An additional issue I had with the hotel was the number of dogs on the property. As well, I experienced a incident with a guest that prompted me to ask the then present male receptionist if there were cameras on and within the property. I was informed that cameras did not exist any where on the property inside or outside. Overall, my stay was bearable however, the concerns that I mentioned need to be addressed. I will not book any future reservations with this facility on the basis of the location and overly fragranced areas and the number of dogs on the property."

Less than 15 minutes to NASA and Kemah Boardwalk. Less than 10 minutes to the community park that have a ton of activities. The listing however, was misleading. The listing has free parking and free laundry, which is not true. The hotel has always charged for parking $5/day and they started charging for laundry October 2023. When I showed them the listing, they told me I would need to reach out to whoever posted this. I did and they have not replied to me (it's been 12 days as of today). Also, the hotel only offers housekeeping service if you are staying for more than 7 days. You will need to take your towels to the front desk each time you want to change them."

- "The property is clean, well maintained. There is a large open area with a hard ceiling and not much carpet so noise is amplified. Furnishings are a bit spartan, no dressers or much to put things in in the bed rooms. Beds were medium soft except the queen which was quite soft.The kitchen is well equiped. Bit minimal on dishes. Most annoying feature is large TV on wall which has no cable service and no atenna so might as well not be there. It is a "smart TV" but I could not set up Netflix or anything else on it. Also had a problem getting my phone on the internet. Okay for the rest of the party, but mine identified it as a hidden network and wouldn't connect me. Also, did not realize until leaving that a green storage size box in the garage was probably for recyclables, so extra stuff went in the trash. Forget your worries in this quiet comfy guesthouse. A great place to recharge your batteries. There is easy parking and a private entrance. The blackout blinds are a favorite. We are next to a bike path/park/walking green. All the appliances, bed, laundry, and central air/heat are brand new. This is a great spot for children over 4. Everyone enjoys the Houston Space Center, Armand Bayou Nature Center (swampy trails and tour boats) and Kemah Boardwalk. Galveston Island is just a skiphop away.

A full kitchen, dining/study area, cozy living room (with great WiFi and TV), and separate bedroom offer plenty of space. There is no smoking inside of the unit. But, right outside the front door in the covered breezeway, there is a designated smoking spot. The cushioned chair, tropical plants, and privacy makes this a great place to unwind. The new washer and dryer are very handy.

This is a self-lock door and the knob on the inside will leave it unlocked if you turn it.

Just 4 miles from NASA Johnson Space Center. Close to Kemah and the Lake. The two beautiful bedrooms and the spacious living room and dining room have wonderful views of the golf course. There is a small fridge and microwave in the dining room. Our place is ideal for a short visit to the area in family or couples.

The space
The house is divided into two separate sections which we divide by closing a couple of doors and installing acoustic walls, so you will have full privacy. The front section is where you will be staying and the back is where we live. The main door is your private entrance. Downstairs you will find the beautiful and spacious living and dining room with gorgeous views of the golf course, as well as the two bedrooms with queen beds that share one full bathroom. Upstairs is another full bathroom. In the dining room, you will find kitchenette (no sink and stove) with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, a regular coffee maker, plates, glasses, and silverware. You will absolutely love your stay in our mini heaven. Please note there is no TV in the space. See it as an opportunity to share valuable time with loved ones, play some board games, read a book, or meditate. We do have WIFI, so you can always access your favorite streaming platforms through your phone or laptop.
