The space
The Pirate Paradise is a themed houseboat with a living room, kitchen area, bathroom/shower and upstairs bedroom. The couch opens into a full sized bed and the bedroom sleeps 2.

The entire space - bedroom, convertible living room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor sitting deck.
Other things to note
The houseboat is very comfortable and roomy. Because it’s not attached to land, preparing food and disposing of garbage requires a little extra effort. There’s no dishwasher, the sink is very small so ordering food or preparing simple meals is advised.

OK, you are looking at a gorgeous 38 aft cabin Sea Ray yacht. It is moored in a slip and Does Not Move. There are full amenities at the marina including pool with swim up bar, fitness center, washer/dryer, restaurants and lounge bar. The boat has 7 total sleeping areas including the slide out salon couch. Master suite is in back, V berth in front and a solo cabin under the corner couch. Full galley with fridge, micro, toaster oven, 3 burner stove, mixer, double sink. Two full baths, hot showers. TV, internet, outdoor lounge cockpit wet bar, flybrige, icemaker, gas grill. Safe parking, and courtesy carts. Complete privacy at the end of the pier. 3 ACs provide plenty of cool dry air. Unlimited hot and cold water. Minimum 2 nights stay, plus a cleaning fee. Not recommended for more than 4 people, but can sleep 7. No children under 12 please.
