This apartment is a light, bright, apartment close to Downtown, Montrose, and the Med Center! It is also walking distance to Whole Foods and many vibrant bars/restaurants. We have high-speed wifi (94 Mbps) and have one parking space in our gated parking lot. Only a few blocks from Metro Rail.

Unit #1 is downstairs. Early check ins and late check outs can sometimes be accommodated for an additional $50 fee.

- "I had a weekslong job across the street at the MATCHouston theatre complex. Hours were long and I live an hour away. So staying in this apt was perfect in that regard: walk across the street and I’m there! The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Of particular note was the super comfortable bed! The peeps at Lodgeur were always quick to respond to my questions. My stay was immediately after Hurricane Beryl and power to the apt building was restored only the day before. It was pretty iffy but things worked out. I would recommend Lodgeur as they were super organized and communicative. Now as far as the facility (and this is no reflection on Lodgeur in any way) : maybe due to the recent hurricane but out of 3 elevators in the complex only 1 would go up and down. Another went down only. The 3rd was completely out of service. The north entrance/exit to the parking garage was blocked off and out of service. I saw one person working on the parking garage entrance but never saw anyone working on the elevators. Again, not Lodgeur's fault, I only mention it in hopes that the building management might increase their efforts to get those issues resolved. Otherwise the facility was very nice."

I collect art so at times things are moved around so house decor is constantly changing, but none the less your first visit to a museum will be right here.

I study zoology and work in research on the illegal wildlife trade of pangolins and rhinos along with anthropology work of those in poverty in Africa.

The value for booking this room is moderately cheap and located in downtown Houston on second floor. Not trying to exploit someone’s travels. Come hang out and have fun while saving money.

Charming 1930’s era remodeled cul-de-sac home located in the heart of Midtown, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms situated on 1560 square feet land with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Situated conveniently next to HCC Central Campus, bus stop, light rail and with a 5-10 minute commute from shopping this home is centrally located to points of interest like Rice University, University of Houston, St. Thomas, Downtown Houston, Montrose, and Texas Medical Center.

Current occupant is home owner and a local business owner. Home is cigarette smoke free. There is a house-trained super lovable female dog as well as a house-trained but mostly outdoor female American shorthair cat.

We also have a chicken coop one side of the yard with no rooster that will wake you up with crowing. So you'll be in the heart of an urban environment with a hint of a small urban farm vibe. Also means you have access to fresh eggs when the chickens are laying. I built a custom deck/patio which is covered by an amazing canopy of trees creating a cool and shaded environment with speakers and lights for grilling and hosting friends over. The space has been great for morning coffee, relaxing, working, and dining.

This bedroom is completely furnished and features a shared bathroom. Large Flat Screen TV in Living room, Digital/HD Streaming Services, Hi-Speed Wireless Internet Access, and Exterior Video Surveillance System. There is a large central kitchen with tiled floors, dishwasher, and all the kitchen items you'll need. Washer & Dryer is also accessible in our backroom. Cleaning person takes care of all the shared/public areas of the house, including restrooms. If you need your room cleaned, let us know so we can see how to accommodate that. For stays a month or longer, you will be considered a roommate and can discuss further details for those arrangements. There is plenty of free on street parking directly in front of our place.

The heart of downtown, conveniently located near all access to freeways. Just blocks from Megabus/Greyhound you can cab it under 4 minutes to my place or just message me and if I am in town I'll most likely be able to pick you up from the station or the airport. The house is a 3 bed room flat with the AIR BNB bedroom having it's own private bath which is in front of the house by walking through another bedroom which is often unoccupied. If there is beer in the fridge please help yourself. Need to do laundry, you are more than welcome. This is your house for the time being so do what feels comfortable and be yourself. Full kitchen with many tools to cook food. Smoking area is in the back with a patio with a martini table and 3 bar stools. Have you got friends in Houston and would like to have them over? Just give me a heads up. I keep the bathroom stocked with clean towels and new soap for new guests. If I'm in town and you'd like to be driven around, I'd be glad to show you Houston. The house is very laid back and relaxed. When I'm gone, my room mate will take care of you. There are many movies for you to choose from if you'd like to stay in for the night. HULU, Netflix, and Comedy Dynamics is also available. The queen size bed itself will ALWAYS have fresh clean sheets and is super comfortable to sleep in.

Rarely there is anyone here from morning to 7pm. The place is yours. From 7pm on everyone is is their bedrooms. Super relaxed household.

Fully furnished midtown high rise on 9th floor with private king size suite with patio, work desk, eating table, tv, private bath, micro & fridge in room . The space
Enter the building with the door man and take elevator to the unit where you can hang out and watch tv in share space (5 recliners), enjoy kitchen with all cookware and dishes, spices and condiments, coffe/tea and in the dining room or take your dinner into your own private suite with your own dining table, desk, recliner, tv, bed, walk in closet, full bath or go to social room and hang out as tables, library, tv or outdoors you can lounge around pool/spa and read a book or if your energetic you can go work out in the gym !! On-site laundry room

Manned entry at front for walk in's and into drive in area. Your parking space is on the 2nd floor of the building and you will take the elevator up to the unit where you go into the shared living/dining/kitchen area (however I'm not there too much) and unlock to go into your private bedroom suite. They both will have your favorite 4 digit code and set you up in system before arriving. There is guest parking for when you have guest over and you need to let door man know they are coming so they will allow the gate entrance to open in that parking lot. Call ahead and set up move in orientation with office.

Other things to note
The HOA requires criminal background check and for acknowledgement of HOA rules signed. with min lease. They also require renters insurance (with Lemonade is $7.50 a month) So upon acceptance I will need to send you a link and documents to fill in and the cost of the report is $20. Awesome place to live and so convenient as well as all furnishing are very new !! Lots of options close to unit for food and fun !!!! You call or text me 24/7.

The house is located just blocks away from the train which gives you full access to the city without having a car. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. House is near three major highways in Houston just by driving two blocks away, but you wouldn’t know it because the house is tucked away on a quiet street off the main road. Room is sectored off to other bedroom with a tapestry wall. Room is great for short stays due to location and price.
