We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.
The space
You will have complete access to a 40ft RV with 4 slide outs, providing ample inside space. Furnished with a futon and comfy microfiber recliner. Enjoy iron, ironing board, lounge chairs, hammock and more. There is a pocket of trees with bamboo privacy fencing that create a wilderness atmosphere that will have you relaxing in no time.

Other things to note
RV has 2 AC units that can be adjusted. Zone 1 is living room Zone 2 is bedroom. Adjust each as you’d like. The only heat sources are from the faux fireplace in the living room and the extra tower heater in the bedroom. The PROPANE is DISABLED for use in the RV for precautions with children. This also means the oven is NOT operational. Inside there’s a 2-burner electric range, a microwave and a personal gas grill outside.
House shoes are recommended in the unit during colder nights. While the air can be maintained warm the floor naturally stays colder. Some warm socks or house shoes are just recommended for your comfort.
