With lots of room for relaxation & fun, it is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic get away with someone special or to make family memories. Enjoy the patio overlooking the pool & lake or sit at the dock & enjoy an on the lake experience. Walk to the bridge & cross over the lake to the trails, leading next to the lake & through the trees to Cullen Park with baseball & soccer fields. An 8 mile hike & bike trail is just a short drive across the road.
The Space
Lakeside Gardens offers the ultimate retreat for guest with 3 bedrooms all located upstairs as well as 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a powder bathroom located downstairs. The bedrooms include a king bed, 2 full beds, and a queen bed. The master bathroom has a stand up shower as well as a jetted bathtub. The 3 bathrooms offer amenities such as a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash ensuring a marvelous experience. With bedding and towels provided you can pack a little lighter.
Our newly renovated kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Fabulous meal making is made easy with lots of counter space and provided dish ware, pots & pans, and cooking utensils.
The living room is open and spacious with a smart tv for your entertainment. There is a fireplace, but we do not provide firewood.
Enjoy the outdoor pool or the lake and simply relax and take a moment to slow down, perhaps bring your favorite book to finish while sitting on the outdoor furniture on the dock. While our pool is not heated, it is at the deepest 5 feet and surrounded by fruit trees that may be bearing fruit during your visit depending on the season. On occasion, there might be a fake snake in the pool to keep our duck visitors away, don't be alarmed. We provide pool towels, but please bring your own sunscreen & necessities.
Other features include a washing & drying machine, iron & ironing board, heating, AC, and WiFi.
Due to the house being located on a small cul-de-sac, we can only allow 4 cars. This house has normal wear and tear from use.

Looking at the trees from the kitchen while being only minutes from the west Houston medical center, City Centre, energy corridor, and dining and shopping, this home has a great location. With 4 bedrooms, this home offers enough space for the whole family and the neighborhood is adjacent to Cullen Park. The jetted tub, waterfall showerhead, and walk-in closet inside the main bedroom allows for some good and private relaxation time. Home is fully stocked for making meals and all the natural light in the home will help any virtual meetings. This home is a comfortable and welcoming space and is waiting to host you.
