- "E 6th is a party street, if you don’t like noise, litter, etc., then don’t book around there, or just have earplugs handy. The loft was a spacious refurbished unit, a bit rough/rustic keeping some of the older fixtures while still being functional. It faced Brazos St, parking was an affordable rate at a parking lot right next to the building, real close walk. Check in was seamless, instructions were clear and timely. The place had all as advertised just be clear that there is only 1 bathroom (this is a 2 bedroom unit with a sofa bed in the living room, only space with a TV). The kitchen had basic equipment enough for a 4 guests stay. They provided paper towels, dish-soap and plenty of toilet paper and toiletries. Fridge was big, clean, and microwave, dishwasher, and stove were current, all functional and handy. Everything was clean, bathroom and linens were impecable. The mattresses were good, just a bit too soft for us. The balcony in a bedroom was cool to have. It is indeed loud, it was a Friday night just right before the Thanksgiving holiday but it’s probably a default loudness given this is one of the streets with most nightlife in Austin. The A/C and heater worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Improvements: I would update carpets and watch out towels cleaning, we noticed a big yellow stain on one. Provide more light in bedroom, send checkout instructions earlier as we got them way after we were gone. Diligent and courteous staff, cheers!"

Spacious, bright, comfortable. This is an open space separated by full length privacy curtains. Feel free to hang out but it is ideal for someone that mostly needs to sleep and shower. This room has a medium size refrig next to it for usage and is very close to COTA, airport, & 35. No pets or animals of any kind due to allergies. Launder your own sheets please. The space
The house has high ceilings, a cozy living room, a patio, and a big backyard. The decorations are modern and have a personal touch. Each room has its own private bathroom so that you don't need to share your bathroom with others. This bedroom is the furthest from the rest of the bedrooms, and it doesn't share any walls with any other rooms. It has its own little hallway that has the least traffic. There is a lock that locks from the inside instead of the outside. If you are looking for a bedroom with a lock that you have a key to, this is not the listing for you.

I have a dog and a cat. I cannot have support animals in my house as my cat has FIV, and my dog is so old about 15 years old. I don't want to get your cat infected, I don't want to get my dog stressed out either.

Room 2's bathroom is right outside of your bedroom.

The kitchen is shared. Dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and space in the fridge are all shareable.

A cozy private room in a quiet house. It has a twin/single bed currently. There is a queen bed in Room#B. It's one of the best location for F-1 car racing, only 15 minutes to Circuit of the Americas, as well as to the ABIA airport.

It has a study desk with a 24" monitor. You can share the use of the refrigerator and the microwave, if you stay more than four days then you could use the washer/dryer in laundry room. Non-smoking and pet free guest only. Photo ID required upon arrival.

This is a brand new house built in 03/2020. 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, owner is occupying master suite now. Room#A (with a single bed) and Room#B (with a queen bed) are for short term rental on AirBnB, the bathroom#2 will be shared by guests from Room#A and Room#B as showed in green dotted area in floor plan map.

Owner master suite, living room, full kitchen, dinning area plus the garage ( shown as RED shaded area in floor plan map) are exclusively used by the owner, NOT for guest access. Absolutely no outside shoes allowed into the room, there are slippers in entry area that you can use if you like OR use your own sandal or slippers.

Guest access
Guest has full exclusive access to keyed Bedroom#A (black shaded area in floor plan map). Guest will share Bathroom#2, microwave / coffee maker / electric kettle / countertop oven in entry area ( green dotted area on floor plan map) with no more than 2 guests from Bedroom#B if it's booked, otherwise can enjoy these exclusively. Guest can use 1 shelves of the refrigerator in the laundry room. If booked more than 4 days, guest can use washing machine & dryers on condition bring your own laundry supplies.

Please respect blue shaded area for Bedroom#B guest and RED shaded area for owner's exclusive usage.

During your stay
Use AirBnB messenger system asking for any help during your stay. If you have exchanged your cell phone number with the host upon your arrival, then feel free to call/text the host if needed.

Other things to note
Please keep the physical door key secure during your stay. A lost key will cost you $50 to get a replacement, if you lost 2 then it will cost you $100. NO somking / Vaping, NO drug, NO weapon / fire arm is allowed in this house. Due to severe allergies to pet fur, no pet is allowed at this time unfortunately.
