The spa was amazing and overall, the staff was good with the exception of the dinner staff who weren’t as friendly. The dinners were really good though, so it made up for it. The breakfast was delicious as well. Our only complaint is we are pickleball players and we were really looking forward to playing that weekend, while we had time. However, some tournament for a club was booked and they reserved all of the courts. By the time we got to play, it was too windy and began to rain. I think that at least one court should be for guests only. The hiking was nice. The hot tub had a bad bee problem, it seemed there was a nest under the deck, but I informed the front desk and they seemed genuinely concerned so I’m sure that’s been resolved. Overall, we would come back but call before booking to ensure the courts would have some availability. "

Beautiful large 2 bedroom guest house on 10 secluded acres. Nestled amongst 100+ year old oak trees this cottage is private and cozy. While you might feel you are in the middle of nowhere; you are actually so close to many adorable towns. 5 minute drive will take you to many wineries, breweries, and restaurants nestled in hill country. 15 minute drive will take you to Wimberly, Kyle, Dripping Springs, and Buda. Walkway is overgrown with plants and can’t be used, yard looks unmaintained. Neighbors have excessive amounts of cars and block the left, right and across the driveway with their vehicles making parking a pain. "

Getting Around:
A car is best suited for transportation to our property. Uber and Lyft are available, but they are not as reliable in recent months. We are approximately:
30 mins to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport,

There are several areas of interest in the surrounding area to explore in which a car would be necessary.

Our home is on one level with just two stairs to enter and has a ramp at the back door for easy access. Please note, while the sunroom daybed is perfect for lounging, it is not intended for sleeping. CLEANING:
- If Food, Spilled drinks, Shoeprints, Blood stains, or any type of damage is found on the linens, please be aware that we will need to request a replacement fee starting at minimum $35

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn't have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
