I had a bit of a hiccup during my check in process. When I reached out to my host for support, he directed me to the wrong room and key initially. We were able to eventually get things figured out but this delayed my check in time and was a little frustrating on the start. There was also a small spot between the bathroom and the closet where carpet is missing and the flooring needs some repair. I cut my foot walking after a shower so be aware of that. We had 10 adults and not all of us came in the same car because of coming from different locations. There really isn’t on street parking in the neighborhood and the street outside the gate is very busy and has limited areas for parking. The house wasn’t cleaned. There was debris in the sink stopping up the drain. There was a pan in the oven with left over baked cookies. The pantry has smell of old seafood. The floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. The bedding didn’t appear to be fresh. There wasn’t enough towels, cooking or eating utensils to accommodate the number of guest . There were only 3 wash cloths, 1 spoon and a couple of forks. There were no blinds in the upstairs hall bathroom and the majority of the blinds in the house are broken. The host was very nice and communication was great. I called about the stopped up sink and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The decor and floor plan is really nice. This house can be very beautiful and in the top 10 for bookings with a little more TLC."

My home is close to airport, restaurants and shopping malls. 20 minutes to downtown Houston, 15 minutes to Spring, 20 minutes to the Woodlands. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. The room is cozy, comfortable, with a shared bathroom, and located on the 2nd floor.

The space
You will be staying in one of the guest rooms of my cozy two-story home. The guest room has a queen-size bed, WIFI, closet with hangers, dresser drawers, fresh linens and blackout curtains.

You are welcome to use the common areas of the house, such as the living room that has WIFI and Netflix; the kitchen, on which you are welcome to cook and use the pots and pans, cooking utensils, and need to be washed and cleaned before the end of the day; you are responsible for your own food, condiments, beverages, etc. and you can use the fridge/freezer.
