There is 3 bedroom house and a two bedroom guest house on the property. This rental includes both the main house and the guest house that are connected ny an outdoor deck walkway.

For our winter visitors, we stock the house with pinion firewood that burns a beautiful flame and will keep you warm. We set fuzzy blankets out throughout the house for your winter comfort. We have a spare portable heater if you need it. We have had one guest that really liked that. There is a lot of room to stretch out and enjoy the fire and the blankets, and the great view of the canyon greenbelt just outside the windows.

For our summer visitors, this is really a summer paradise. The house features big rooms, lots of space, three large, private decks just installed behind the house facing the expansive greenbelt canyon, a hot tub, beautiful heated pool renovated end of 2018. There are several outdoor tables, chairs, umbrellas and overhead sunscreens. We keep pool toys by the pool and a gizmo to inflate them. There is a BBQ and plants on the deck outdoors. But mostly, there is a lot of room on the deck outside - about 3000 SF of deck to enjoy the outdoors in privacy.

This is a beautiful, completely remodeled home, filled with antiques, artwork and beautiful furniture. The house feature large rooms, several private decks outdoors, a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, and stunning views on the edge of the Barton Creek greenbelt.

Everything you need is here. You just need to bring clothes and food. The property includes a house with three large bedrooms upstairs, a queen size sofa sleeper in the TV/Music room downstairs and two full baths upstairs and on half bath downstairs. The guest house has two large bedrooms and a full bath in between them. There is a full bath on the middle deck.

The property is decorated with antique French and American furniture and antique glass collections. Beautiful designer tile and wood flooring, granite counter tops throughout, ceiling fans throughout, and board and electronic games. We have lots and lots of electronic and board and card games. You will love spending time enjoying the views from the private decks- a little slice of heaven.

The living area in the main house is centered around the large wood burning fireplace guaranteed to make your stay a pleasant one. The walls surrounding the floor to ceiling fireplace are covered in book shelves that display hundreds of antique glassware pieces. The oversize couches and chairs will keep you comfortable. The large TV/Music room features Wii games, two electric guitars & amplifiers, two drums, and a keyboard, a gym mat for stretching, a canvas TP for the kids, a box of videos and some interesting books.

The views from the bedrooms, the decks, pool, and hot tub facing the back of the property are beautiful.

The home is located in Westlake Hills right on the Barton Creek greenbelt and is 15 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Zilker park, 30 minutes to Lake Travis, and close to numerous restaurants and nightlife. Lake Travis is only 30 minutes away. This is a one of a kind vacation home. It is large and comfortable with lots of space to move around in. The decks to see the view from are as large as the house itself. One group who stayed said "This house just goes on forever. There is so much space here."

It looks appealingly from the street, but you open up to a stunning view of the distant hills, plus beautifully furnished rooms that can seat a large group of people or create a cozy and relaxing environment for a couple. The pool is beautiful, the grill is in great condition and easy to use, the bedrooms were well furnished and the beds were super comfy. The bathrooms were very clean, stocked with plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo, too. We could not have been happier with our stay, and with our host, Paul."
