you and your group please coordinate with the host the timing of your Lake Travis shuttle tour.

There is $5 per person parking fee at our pickup location. The shuttle service is included in the price. If you overnight and need additional shuttle service its $50 between 10am-6pm or $100 outside of these hours. If you have your own boat it can be tied off to the houseboat. Check with us on availability and pricing if interested to rent a pontoon.

Please note this listing is for day use of the boat dock and boat, mandatorily hosted and captained by the host to ensure safety of all guests.

This is one of the largest docks on lake Austin on the more tranquil end of the lake. The dock has a speciality wake surf (not wake board) power boat that is captained by the host anytime or the whole time during your day. In addition to captaining the boat, I’ll provide a grilled lunch and bartend so you and your family and friends can just relax.

This modern Airstream sits just a few minutes from downtown Austin. The main bed is a full-sized mattress while the dinette can be turned into a twin bed if more space is needed. The Airstream itself is 19 ft. and feels like a cozy tiny home with all the space inside.

There is plenty o fparking on the street across from the house. There are two airstreams on the property so be sure and match you reservation with the correct airstream if self checking in. (This is #19). Short Uber ride to downtown or South Congress. 10 min bicycle ride (very nice bikes available to use).

Just minutes away from the music venues, festivals, eateries, auto and moto races and other events you'll find a cozy little place perfect for one or two. The Airstream has on demand hot water, a shower, toilet, ac, fans, bench seating, blackout curtains, towels, wash cloths, dishes, silverware, full size bed, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, tv with firestick, wifi, refrigerator, freezer, closet and plenty of storage. The AC blows ice cold and is a must for Texas summers.

The Airstream RV is located in the driveway of my residence, and the front door is mere feet from the road. Everything included in your stay is in or around the RV with the exception of a washer and dryer. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on a small family dairy farm and wedding venue, removed from it all but is still just right outside of town. Take part in morning milking, hand feed the cows, cast a line in the big pond with catch and release huge catfish and large mouth bass! Lovely white peacocks roam the grounds and call to their mates all with a gorgeous pasture view. A perfect farm getaway with a side of fun adventure!

We recommend staying on the mowed path areas as we are a wild farm and we want to let nature have its space too. Our arbor hillside makes a lovely place to read, write, sketch, whatever moves you.

Other things to note
As we are a functioning farm the seasons and activities will vary throughout the year. Milking happens most days in the morning throughout much of the year but there will be months when our girls are not in milk. The fishing is fabulous when the weather is lovely. You may still catch a great fish during the hottest times of the year, but the fish may not bite if they are too warm. We want you to have the best farm experience possible so please be sure to reach out to your hosts ahead of your stay and let us know what you're most looking forward to doing so that we can help communicate what will work best during your stay!
