The property's limited grassy areas are designated for guests usage, so we do not allow pets on the property as well. This home offers everything; no one will want to leave.

Loved the hot tub and all the outdoor space on the patio and 2 decks. Easy check in and check out. Kitchen was well equipped, though it would've been nice to have a few more dishes and a non-stick pan. If you're considering renting this place and trying to figure out sleeping arrangements, be aware that the master bedroom is huge (takes up half of the second floor, and the second floor deck is only accessible through the bedroom). The other three bedrooms are much smaller. The bunk room in particular is very small, but it worked fine for our 4 kids who were all between 4 and 11 years old."

This 168 sq. ft. camper comes equipped with a full-size bed in the back, a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. The living room also comes with a futon that pulls out to a full-size bed. This spacious camper sleeps up to 2+ and has a peaceful deck with patio furniture and an umbrella.**Note* There is no bathroom in this trailer. Bathrooms are located in the Bathhouse a short walk from the trailer.

The space:
The Trailette is one of our oldest most characteristic campers coming to us all the way from 1952! It is 24 feet long & comes complete with a Queen size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen area with its original 52" porcelain sink, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, and even a lava lamp! The front futon lays out into an extra bed measuring 4'x6' which is almost a Full size bed.

When we bought this camper it needed a lot of tender, love and care! The previous owner thought she was an artist & painted all the cabinets an array of metallic colors that took away from her unique original appeal and the floor had seen better days! After 6 months of restoration, we finally have this beauty back to her original shape with modern decor to add to our collection of vintage campers! She now sits in our Tin Can Park alongside The Avion and The Ambassador. We added a 24 ft x 6 ft deck to the front and there is a large open front yard and backyard area. This camper even has its own working toilet inside! But mind you.... it is airplane SMALL!! After not having bathrooms in our first 8 cabins/campers, we realized some people just need a place to go in case of a 'middle of the night' emergency! While we do have a luxurious bathhouse with full bathrooms, the bathroom in the Trailette serves a great purpose for those middle of the night surprises!

Our property, Green Acres is a unique spot that offers our guests a chance to enjoy a little Southern Hospitality in the Texas hill country & experience glamping all in one. We have 11 newly renovated tiny homes/RVs that each have their own flair inside. We have 7 vintage campers that each have their own story to tell and 4 cozy decorated cabins. Although this camper is equipped with its own bathroom, you also have access to the Spa inspired Bath House that consists of 4 bathrooms (2 have indoor showers), and 2 outdoor showers, a community sitting area, laundry room, full-size refrigerator, ice machine, and sink. Each unit has access to the outdoor areas and playground, hammocks, BBQ pits, fire pits (must follow county guidelines if there is a burn ban in effect), corn hole, washers, room to walk and enjoy our property, a dog park, and outdoor dining areas.

The property is pet friendly. We have custom dog wash station, with oat meal shampoo, custom towels to dry off. We have a very safe fence area for the dogs to run. They are welcome to be on grounds, we would suggest they stay on a leash because of other guests & we do have free-range ducks and chickens that roam on the back half of the property. The property is 100% fenced, but the front fence is a rail fence and will not keep them from adventuring off into the highway. Please make sure they take care of “business” outside the main park areas. Please don't open any of the farm gates, they are keeping our livestock corralled & please do not feed the animals.

Our family has been on a major health journey due to living black mold in our air conditioning unit. We do not want to be a Karen or anything but just wanted to let you know. It’s present in prettty much every space in the camper. Other than that we loved our stay and will plan to return again next year!! "

The interior is just as charming as the exterior with tall vaulted ceilings, natural wood throughout, and a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The wall of windows will lead you to the spacious deck where you will be surrounded by tall trees and beautiful sounds of nature.

Guests will have full access to the cabin that sits on a 1 acre lot.

The property has a private dock that you can access. We also have 3 kayaks available to guests.

The space
Our cabin is equipped with smart home features. Use voice control to turn on and off the lights. Go ogle devices can be found in the bathroom and kitchen. For more information on how to use voice commands, please refer to the guestbook (provided in cabin).

For your security, there is a ring doorbell at the front entrance.

-Room 1: The downstairs bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. This bedroom is also equipped with a dedicated work station.

-Room 2: The loft upstairs has a queen bed and sound machine, and is open to the living room below.

-Living Room: There is a queen sofa bed. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in room 1, in a linen storage box under the bed.

We are kid friendly! A pack and play and high chair are provided during your stay, upon request. We also have a high chair provided in the cabin.
***The stairs inside the cabin are steep and are not advised to be used without adult supervision. A child safety gate is located and the bottom of the stairs and be closed.

The newly renovated bathroom has a walk in shower that is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Extra towels can be found in the cabinet.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Two K-cups are provided for each stay.

The cabin has Wi-Fi and a smart TV. This property is BYOL (Bring your Own Login). Guests are welcome to log in via Roku guest mode to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. A DVD player is also provided and DVDs can be found in the basket under the staircase.

Board games are also available and can be found on the shelf under the staircase.

There is a grill and fire table available for your use. Propane for the grill and fire table is supplied.
